-Time skip to 11 hours later- (With Trot's consent of course- It's like 9:00 now then)

After his walk he was just sitting in his apartment getting his bag ready. There was a flip switch knife, a decent flashlight, and a polaroid camera. He decided to pack light to fit in some clothes. He had a contact get the rest of his clothes in case someone recognized him he wouldn't loose all of his belongings. He'd escaped from prison before, so if he needed to do it again he'd just easily get his stuff back. He said goodbye to the older landlady, and she thanked him for paying her more than what she asked. The poor woman could barely keep her business up with the lack of people staying at her apartment complex. He said goodbye to the kind, old korean woman with a smile. "Goodbye! Thank you for letting me stay!" He spoke in korean, and she bowed and waved to him.

That made his day 30% better as he walked away from the old building and towards his target for him to rob. It seemed silly for a wanted criminal to rob a game store, but that stuff sold for a lot, and was easy to steal. He looked around to be safe, apparently there was a murderer about. It was 9:00ish and that was when the store closed. He leaned down and placed the keys to his car under the vehicle. He began to walk away and sighed when his contact threw a duffel bag into the back and pulled out of the parking lot. Satisfied he was safe, he hid in the crowds of the city to a crappier part of the place. "Jesus..." He muttered when he saw a man slip a knife into his pocket as he was hiding in the alleyway between two restaurants. "What a creep." He said while turning away and taking the long way around to the place he was going to be robbing. Nobody noticed him, as they probably would have reported him to the police for looking shady as hell. He hid behind a dumpster and held in the urge to gag from the disgusting smells coming from it. He saw a white truck drive away from the employees parking area, and saw there were no more cars there anymore. He waited for about 5 minutes to break in. He pulled out a bobby pin and easily picked the lock. He looked around for a scanner or a camera. There was a single camera located in the back that would most likely be recording the entire store. It was pointed right at him. "Damnit." He muttered under his breath. He had his hood up, so his face wouldn't be seen in the dark store. The only light coming in was from the street lights or the bustling city located outside.

He acted like going in was no big deal, casually walking into a room that wasn't locked. Idiots. He thought. The room he was in had a small desk that was being fed security footage. He put on some gloves from one of his backpack pockets and found the password to the computer in a locked drawer that he easily unlocked. He typed it in and was careful to go slowly so he wasn't heard. He regretted doing it though, because apparently there was a second layer of security on the computer. After 9:00 there was a report sent to the police station if anyone were to log into the computer. "Of course." He muttered when a small blinking red light showed up next to the monitor. He looked back up to see a flashing image on the screen. 'Report sent to the local police station'. He quickly left and stuffed his backpack with everything he could. He tossed a figurine to the side and grabbed a more valuable one.

He moved as fast as he could, knowing there was probably a police cruiser after him. He rolled his eyes in exasperation when he saw the man from before with the knife walk in.

"Alright, now I want the police to show up." He said as the man saw Taehyung and charged him.

Dawn Lee

-Time Skip to 11 Hours Later- (As Tea&Tae said.)

She had yawned, parking her car at a lot behind a large building. The meeting had lasted much longer than she expected. The men all began to talk about who would do what, when and where with the dogs during training period of the dogs' life, but of course, someone brought up lunch after 30 minutes of the real topic. Dawn had just closed her eyes and closed out all the loud and booming voices filling the cramped room. It had ended a few hours prier, but she went to get dinner at a fast food place and dropped off her dog at home before going for her night shift. She rested her head back, taking a deep breath as she watched people cross the road a block away. Her eyes gently closed, exhaustion growing over her body. Her eyes shot open from a loud alert coming from her phone. She frowned, knowing it was probably something ridiculous. "What is it now..." She picked up her phone and looked to an alert from Game Stop. "After hours? Who would rob that store? Gosh greedy people..." She got out of her car, grabbing her handcuffs, flashlight, gun, and phone. She placed her phone into her back pocket and held her gun as if it were something anyone would do. She hooked the handcuffs to her belt before making her way down the dark road. The street light flickered off and on; the bill payments in the area weren't perfect, so not much was new or well presented. She turned a corner and crossed a road. People who were walking shuffled away to leave a space for her since they saw her gun on hand. Her finger was gently on the trigger in case she saw anyone running who looked suspicious. She turned into an alley way which led to the Game Stop. She saw the man charging at the other with a knife, so she raised her gun and narrowed her eyes.

"Freeze and put your hands up!" Her voice boomed through the small area. People around began to run, not wanting to get involved with the police and the man who looked to be insane. "Drop your weapon and get on your knees! Now!" She looked to the Korean boy, raising an eyebrow. She spotted his bag and she sighed. "You as well. Drop the bag and get on your knees.. Or I'll shoot." Her voice kept confident, having no fear of the two men even though they were taller than her. Her voice was very monotone at that point, not surprised if the man with the knife was the murderer they were looking for. She took a few steps closer and realized how tall they actually were. She felt even more puny around them in a way but she knew she was more powerful. She had the gun, after all. She moved her gun so it was held with only her right hand. She used her other hand to pull her hair up into a pony tail so it wasn't in her face. She got her flashlight and shone it into the man with the knife's eyes, smirking. "it is you. Finally." She got her handcuffs and brought his hands behind his back, locking them with e 'click'. She grabbed his knife and put it in her pocket. Her eyes looked over to the Korean boy, who she shouldn't say was ugly. She walked over to him and lifted his chin so she could get a look at him. "Were you the one stealing from Game Stop?" She asked, her eyebrow raised. "Tell the truth and only the truth. If not, I can't help you be put in a better situation once you go to court." Her eyes glistened as she pulled his hoodie off. She shone her flashlight onto his face, taking a soft breath.

"God he's hot..." She thought to herself, glancing to his bag. She kicked it to the side and glanced back to the insane man who was chuckling to himself, mumbling something.

He wasn't surprised when a police officer quickly showed up to the scene. He let her pull his hoodie off, and tilted his head to the side. He was pretending he didn't understand English. He stayed silent and didn't answer her question. His mind was practically running a marathon. He could probably make an escape, he wasn't in handcuffs yet. Besides, his contact should be meeting up with him in about 10 minutes in a new car. He winced with the bright light being shown right into his shimmering brown eyes. The crazed knife murderer was probably her top priority, so he could use him as a distraction. He bit his lip and decided to finally do something. He chucked his open bag at her quickly, and watched the contents of it spill out.

He saw the knife and smirked. "Perfect." He muttered. He slid under the small woman and unlocked the handcuffs on the madman with his knife, using the man as a human shield. He gave the man the pocket knife, not telling him it was dull and couldn't cut a thing. He murmured some things that Taehyung couldn't comprehend, and smiled brightly when he had the dull blade in his hand. "You'd much rather have this guy right?" He said with his heavy satoori accent (satoori=Korean Accent). "I'm just a guy trying to make it by alright?" He said pushing the murderer towards the cop. He ran towards the back employee exit and waved as he left, his hood still off.

When he closed the door, he put his hoodie back on and tried to not look to suspicious as he quickly left the closed shop, and the murderer and the cop. She'd much rather arrest him right? All he did was steal some games to sell to some idiotic kids. To his dismay, he could hear the murderer yelling, pissed off the blade he had was useless. At this point, he was probably apprehended again. He left the alleyway and noticed there was another officer holding down his contact. His bag with his belongings laying next to him, open. All that was in the bag was clothes, some headbands, shoes and other things he needed to get out quickly. The man whipped his head over to see Taehyung standing there surprised. "Ahh I have nothing to do with this guy?" Too late though, because apparently he was already given the report.

"You broke into the Game Stop nearby? Hands up! Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law!" He shouted, another officer holding down his contact. The man now held up a gun to him. Taehyung immediately turned around and ran back through the alleyway, mindlessly running back into the Game Stop with the officer coming up right behind him with an angry expression.

"Ahh I didn't do it?" He said innocently.

Dawn Lee

She snarled, using her hand to block the bag from hitting her face. She huffed, shaking her head in annoyance. She grabbed and cuffed the murderer, throwing him down against a wall. Another police officer walked over to her and took her place, thinking she wouldn't be able to control the insane man. She scoffed at the face he gave her, and was going to speak until he interrupted her. "Go look at that boy. I'll stay here and get this man to the station. Get the boy to the station also." The man frowned, hoping she wouldn't screw anything up. She mumbled something under her breath and nodded, walking over to the Korean boy, frowning. Hearing him try to lie from afar made her chuckle. "Then why did you run?" She raised an eyebrow, aiming her gun at his head. "Lay down flat on your stomach. Your bag had items which were in the store, so you can't lie now." She watched him lay down on his stomach. She took a deep breath and leaned down, patting his body to see if he had anything else on him that may be dangerous. After checking and finding nothing, she pulled his arms behind his back and began to cuff his hands together. "What's your name? I know you can speak English now so you better pipe up." She tried her best not to sound rude, but she wasn't in the mood from his act a few minutes prier. Her leg ached from a heavy figurine hitting it, also getting a cut which began to bleed. She held back her pain with a small flinch, shifting her weight to her other leg.

The man who was originally with him crossed his arms, looking to Dawn as if she were insane. He knew she could get the job done, in fact, he liked her in a friendly way unlike the other men, but he didn't enjoy stepping back and only keeping guard of her as if he weren't important. "I'll get your car so we can take him to the station. Keep him down and don't let him escape again. I'll make sure we get more guards on watch so all the exits are blocked."

"I know and okay." She rolled her eyes, tossing her keys to her coworker. He caught the keys and ran towards the lot where Dawn had parked. She pulled the boy on the ground up and back so he was sitting against a wall. She squatted down in front of him with a neutral look. "You made the wrong choice doing that." She waited for him to say his name so she could look him up on her phone to find his records.

"Ahh you caught me." He smirked and let himself be apprehended. "My name?" He paused before he finished his sentence. "Kim Taehyung. Oh, you're gonna see a lot on my records." His records? There were definitely a lot on there, including his street name. V for victory. 8 cases of robbery where he wasn't caught, escaped out of prison 2 times, and even committed vandalism about 12 times before. The best part? He didn't regret anything. The only thing on there that he absolutely hated was the framed murder. Despite him legally coming to the US through his 'contacts', his record still followed him. "Tch, you better make sure the exits are blocked. Getting out of handcuffs is as easy to me as it is to put butter on bread." His smile got broader, and he flashed a boxy-like smile. "Do you need me to lean over so you can reach my hands." He laughed at his own statement, happy he got to make fun of the short girl. He cringed at the blood that was coming from her hand, and wanted to comfort her badly, but he couldn't.

(AHHHHHHH I don't know what else to write, I'm cringing at how short it is)

"Kim Taehyung" She thought to herself, taking a deep breath. "I've heard that name before..." She raised an eyebrow at his comment about the handcuffs. She smirked back and chuckled, shaking her head. "Well good for you." She looked into his eyes, seeing no regret what so ever. This didn't surprise her, so she nodded a little and got out her phone. She listened to him as he made his comment. She knew he was making fun of how short she was, she was used to it. Almost all her coworkers did the same since she was the shortest out of them all. She knew she was short and she didn't feel bad about it. Being short has its' advantages here and there during situations. "Thank you." She responded, not wanting to make him feel as if he were overpowering her by putting her down for the things she couldn't control. Once she looked up his name and found his records, she did nothing accept raise her eyebrow. "Ah, that's who you are..." She nodded, finally remembering him. While reading through all the things he had down, she chuckled. Once she reached the framed murder, she stopped and looked up at him. Her eyes narrowed, looking into his for some sort of answer, frowning.

"You didn't do that." She said as if she's said it a million times before. Seeing the way he reacted to her bleeding hand made her nod. He wouldn't have cared if she were bleeding, he'd want it. If he were a murderer, he'd already threaten to kill her by then, and or she'd already be dead. She glanced back down at the record before standing. She looked down at him with slight pity from the one report of him, but she shook it off, knowing he were just another guy she shouldn't think about. "You escaped jail twice?" She chuckled. "Then you will probably have no trouble escaping ours." She looked down at him, smiling a little. Why was she encouraging him in a way? Because she could care less about her job. She wasn't paid enough and even though she had found one of the top murderers in Phoenix, she still wouldn't get any upgrade. She knew he wasn't an insane murderer either and just someone who steals, so it wasn't a big deal to her as long as he didn't interfere in her personal life.

After a few minutes, the man from before pulled up in her police car. He stepped out and shut the door behind him. He opened the back door and another police officer shoved the murderer in the back.

He sighed deeply. "No. I didn't kill anyone. Killing is one thing I'll never do." He said with a monotone voice. He really wouldn't hurt anyone. He'd never even punched someone before. Of course, he'd threatened people but he'd never actually took it upon himself to harm another living person. "No... I probably won't have any trouble escaping." He said sighing. "I don't get why it's not a big deal to you. Shouldn't you be telling me that I won't be able to escape from your prison so easily? Other people won't see it the way you do." He let the handcuffs be clicked around his wrists.

He looked up to her clipped on badge and smiled. "Your name is Dawn... That's quite an interesting name." He would have said it was pretty, but he did sort of want to seem tough. He thought back to the mall, and the beautiful tree that grew at the heart of it. He wanted to see it again, or to buy some Panda Express before he skipped down. Though, there was something about this girl that made him want to stay. He shook those thoughts from his head and stood up. He stretched his back and didn't wait for her to lead him to the police car. Instead, he let the male officer shove him into a seat next to the crazed murderer. He didn't like the thought of sitting next to a murderer so he voiced his complaints. "Hey, why are you putting me in the car with the crazy person?" He asked, genuinely confused. The officer rolled his eyes.

"Officer Dawn, didn't you say that you told him to be silent? Also did you look up his record and see who he is?" He asked her, crossing his arms again. He snatched her phone and looked at his record. "He's a murderer? Jesus you're lucky you didn't get hurt." He didn't really see it the same way she did. Sure he liked her as a friend, however was questioning how safe she was around Taehyung. "That guy really isn't safe. We should get this guy back to the station though." He read on further and saw he had escaped prison twice before. He handed her back her phone and sighed. "We should watch him. He's a murderer and he knows how to escape." He walked back to the car and sat in the passenger seat, waiting for her to drive. "Let's just get back to the station."

Taehyung scoffed. "Hey! You can't talk about me like I'm not here." he huffed angrily. "Very disrespectful." He said under his breath. The crazy man next to him kept muttering things, and that really pissed the guy sitting next to him off. "Can you please shutup?" He said slightly growling.

Dawn Lee

She nodded to his response, believing him. "I believe you." She looked to the officer who walked up to her. Before he was in ear shot, she responded to his question. "I could care less about my job. You aren't doing anything that is extremely terrible and it won't affect my personal life." She looked back at him. His comparison of her to other people made her smirk. "Of course not. Most of them are men." She didn't mean to be sexist, but she wanted to see his reaction. "Dawn? Interesting? Not around here. You can find many Dawn's. I'm just another girl hidden in the crowds." She watched as he stood. She took a step back and sighed, letting him do as he pleased. She was surprised when he let her coworker shove him into the backseat, but his response made her laugh. "Because you're a 'criminal.' You'll be fine. He has nothing that can hurt you." She snarled when the police officer grabbed her phone. She said nothing and waited as he talked. She didn't listen to him and only began to pay attention once her phone was back in her hands. She rolled her eyes to his last remark about Taehyung. She watched him get in the passengers seat and she did the same accept in the drivers seat.

"Alright! I'm going, I'm going..." She put her hand out for her keys. He hadn't given them back. After a moment of realization, the officer gave her back the keys and she turned the engine on, closing her door. Taehyung's comments made her nod. "Yeah, he's still a person, not an idiot. He can understand what you are saying so you shouldn't speak to him as if he were a dog." The officer next to her opened his mouth to speak, but closed it, shaking his head. He put on his seat belt and glanced to Dawn.

"He's a criminal. A criminal should be treated like one." He rolled his eyes, leaning his elbow on the side of the door, looking out the window. His eyes widened to her response shortly after.

"So that gives you the right to treat him as if he weren't meant to be placed on this Earth?! Everyone was placed here for a reason and so has he. So if you think your life is more valuable than his then I recommend you leave this vehicle immediately or I will show you a piece of my mind." She breathed heavily, anger rushing through her veins. She was protective over people, but she didn't expect herself to be protective over someone she hadn't known well. She knew he did no harm to the person who was murdered, and her coworkers' thoughts made her want to strangle him herself.

"Oh..." He looked to her. She was a small woman, but her voice was over powering and fairly terrifying when she tried to be his lower lip quivered to speak, and he finally nodded with a frown. "I'm sorry, Dawn. I won't speak anymore of this conversation."

"Good." She huffed, stepping on the gas. The car began to move and she calmed slightly; though her expression was more furious than ever.

"Gottem." Taehyung muttered under his breath. Although, he was quite surprised she was so protective of a man she'd never met before. Even though he was a criminal, she treated him like someone he'd known for a long time. He looked out the window and ignored the mumblings of the crazy guy next to him. The city at night was beautiful, like someone painted the sky with little white dots. Like a masterpiece of a great artist or like God carefully painted every single star into the sky. They were quite faint because of the lights from the city. He was positive the view from the sky would be gorgeous. The lights coming from buildings would look like little fireflies dancing in the night sky. "Wish I had my camera." He muttered longingly. The cars that whisked by the police vehicle he was in probably looked like ants to birds. He was staring out the window for a solid 5 minutes just admiring the scenery. The boy with chocolate colored hair wanted to adjust his headband, but couldn't because of the handcuffs that were keeping him from doing so.

I want to come back here some time. To actually experience the place how a normal person would, and not have to worry about my time in the city being the my last. He thought. Many similar thoughts crossed his mind, but in most of them there was a person by his side. Experiencing the wonders of the never ending adventure of traveling. He didn't really know who he was, but he was familiar. Like he'd seen them before. It was a boyish figure, he couldn't quite make out the facial figures though. That was when it clicked in his brain for him. It was his little brother. That just reminded him of how much he missed his little siblings. His younger sister and brother. He longed to see his family again, but knew they probably wouldn't want to see him anytime soon. Eon Jin, Jeong Gyu, I really want to see you guys again. He smiled at the thought of the smaller kids messing around with him. Oh yeah, and not to mention his little cousins he loved to tease.

"Ahh I miss home." He said extremely softly and in Korean. "I just wish I never made those stupid mistakes."

Dawn Lee

She shook her head and looked in the front mirror, glancing at Taehyung. She smiled gently and looked back at the road; her expression going back to neutral. Her mind was clouded with emotion towards her coworker. She didn't hate him, but she disliked him deeply at that moment. "I'm sorry, Dawn." He sighed, looking down in disappointment.

"Don't be sorry to me. Be sorry to him." She motioned her head towards the boy staring at the stars in the back. She didn't look though, keeping her eyes on the road since someone looked to be drunk driving. She did nothing about it since they were on an empty highway, so she just drove past him and went back to the speed limit.

"Oh. I'm sorry." He looked back at Taehyung. His voice was sarcastic and he truly didn't care about apologizing to him, but he truly wanted to befriend Dawn. She was the only one in the station who made since and he enjoyed her odd company. He turned back as she pulled to a stop at the station. "Anyways... since you're still on your shift, can you watch him tonight? Just make sure he doesn't escape."

"Yeah. Sure." She glanced back at him, understanding what he said a little. Her parents had spoken Korean, but she hadn't seen them in years. She was a little rough around the edges when it came to the language. It was her first language, but English was her favorite since her school was American. Without it, she wouldn't be able to communicate to the people around the area to get through life. She got out of her car in unison with her coworker. She closed the door behind her and opened the back, gently pulling Taehyung out. "You have the right to remain silent while in the station." She sighed, used to saying these words over and over again more than once a week. She led him into the station, as did her coworker with the murderer. She turned a corner and went straight to the temporary prison area. She opened one of the empty bar doors and led him inside, taking off his handcuffs. She stepped out and locked the door behind him. She walked to a desk and put the key inside; hooking her handcuffs to her belt. She sat down on a chair which was up against a wall in front of the prison cell. She leaned her elbow on her knee and smashed her right cheek with her hand. Her expression was bored and she watched him, not caring if he were planning to escape, as long as he didn't hurt her. After the thought of pain, she looked to her bleeding hand and she sighed, standing up. She went to a drawer int he desk and she took out a small first aid kit, taking out a wrap. She wrapped her hand and closed the kit, sitting back in the chair. "Do as you please. I get paid by the hour so it would be nice if you took your time."
