[Happy~]

Alec:
I role my eyes as I hear her. Once back at the house I find Lex and she isn't happy, though by the way she keeps giggling and tripping over her own feet I can tell she probably wont remember much of tonight. I smile and put my arm around her to keep her from falling over, along with plucking the cup out of her hand and handing it to someone else.

I didn’t move from the spot. After a few moments of pause, I dove into the water and swam back to shore. After this, I walked back to my house where Clovee greeted me by trying to dry me off. “Hey buddy. Go to bed.” I said, pointing towards the bed and getting changed into more comfortable clothing. I was extremely grateful that I had decided not to drink. The only issue was, i forgot to lock my door and I didn’t know it.

[Happy~]

Alec:
The party lasted well into the morning. I barely drank and left as it was beginning to wind down. Zac had left earlier when he realized Eliza wasn't coming back. I tried to get him to ride home with someone but he refused, stumbling out the door and into his car. Speaking of Eliza I wonder how she is...I instantly shake the thought from my mind and reach for my phone as it began to ring, grunting in ideation when I couldn't find it. Stopping at a redlight I reach across the passenger seat as I look for it and finally find it, having missed the call. Sighing I straighten up and look out the windshield to see if the light had changed when the squealing of tires and metal hitting metal fills my head, causing a ringing to start in my arms. Suddenly my car is pushed up onto the sidewalk, the front end completely crushed and my head hitting the steering wheel painfully. Extreme pain explodes from my leg and chest and I began to cough, unable to think straight or see as everything turns black and I slump in the driver seat, blood dripping from my head.

There was a loud shriek and scream as metal scraped metal. I wasn’t in clothes that were meant to be worn around anyone so I grabbed a robe and flung up the door. Clover following closely, I ran to where I saw oil leaking and a car with, to my dismay, Alec in it. I grab the car door and tear at it. It wasn’t budging. Near by was a piece of jagged metal. I picked it up and slammed it into the window. I cut his seatbelt with it and drag him out and away before the car burst into flames. Clover begins to pap at his wounds and I call 9-1-1. Soon, the ambulance arrives. I wasn’t about to let them take Alec from me. They decided to let me come and I slept in the room beside Alec as I waited for him to wake up.

Alec:
I didn't remember anything from the accident, not Eliza dragging me from the car, the ambulance or arriving at the hospital. Upon arriving I was whisked into surgery to stop the bleeding and fix my leg. A few hours later I lay in a bed, my head and chest wrapped and a cast around my leg which was propped up with a pillow. It was later the next morning when I began to wake first to the beeping of a monitor then to the bright lights of my room. Groaning I try to move but everything hurt to much. Closing my eyes again I then try to let them adjust to the light as I slowly open them once more.

As soon as husband eyes opened I was at his side. I gently stroked what was visble of his hair. “Good morning Sleeping Beauty.” I said with a smile. He was alive. That was always a good thing. I’m sure lex saw me so close to her boyfriend she’d been pissed. Thankfully, it was just Alec and I.

[Happy~]

Alec:
I look at Eliza and offer her a soft smile, unable to hide the pain from my face. Leaning my head toward her hand I close my eyes again, relaxing at her touch and the knowledge that I wasn't alone. "W-what...hap-hapened?" I ask, my voice shaky and stuttering as I open my eyes again to look at her.

I could tell he was on a lot of pain which caused me to feel even more upset. He didn’t deserve this. “Someone got themselves turned into a Can crusher. You were about it be blown up but Clover and I got you out and called the ambulance. Try to relax. I don’t want you to hurt yourself.”

[Happy~]

Alec:
I remembered part of the crash but not much. Nodding I close my eyes again, tiredness quickly over taking me as a nurse walks in with a plate that held a sandwich and an orange. She sets it on the table and looks at Eliza, "How is he? Hasn't he woken up yet?" She asks.

I nodded and smiled brightly. “You just missed him. He’s exhausted but he’ll recover. He’s a strong one.” I said as I looked at Alec. He looked stronger lying there. I couldn’t even tell why. No one else in that position could’ve possibly looked so strong but he did.
