Pokemon Trainer Lillie
Lillie looked at the injured Poochenya and felt somewhat sorry for it. "That's nice of you guys," replied Lillie. She looked at the medicine that the Poochenya needed. It was weird how one [Pokemon needed that much medicine, perhaps she was injured badly. Lillie took a few steps closer towards the Poochenya to get a good view of it. To Lillie, it DID looked injured, but not as bad as she thought it would be. In fact, she thought the Poochenya looked just fine, except there were a few scratches at a few vital places."How did this one get injured?", asked Lillie.

[Boomer]

"We're not exactly sure." said the second scientist, "We believe she was burned by another Pokemon." Alessa's eyes shot open and she backed up to the rear of the cage. Noting this behavior, the first scientist quickly typed something on his computer. "S-sorry..." said the second scientist, "You're safe here. Nothing will hurt you again." Alessa shook a bit as she flattened her ears. "Well, something attacked her." mumbled the first scientist, "Your mother was contacted from a Pokemon Center in Hoenn. She allowed the Poochyena to be shipped here. Speaking of the president, she should be coming down here to see the pup." Herdier sat down and looked to Lillie, slowly wagging his tail.

"Poor thing," replied Lillie. "It must be terrible to be hurt by another Pokemon, I can't even imagine..." Lillie bent down to the Herdier and pat it as the scientist mentioned about her mother. "...my mother?" Lillie looked at the entrance of the elevator. She felt a sense of relief as she knew that her mother had changed from preserving Pokemon to genuinely caring for them. She felt quite happy somehow, and hoped that her mother would keep up with her charity. "She will be coming down eventually, wouldn't she?" Lillie started to think for a reason that her mother would come to see the pup. Perhaps she would place her in a rehabilitation spot in the Aether Paradise? That sounded nice to Lillie as she knew that she could make more friends with Pokemon now.

[Boomer]

"I imagine within the next few minutes or so." said the first scientist, "She was not happy that the Poochyena escaped... the boat had to dock at Akala to refuel and the grunts with her said she seemed to have some kind of telekinetic power. It's strange being that she's a dark type, but her coloring is strange too." "Perhaps she came from a different dimension." said the second scientist quietly. They knew not to speak much about the different dimensions in front of their boss. They stood up straight as Lusamine calmly entered the lab with her Clefable at her side.

"Good morning ma'am." they said in unison. "Good morning to you too." replied Lusamine, giving a small smile. She then turned to her daughter and seemed even more happy. "Good morning, Lillie." she added sweetly. Lusamine glanced over to the cage and took a step closer. Clefable stood next to Lillie as Lusamine peered into the cage. "You poor thing..." she frowned, "I'm sure you'll start feeling better soon." Alessa stayed right where she was; she wasn't too sure about Lusamine just yet. Lusamine sighed quietly as she turned her attention to the scientists. "How long do you think it'll take those wounds to heal?" she asked. "It may take weeks or months." replied the first scientist, "It mostly depends on if her immune system is strong enough." "Perhaps when she's feeling better, Lillie and I can help nurse her back to health." suggested Lusamine. She hoped that if they both could share a common goal, their relationship could grow stronger. "How does that sound to you?" she asked, glancing to Lillie, "If you're not comfortable with it, I could take care of her myself."

"....that's odd," replied Lillie. Has it been cursed with another power? Before she could even think any further, her mother stepped in the room. As Lusamine smiled at her, she gave a simple 'Good Morning' reply in return. Lillie looked at the Clefable and picked it up. She followed Lusamine and heard her conversation with the scientists.
A few months seemed like a really long time, especially for a wild Pokemon whose probably not comfortable with human beings. Lillie stared at her mother as she asked the question of taking the wild Pokemon into care. "I'm fine with it," replied Lillie. If it could make her relationship with Lusamine any stronger, she would be willing to take up the challenge. "How are we supposed to control it though?" asked Lillie. She knew that a wild Pokemon may attempt to flee from a human being, even though the human may have good intentions for it. "Are we going to capture it with a Pokeball?"

[Boomer]

Lusamine was already trying to figure out how exactly they'd keep Alessa from trying to escape. "A Pokeball would be the easiest method." she murmured, "But she needs to be socialized. It won't do her any good to be kept in a Pokeball." "We have been researching her... ability, and we developed a collar to cancel out her power." said the first scientist calmly. Lusamine wasn't too keen on this idea, but she didn't want Lillie or her Pokemon to get hurt; the Poochyena pup was wild and most likely had never encountered humans before her injuries occurred. "It's a normal collar, yes?" she asked, "Not a shock collar or one that will hurt her?" "No ma'am." replied the second scientist, "It won't hurt her at all." Lusamine looked into the cage once more before nodding. "Give her some time to adjust, then put it on her." she said.

Lillie looked at the poor Poochenya which was locked in the cage. "She can't just be sitting here all day, can she?", asked Lillie.
It would be terrible to be contained in a small space with no freedom to do anything. Lillie didn't know how that felt like, but it didn't sound good to her ears. After all, there was no way that the Poochenya could calm down easily, especially if its a wild one. Lillie felt like the Poochenya needed more space, or if not space, then entertainment,. Therefore, Lillie attempted to make a request. "We'll be transferring it to a bigger space right? It doesn't feel right to keep it down here, unless you have the feel to do some more research on it..." Lillie placed her hand on the surface of the cage as she looked at the Pokemon in the cage. "If you'd like, maybe I can keep it with me. I will try my best to make it somewhat comfortable with me."

[Boomer]

While Lusamine was absolutely ecstatic about Lillie offering to keep the Pokemon, she kept a calm demeanor. "That's perfectly fine with me." she said softly, "Perhaps she'd trust someone closer to her size first." The first scientist looked to the cage for a moment. "We'd like to keep her down here for a few weeks, but if you promise to being her down here every day just so we can check her progress, we'll let you care for her upstairs." he said. He certainly didn't want to say no to Lillie, especially with her mother standing right there. Alessa listened to the humans talk as she buried her muzzle in her toy. "What do you think, Scarlett?" she whispered, "I don't know about these humans."

"I promise," said Lillie enthusiastically. She knew that in order to make friends with Pokemon, you had to bond with them first. Besides, what's the worst that can happen? Lillie walked over to Lusamine. "Don't mind if I go back to my room now, or do you want me to stay here for a while?" asked Lillie. She thought that her time at the lab was up. She didn't want to be stuck down any longer. Not because she didn't want to, but her mother may need to talk with the scientists working there.

[Boomer]

"You may go to your room." murmured Lusamine, "Once your little pup gets more comfortable, I'd like you to bring her to my office. She should be comfortable with both of us if she's going to be a pet." Lusamine petted Herdier as he sat next to his trainer. Alessa stiffened up as the first scientist opened her cage and unhooked the IV from her paw. He gently pulled her out from the cage and offered her to Lillie. Although everything in Alessa's mind told her to fight and escape, she was far too nervous to do so. Lusamine watched the Poochyena pup closely, making sure Alessa wouldn't attack Lillie. She'd rather have herself be bitten than Lillie. "Actually, why don't I carry her until we get upstairs?" mused Lusamine, glancing to Lillie, "Just in case she's a bit antsy." Alessa felt herself being moved into Lusamine's arms. The pup struggled just for a moment, but a firm yet comforting grip calmed her down. Alessa had Scarlett in her jaws as she was gently petted.
