Gianna woke up eventually, shaking Jack as well. “Jack, we should go out to eat.” She said, walking out the door and changing into a cropped hoodie and jeans, then coming back for his reply. “Sorry, my outfit was hella uncomfortable.”

He woke up and yawned. He still felt tired. "Okay." When Gianna returned, he got out of bed and followed her to a restaurant. He ordered something and just sat there, looking at the table. When the food arrived, Jack just stared at it, not hungry for some odd reason.

Gianna took a small bite. “Jackie, are you okay?” She asked. “Wait, Wait, Wait.” She put her finger in the air and went in her purse, pulling out a book on Soul Collectors. “Oh. Okay.” She mumbled to herself.

Jack looked at the book before sighing. He didn't like the fact that people are looking at them only because Gianna kinda yelled out 'wait,' three times. He rested his head on the table and closed his eyes.

“I’m sorry.” She sighed, then handed him the book. “You should read this. My grandfather gave it to me when I was young, I didn’t know what it was for a long time, but then he told me. But I brought it, because it’s the only thing I have left to remember him.”

"Thanks." He said and grabbed the book. He looked through it and found some important information. He then handed her the book back and told her to hang on to it until he needs it.

“No problem.” She took the book, placing it in her bag again. She grabbed one of his hands from under the table gently. “It was so weird. In my dream, all of our friends had powers, but we didn’t. You said “how come all of our friends have powers and we don’t?” And we do now..”

"That is weird. But here you can have my food. I'm not hungry at all." He pushed his plate to her so she could have his food. Jack rested his forehead on the table and tried his best to stay awake.

Gianna got the bill, not hungry either. “I’ll pay. You, go collect a soul so you aren’t tired anymore.” She smiled at him, walking over to the front desk to pay.

He got up and started to head out of the door. When he did so, a person accidentally bumped into Jack. This caused their soul to leave. The glass bottle necklace opened on it own, causing the soul to be sucked in. Jack definitely didn't feel tired, but he was worried about the person. The person seemed to be out of it and ignored everyone and everything. As if it were a zombie that wasn't chasing people.
