"Same.." He said thinking about Fin's sandwhichs. It was the best of anywhere else. His stomach making a grumble, he hadn't ate the whole day. He looked around the alley making sure it was ok. Still aware from the recent killings of that group. He'd have to look tough to not get messed around with. Any rogue would know he in danger including himself, and for that he would have to be more careful. Going around the corner he found the sand which shop. And pulling along Ana with him. Entering he ordered the best sandwhichs a talked with fin a bit. Over the FJ21 group. Once more. Getting two big sandwhichs for a good low price. "Its really good, give it a try" he said as he handed the wrapped sandwhich leading them to a table.

She took the sandwich in her hand and followed Jace to the table. She sat down across from him and unwrapped it, taking a small bite. "Hm," she said in delight, "this is actually really good." She hadn't expected sandwiches from a small shop to be as good as the gourmet sandwiches she grew up with, but then again, the gourmet sandwiches has the best of the best ingredients, but this still ended up on top. "How the heck are these things so good," she said, swallowing yet another bite happily.

(Sorry its short and What is with this sandwich theme? XD I'm laughing rn lol)

"The best of the best. Fin is a good guy he'd make anything good. He actually didn't let me starve on the streets. I owe him a lot.." He chuckled nervously while taking a bite of the sand which. Right at the corner of his eye, he had saw that miserable tattoo. The FJ21 tattoo. Keeping an eye on the man. They were everywhere. Almost like if Ana was the target or something.. Or..was she?


(I got actually hungry and ate a sandwhich earlier so tadaaa! XD)

"You gotta introduce me to this guy sometime," Ana stated, taking yet another bite and chewed quickly until she noticed Jay seemed tense. She didn't seem to take much of it and continued to eat. She had subconsciously noticed the men and they had registered in her brain, they made her uncomfortable and antsy. It probably was what Jay felt too. She tapped his knee with her foot and mouthed discreetly, "Hey, do you know those guys?"

"His names Fin, he isn't a world star chef, but dang does his sandwiches make him seem like such" He said as he looked back to Ana and nodded. "Mhm.. They aren't good guys.. The one that was one the alley was one of them. They're responsible for the last 10 murders around these parts... Its dangerous." He said and continued to eat his sand which till he finished. "The one that was in the alley, you could tell he had a gun." Jay said with a sigh. Before hearing a loud alarm like if a store nearby was being broken into, soon after that a gunshot. Everyone around sent into panic. It was a sound well known by Jay. "Clock 17 sounds like..." He mumbled and glared.

"Get down, Ana" he said as he soon ran out the door. And jumped over the cars across the street that were parked. Heading straight for the store that was being robbed. Glass broken everywhere, a five robbers had been doing their job. He glared and went into action. Breaking the leg of a chair and throwing it at one of them. "Drop the gun!" Jay said as he quickly moved forward grabbing the mans wrist and twisting it, enough for him to let the gun go. Going forward Jay attacked the other three. Barely keeping up with the attacks.

The sound of gunshots could be heard in the distance, Ana's eyes widened in confusion. This was the first time she had hearn gunshots outside of a television show. As Jace said to get down and left, Ana sat back up in confusion, unknowing of what to actually do. A few of the men that Jay said were dangerous remained, but their attention was diverted to the robbery nearby. Ana took the chance to run behind the counter and hide there, as it seemed safer than under a table.

Grabbing a chair Jay threw it at them and managed to knock them out. As he stepped on a guys hand trying to get his gun back. "Nuh uh." He said with a grin, before turning it to his glare. "Come back here again, And you womt live another second." He said before making sure the safety of the store owners were okay. Brushing the dust off him he went to exit before the guy Jay stepped on, had managed to grab the gun and tried to shoot, barely missimg as he just shot jay's shoulder. The bullet scratching his shoulder ripping his shirt and a few layers of skin. He scoffed before turning, and takimg the gun, stepping on the mans hamd once more and breaking a few fingers. "Try that again i dare you" his tone was dark as he got up and exited the store. Blood had been visible he couldnt have cared at the moment. The rush and adrenaline would soon shut down and then the pain would kick in. He walked back to Fin's bakery, holding the wound with his other hand.

"Fin.. imma need your help" he'd say stopping in front of Fin. As Fin helped Jay walk to the back of the counter and into the storage room leaving it a little open.

After the shooting stopped and the commotion died down, Ana peaked from behind the counter, but immediately ducked under again when she saw Jay coming in asking for Fin. She didn't know why she hid at that moment, probably because she figured he didn't really feel like dealing with her at the moment. He looked injured. Just because she said she wanted food, they ended up here and she got someone hurt. Ana was having second thoughts about returning to her family, but then snapped out of it as the two walked into the storage room. She went and leaned against the doorway out of sight, listening in.

Jay sighed as he Sat up against the wall, meanwhile Fin had been getting the medicine and bandaid. "What happened over there, boy?" Fin asked Jay. "This'll hurt slightly." He also said before pouring the alcohol over the wound. "FJ21.. They got good guns.. I broke the guys fingers and threw a dang chair at a few.. Too many in one place. And groups like that don't usually come in small packs.. I feel like they'll all come soon.. More than I can handle.." Jay said as he clenched his fist.

"You can't do everything by yourself you know that right?.." Fin said, before wrapping up the wound in the bandaid. "I'll get you one of your shirts." Fin said leaving to the back of the storage. Jay's expression had been annoyed. "I won't stand for this. I will take them down.." He growled annoyed. Before hearing Fin come back with a black shirt. Jay got up removing his shirt, one by one scars showed up every inch his old shirt went up, as well as a good pair of muscles, although under a loose shirt it didn't look like he wasn't strong at all, but he was properly built. Jay took the new shirt putting it on. "Can I get another , sand which to-go?" Jay said with a small smile is hopes To change the mood. Fin smacked him behind the head and looked at Jay before doing a slight nod. "Take care of that girl you are with." Fin said before leaving the storage.

Listening in on their conversation, Ana learned much more than she thought she would. She didn't realize Jace could fight for one, and this is the second time she'd heard the name FJ21 come up. Just who are they? she wondered as she listened. When Fin, the shop owner, said he was going to get a new shirt for Jace, she thought he was going to come her way, so she slid behind the doorway a bit farther, but wa shappy when he didn't. She watched as Jay took his shirt iff, shocked to see he actually has so many scars, and were those muscles? Ana was slightly intrigued that she met someone who might be hiding more than they say. She heard Fin mention something about protecting the girl. She was that girl most likely. Before Fin could exit, Ana ran back to the table, getting in a less suspicious position.
