She dropped her weapon. Then smirked. JJ pulled his trigger and shot the man, Mavis quickly turned and pulled him up onto her lap. She had one arm behind his shoulders. She felt his forehead. "God.. you must have a headache..."

Jax felt horrible. His head hurt so bad and the back of it was bleeding from hitting the floor. "Mavis... I am so ssssorry..." he mumbled. His words were a little jumbled.
The man hit the ground with a scream. He was hurting a lot.

"JJ leave him. Jax... it's fine..." She murmured. JJ called an ambulance. Jason watched Mavis, she was patting Jax's forehead, and putting pressure on the cut on the back of his head

Jax had his eyes closed. He really did not feel good at all. "I messed everything up..." he mumbled. He was trying hard not to pass out again. He went quiet to focus.

She looked at him. "You didnt... I swear... Shh... shh.. relax.. Pass out if you need too. But dont leave me okay?" She replied leaning down, she kissed his forehead

"I did... you broke up with me... Jax said to her right before he passed out again. He was in so much pain and his body was under a lot of stress.

She looked at the dead man behind them as the ambulance arrived. She gave them Jax, then watched them leave

Jax went with them and was taken to the hospital. After a couple hours, he woke up and looked around and panicked not knowing where he was.

The doctor reassured him that he was fine and told him that Mavis found him in time. Mavis slowly walked into the room.

Jax still hurt a lot. He looked at the doctor and then Mavis. "Mavis..." He said. He was not really sure what to say to her. "Thank you but you don't have to stay here..." He said to her.
