Garviel thought for a few moments. There wasn't really anything that he could think of off the top of his head that Saros could do for him. However, he happened to catch sight of the boxes in the corner of the room, and decided that was good enough. Even if it would only take a few minutes. "You could help me take those boxes to the loading bay?" he suggested, gesturing towards the rest of the boxes that had been left in Saros's room. "That's all I can think of that needs doing, though."

Saros glanced at the stack of boxes and nodded as he almost immediately stepped up to grab some of the boxes. It wasn't much, but he'd take what he could get. He could only take two, maybe three of them at a time, but there weren't too many of them. Once he had a hold on the boxes he was carrying, he turned and headed in the direction of the loading bay.

Once Saros had retrieved some of the boxes, Garviel walked over to grab the rest. Obviously, he wasn't about to make Saros do all the work - even if he had asked for something to keep him busy. It wasn't his ship. Garviel headed back outside, easily catching up to Saros on his way to the loading bay.

"Just put them over here," he told Saros as they reached the loading bay, leading him over to the edge of the space, where he had placed the other boxes the night before after organising them.

Saros went where Garviel had directed him to go, and set the boxes down, being careful since he didn't know what was in them. He stepped away once he was done to make sure he didn't get in the alien's way and then glanced over at the other. "What even is all the stuff in these boxes for...?" he asked, mostly stalling so he didn't have to go but also honestly curious.

Garviel put the boxes down, pushing them against the wall with his boot. That done, he turned to face Saros. "Oh, most of it is just stuff that needs to be thrown away," Garviel answered with a shrug, casting a look back at the boxes. "The rest is just things people lost over the years, I suppose."

Saros tilted his head and glanced at the boxes as Garviel spoke. He nodded and then spoke. "Well.....
it looks like the stuff isn't lost anymore..... Everyone just needs to actually come and retrieve it all if it's their's," he remarked with another glance at the empty boxes.

"Yeah," Garviel nodded, running a hand through his hair as he looked at the boxes. He wasn't sure they'd be retrieving their things anytime soon, seeing as everyone was off doing their own thing right now. "Right, thanks for that," he added after a moment, stepping away from the boxes. There wasn't anything else that he could think of that needed doing, so he wasn't sure what Saros could do to keep himself occupied now.

Saros sensed the other couldn't come up with anything else to do as he held back a soft sigh. Instead he nodded as the other alien thanked him and shifted a little before glancing down and gesturing to the door. "You're welcome....I'll leave you to whatever you need to take care of then..." he replied before heading for the door. It looked like he was back to square one.

The alien watched as Saros moved to the door. He stayed where he was, although spoke up before Saros left. "You don't have to stay in your room. You're still welcome to move freely around the ship." He felt like Saros might be disappointed that there were no more jobs to occupy himself with, but at least looking around would keep him busy.

Saros paused in the middle of the doorway and he placed a on the door frame as he glanced back over his shoulder at the alien. He stayed like that, seeming to consider his words before smiling softly and nodding. "thanks....."
He nodded once and disappeared down the hall. He'd still stop by his room for a little while, but he didn't stay long. He didn't plan on leaving the ship, but he took his backpack with him as he wandered down the different halls and further explored some of the rooms that weren't bedrooms.
