Saros leaned back in his seat with a sigh as he watched the screens blip and flash and then settle into soft glows as the system processed and then accepted his commands. There didn’t seem to be any problems at all. There hadn’t been any for the duration of the trip since they had left the bustling planet Kasmov to deliver food and supplies to a quiet planet by the name Gotroth. In all honestly, Saros was happy with this but also a little bored. Things never went this smoothly for any of his previous flights....... Lost in his thoughts, Saros wasn’t even paying attention to the screens any longer.
(Hope this is okay and I made half this up just so you know XD)

"Scan the ship," Garviel ordered. They had been following the other spaceship at a distance for some time now, their own vessel hidden from radars by its stealth drive. His ship was a hardy thing, just big enough to fit all of his crew, supplies, and whatever they 'requisitioned.' It wasn't the prettiest; years and years of travel and battles had meant that the ship was often patched up again with scavenged materials, resulting in it looking very mismatched. It could take a real beating, though, and over the years it had been equipped with some very handy tech.
The captain had been wondering why this vessel was travelling alone - due to pirates, ships tended to travel in groups, or at least have a good defence system. He leaned forwards in his seat as a log of the ship's crew and inventory began to fill out on the large display in front of him.
"Supplies for Gotroth," he murmured, leaning back again. That explained why they didn't have anyone escorting them. He had been hoping for a ship transporting weapons, but the pickings weren't looking too good today. While it wasn't what he was looking for, the supplies would still be of use, and they could take the ship. Scrap it or sell it.
Garviel swiped the list away, before standing up and looking around. "Bring us closer. We'll take the ship," he declared, indicating to a few of his crew members to follow him out of the bridge. They'd force a docking with the other ship - he doubted a bunch of humans transporting food would put up much of a fight.
(( it's fine, so did i :'D ))

Saros was still sitting in the front of the ship, staring blankly at the screens in front of him as his thoughts continued to wander, though they had switched more to running through the checklist of this that would need checked over by the end of the day to make sure the journey continued smoothly. He was jolted out of these thoughts however when the screens began to flash with an alert of another ship docking. What?! He hadn't allowed that, especially since moments before there hadn't even been a ship anywhere near then. It was too late to stop it though.
He probably should have stayed put, even sent out a signal or something, but instead Saros got up and rushed out of the bridge, quickly making his way through the small ship and being joined by the small crew of four other humans that were aboard the ship. Everyone knew there was something off and wanted to know what was going on.

Garviel made a brief stop to the ship's armoury, he and his crew members equipping themselves. Only lightly. His crew was comprised of a number of different species from all corners of the galaxy - most of them big and rough. They probably wouldn't even need weapons; humans were small and squishy, and often no match for the brute force of a large alien. They took the weapons anyway. There were often exceptions.
Once the ship had docked, Garviel sent a couple of the crew members he'd brought with him out first, to scout ahead. He himself took his time to look around the loading bay. Everything seemed to be in good condition - he found human's ships were often sleek and expertly designed. He could definitely get a good price for this.
His next stop would be the bridge. The ship was only small, so he soon came across the humans on his way there. He counted five of them - all of whom he'd taken note of on the ship's log a few minutes prior. Of course, they were confused, and probably wouldn't cause him any problems. "Hands up," he told them gruffly, raising his gun.

Of course the ship was nearly top condition. It wasn't a top of the line model, but it was still fairly new and nice and Saros took great pride in keeping up whatever ship he had in his possession at the time. The inside and outside of the ship was always taken care of and keep clean to preserve the quality of the ship. If something did break or was damaged, it was immediately fixed, or as son as possible if they did not have the supplies to take care of it at the time.
Saros blinked in surprise when the alien first came into eyesight, but the surprised expression disappeared within seconds and all that was left was a scowl. When the alien ordered them to raise their hands, the crew exchanged confusion and questioning glances before one or two of them began to raise their hands, the other glancing at their captain hesitantly. Saros was standing there, not moved as he glared at the alien. "Who are you? And what are you doing on my ship?!" he demanded angrily, ignoring the alien's 'order'.

Content that all of the ship's crew were present, Garviel motioned for one of the other aliens to head to the bridge. She'd make sure that they hadn't sent a distress signal. The captain turned back to the humans, some of whom had done as they were told and raised their hands.
When one of them spoke up, Garviel stepped towards him, gazing down at the human calmly. "Captain Saros Hunter, I presume?" he asked, lowering his weapon as he addressed him. It was only polite. The rest of his crew kept their guns aimed, however. If the human tried anything, it certainly wouldn't end well for him.
"I am Captain Garviel," he introduced himself, "and I'm taking your ship." Garviel studied the human closely. If any of them was going to cause him problems, it was this one. The alien was already deciding what to do with Saros and the others. Shoot them? Throw them out the airlock? Take them back to their planet? There were probably even shady species who would buy humans. Most likely for research purposes. The possibilities were endless.

Saros lifted his chin defiantly to meet the alien's gaze when he stepped closer and his frown deepened by the slightest degree when the alien spoke and already seemed to know who he was. Yeah, that information was stored in the ship's system, but it could only be accessed in the bridge, which he had just come from. so how exactly did this alien know that?
Those thoughts were pushed to the back of his mind though as the alien introduced himself and stated he was taking his ship. "Like hell you are! First off, it's taking a shipment to Gotroth. And secondly, it's mine and I will not just hand it over to some alien that happens to waltz in here like the ship is already his!" he exclaimed sharply. He was still just standing there glaring up at the alien with his arms crossed. He could have tried to use his own weapon, a blade tucked in a sheath on his hip, but he hadn't thought to try it yet. He was just annoyed right then and his first reaction was to argue, not yet fight.
