"You c-can do that?" she whispered. Alessa brought her knees to her chest and rested her chin on them. She was silent as Zu'l cried; she felt the need to comfort him, but she didn't know how. Taking a wild guess, she slowly extended her paw that was holding Scarlett. "Scarlett m-makes me feel better when I-I'm sad." she said quietly. Alessa almost never let Scarlett out of her grasp; she was always afraid of her mother stealing the toy and destroying it.
