parappa let out a groan, sitting up. he looked around, blinking. "wha..where..where am I? Katy-Chan??" he looked around, whining as he stretched, his back cracking. he saw katy only a few feet away. "phew.." he mumbled, looking around. "where are we?" he asked, hoping katy would answer, hoping she'd ATLEAST be awake.

katy had been awake for a bit, waiting for parappa to awake. "oh. i'm right here. hm.. i dunno.. looks like out world, but weirder." she responded, looking around. "but, it looks...nice." she said, standing. "come, let's go look around.." she said, her tail flicking. she yawned, feeling tired but she put away the feeling and beginning to wonder around with parappa.

Dirk really thought he was going to have a good, normal day. He thought that everything
would flow as cool as they usually did. He thought he would wake up, hang out with friends,
sleep, and repeat the next day. Of course, though, Dirk was wrong. So. Very. Wrong.

He decided that instead of playing sports or working on some 'ill beats', as Dave would
say, he would rather take a walk who knows where. With the occasional texts and snaps,
he set off outside of Can Town and went into the vast fields. Oddly enough, this adventurous
walk had led him to the discovery of some odd looking consorts. Of course, they weren't
consorts at all once Dirk stared at them for longer than a few quick seconds.

He was honestly a little stunned by the fact that they weren't speaking gibberish. Had the
consorts evolved? No, that couldn't be right. It would've been more obvious. Dirk eventually
decided that he would talk to them. "Hey." He called out to them, waving. Heading over to
the two of them, he began to speak. "Sorry to be weird, but, are you two lost?"
