-( she wolf - tagged: none - Location: Forest clearing - confused and anxious )-
Her silver-brown eyes glistened in the green painted forest. Her humor almost mistakened the nearby waterfall's mist for the rain. The she-wolf hadn't seen any rain in the area lately, but she knew it wasn't abnormal. It was good for the plants amongst the forest. They could continue to grow and live on, expanding the forest. Her stomach gave a low growl, but the rain made hunting far too challenging. The ground was slippery; chasing prey couldn't be done as easily. The rain produced a fog-like overlap within the forest; losing the prey would be more than likely. The rain blocked out many scents; tracking would be a problem. She'd have to wait it out. The rain was relaxing and soothing to her ears as it was to most wolves. The gaps in the trees allowed the rain to seep through. She lifted her muzzle swiftly as a small stream of rain flowed down a leaf and into her jaws. Relaxed against the tree's trunk, she settled her cranium lightly on her paws. Kaija would return to her pack soon. The thought of war sent a small blockage between her worrisome thoughts and her peaceful thoughts. She didn't want to see her pack-mates get killed.. or hurt, and she didn't want to see any other wolves get killed or injured as well. "Oh Starhowl, how ever will this be resolved?" She asked softly, gazing upon the darkened sky. Starhowl was what most wolves would call the spiritual leaders of the heavens. It was where the good wolves went she believed. The trees rustled, the wind blew, rain slowed. Suddenly, she went into a short trance of peace. This only happened when she needed advice from Starhowl.
In Kaija's temporary trance, the landscape consisted of a morning sky and soft cotton clouds. A translucent figure with massive wings glided in front of her. "Young wolf Kaija." A hushed, female voice called. "Starhowl, your advice to me is greatly valued." Kaija dipped her head. "War is coming, yes indeed." Starhowl claimed. Kaija could only help but agree sadly. "The stereotyped, pelt as dim as the sky changing to night. Much different, yes. Find this male and you'll get your wishes of peace. However, if you choose not to, the amount of violence will begin to increase. To find him, you'll truly have to try your best. You'll learn more when he appears in your rest." Starhowl spoke, fading away with the trance.. "Oh and Kaija, young wolf. Black and white can become grey far so quickly."
Kaija's eyes quickly fluttered open. "Starhowl? Please return, advice is needed more! I must learn more information!" She pleaded. It was simply no use. "...The stereotyped, pelt as dim as the sky changing into night.. Black and white can become grey far so quickly.. what is she saying! Starhowl is never wrong, I just.. I do not understand." Kaija paced around, asking a question every single minute. "I should keep this to myself, I do not know how the pack would react. How would I find this wolf? It is a male. Find him and i'll get my wishes of peace.. does this mean, it'll help decrease the war..? She said i'd learn more when he appears in my rest.. so.. dreaming?" She didn't even know where to start. Was this wolf in her pack, a loner? It clearly wasn't anyone in the opposite pack, as that'd just be a death mission. "Black and white can become grey far so quickly.."
