[Happy~]

Alec:
The nurse smiled and nodded, "Would you like some something to eat?" She asked, "I can bring in another sandwich." She says. At the moment I didn't feel strong, just weak and a bit broken. My mind was on what had happened and the fact that Eliza had stayed all night by my bedside.

[lavender moon]

“No ma’am. Thank you though.” I couldn’t eat. I hadn’t ever had a real appetite but I just could not eat the moment. I held Alec’s hand in mine. Even though I knew I shouldn’t. I couldn’t help it.

[Happy~]

Alec:
I woke again in the late afternoon, feeling better than I had been the first time I woke. Opening my eyes I sit up a bit, noticing the cast in my leg and the bandage on my head and chest. Everything still hurt but I pushed it away, what seemed like a distant memory came to me. I was in a black Smith's shop with fire, but it didn't burn me. I felt no lain when I touched the fire. Sighing I lean back into the pillow.

“Alec? Alec wake up.” I said as he sat up. He wasn’t awake. He must’ve been dreaming so vividly that he thought his dream was real. Poor soul. He seemed to be trying to escape the pain. I tapped on him gently. “Alec, you’re dreaming”

[Happy~]

Alec:
I watch as everything fades, rippling like water. Groaning softly I open my eyes and look up at Eliza again, surprised she was still here. Offering her a soft smile I slowly and gently take her hand in mine, "Y-you stayed..." I say quietly.

[lavender moon]

“I’d never leave you. What were you dreaming about? You say up and reached out and such.” I said, leaning over him and brushing back my hair so it was swooping down behind me.

[Happy~]

Alec:
"I-I was in a black Smith's shop, doing something with the fire. It d-didn't burn me." I tell her, not realizing I was rubbing my thumb over her knuckles. Sighing softly I close my eyes for a brief second then open them again, feeling like I was forgetting someone.

[lavender moon]

“How peculiar. I wouldn’t pay mch kind to it. You’re still very sick. Why not lay back down?” I asked him. I didn’t like him up in his own.

[Happy~]

Alec:
"I-im not sick, just hurt." I tell her but do as she says anyway, getting as comfortable as I can. "T-thank you." I say quietly, not wanting to let her hand go. It felt like it belonged in mine, like we belonged together.

[lavender moon]

I pulled my hand away from his. This wasn’t right. I was going to eat myself hurt through this. One way or another it would bring up problems that I couldn’t afford in my life at the moment. “Now that you’re better, I should go. The nurses probably don’t want me in here while you’re healing.” I had a faint smile on my face before I got up and left the room.
