Hoskins is missing as well. Last I saw he was in the lab.”

Although why on earth would he sell the project. ‘Shipping everything off in a couple hours.’ ‘Including the handler?’ ‘Correct.’. Wait... no.. I can’t be taken I just can’t. I tried to make noise but it didn’t come out. My body was not moving. Nothing worked. Hoskins cleared his throat before continueing. ‘It’s nice country. He will Enjoy it. “Claire you don’t understand and even if I told you, you wouldn’t believe me.” I told her in a panicky tone. Couldn’t Claire just move so I could get to Owen. If I didn’t say him soon he might be dead soon. It was going to be too late and Owen would be far away and I’d never see him again. Half of me wanted to push her aside.

xxx Claire narrowed her eyes when she heard what Dawn said about Grey. She didn’t want to be reminded that the child was her son. It was the last thing she wanted to think about. “the indominus wont be interested in this part of the park. She is going towards where all of the people are. They are safer here than anywhere else. xxx Hoskins seemed to have a childish air about him. It was like selling a broken toy to a friend after convincing them it was the most amazing thing in the world. Which I’m many cases it was. He wanted to torment Owen but there was no point. He was kept like this so that he could be easier to transport. They would have to dose him with tranquilizer again soon before he began to wake up. The facility was right on the edge of the park. No one would think to look for them here. Soon Owen and the three remaining raptors would be shipped away to the other side of the world never to be seen again. Hoskins was delighted by this prospect. The park and all of its assets were his now.

xxxClaire refused to allow Dawn to get aaay with this. She was not going to allow Dawn to go out on her own as it was no longer safe. The boys will be fine. xxxClaire jumped in the Jeep as Dawn rushed towards it sitting in the back as the dog seemed adimant on taking the passenger seat. She looked outside then back to Dawn quickly. “why the rush?” Claire asked wanting answers as to what was going on. She suspected that they had a bit of a drive before they made it to wherever they were going.
xxxI woke up again this time with a doctor like person crouched down beside me. He was checking my vitals I assumed. He sighed and nodded to someone taking down notes. Apparently I was healthy but my body wouldn’t move and I couldn’t talk. I managed to move a finger a little bit which was good. I gasped when Hoskins walked into the room and looked at me. “I wish I could give you a proper send off Grady, but this will have to do”. The boat was as waiting just finishing docking. Just as I had ordered a few hours ago. He took a handful of my hair getting me to look directly at him. ‘You will be sedated so you don’t hurt yourself. Also if the boat goes down.’ I could swear he was mocking me. I wanted to do something but I couldn’t. I felt the sharp prick of a needle in my arm. ‘He’s ready to go sir’ the doctor said flatly. As though emotion was trying to crack through his voice but was unable too.

I was driving much faster than I should have been but I had an aching feeling that something was terribly wrong. I grabbed my pistol and placed it in my bag, ready to fight if anyone’s pulled a gun on me like Vic had a few weeks ago. “Come on rex. You’ve got this.” I said in a low voice as he barked again and we got closer to the docks. I got out and slammed the door. Rex got out and stood beside me. “Hold.” I commanded as I waited for Claire to follow.

xxxClaire nodded still frustrated by the fact that dawn was ignoring her questions. This seemed urgent and yet she didn’t have the answers that she was looking for. She let out a sigh and looked out the window trying to see if she could spot anything. She then caught sight of what looked like a damaged motorbike near the docks. She approached it carefully seeing that it was Owen’s. Why was he here? She walked back over to dawn feeling more and more suspicious.
xxxHoskins watched me as I lay on the ground unable to move or defend myself from anything. Let alone what they were going to do to me in due time. I needed to escape rushes of adrenaline were kicking through my body yet there was nothing that I could do about it. I was trapped right here unable to leave or protect myself. They loaded me onto a stretcher carrying me out of the concrete cell.

xxxClaire was gawking at the building in disbelief. She didn’t even know that it was here which was fascinating as she she as basically the overseer of the park. This was all new to her. She shook her head and looked at Dawn. “I’ve never even seen this building before” which was not a good sign.
xxxI blinked a few times trying to figure this out. They carried me to what looked like one of those metal shipping containers that they used on trains or large ships. They really were shipping me away. The wall had a window haphazardly cut into it. They put me on the ground which was just as cold as the cement cell they had me in. Hoskins approached me with what looked like a smug look on his face. ‘They paid well for the project, I figured I’d throw the handler in as well. So we are sending you to the other side of the world. To spend the rest of your days making more weapons. Be disobedient and we’ll, I’ll let you find out what they will do to you. You are leaving in an hour and a half. So, say your prayers Grady.’ Hoskins hissed before getting up and looking down at me. I could tell he was planning to do something to me... he was not satisfied with just sending me off.

Rex bolted towards he ship suddenly. He had gotten Owen’s scent and it was obviously fresh. I rested a hand on my gun. It seemed like I would be needing it. I could see an outline of Hoskins. He clearly hadn’t thought that I would have reacted so quickly. I boarded the ship, not bothering to check if anyone was behind me. Rex was already growling and snapping his jaws ferociously at Vic. “Hoskins. What’s going on here?” I snapped.

xxxClaire felt the hair on the back of her neck stand up. What on earth was going on? She wanted to know why they were preserving the lab equipment instead of using his ship to get people off the island. People that needed to get off to get medical attention or to see their families.
xxxHoskins had decided to step away from Owen and lock the crate with a padlock. No one was going to get in there Untill the package arrived at its desired destination. Owen would be up by then and I am sure he would be well enough to protest whatever they were doing. Hoskins stepped off the ship to be greeted by Dawn and Claire. As well as the snapping dog. “getting the lab off of this island. Someone needs to ensure that InGen has a future. Since it’s my whole life I took up the honour of such an arduous task. The real question is what are you doing here sweetheart?” he hissed eyeing her.

This wasn’t a game and I would find Owen and bring him back to safety

xxxHe cocked his head to the left looking st her and listening to her threat. She was so scared, she wanted to know that Owen was alright. If he could he would send the boat off now but he knew that the remainder of the data from the project had to be packaged up for those that he had sold it too. “Owen is not here. We found his bike which we had on one of these crates to bring it here and I figured I’d return it to him when I saw him again. Maybe your dog is wrong sweetie “ he hissed the ramp being brought up that Hoskins had been on. He was not letting them ruin this.

xxxHoskins was not letting her near the data. He had an idea. “It’s all classified, especially the embryos. It’s all property of InGen and unless you can get a judge out here and get a warrant properly I am not letting you anywhere near that ship. Hoskins folded his arms and looked as the new round of guards took station at the places where people could access the boat.

I got directly in his face. He was lying and it was as clear as day to me. Maybe it was because I had been lied to for my entire life so I could tell the look of a lie better than most. “Mr.Hoskins, I don’t know what you think you’re doing but you need to return Owen to me know. I’ll walk over to Claire in an instant and tell her why Mr.Grady has been going missing. I know you screwed up the security disk, in your honor, I copied it five or six times so I have more and they’re ready to watch. You’re threats are empty to me now so, and I’ll ask nicely, please allow me to have Mr.Grady back.”

xxxHoskins was tempted to grab her wrist and drag he right into the building. Did she think that Claire was in charge of him? Well she was dead wrong. “do as you please. He was not letting them get cheated out of having the handler. The one who could ensure that the other branches of the project went well. Once war breaks out they will have everything they could ever want. I will have other projects on the go people paying thousands for them. He grabbed Dawn’s wrist. “you are leaving without Grady. Guess what? I’m not even going to let you say good bye. Besides he’s so sedated he can’t even talk.”

He was going to lash out in a way that she had not espected. “I’ll have to tell them that an unfortunate accident happened. That Owen was killed. If you dare challenge me Sweetheart. He’s being sent away where no one will ever see him again” he said as Clare walked over to them.

I had half a mind to turn on my heels and slap Claire as well. “What the hell Clarie?” I asked in a low voice so only she could hear. What was going on with her? Claire knew extremely well that that was the opposite of what I wanted but, maybe, just maybe, Claire was doing what was best for me? I just didn’t want to let go of Owen. They might kill him or something.
