Hunter x Hunter Part 2

[Ghost Fox]

Aria was still in a tree, keeping quiet and watching her enemies, She had to figure out a plan to get Shay free without being captured, First, she had to somehow lose them, it was two against one, not good on the odds, and one of them has nen that crashes her, if he gets to close. She needed to keep moving. She jumped from tree to tree. She could remember her mother calling her little monkey because she was always in trees, as she watched them, there was no way they could see her up. She couldn't get caught, she wasn't ready to meet this queen that wants her. But, she had to save Shay somehow, she needed to find a good place to hide, but it was hard as soon as she would touch the ground, the speedy cat would see her and get on her tail. She had to trap him somehow. She continued to jump from tree to tree, she jumped on one branch of a tree that happened to snap when she landed so she was about to fall when she grabbed another branch, she watched as the branch fell the ground. She let out a soft sigh, "That was close." She said in a low whisper.
Aria sat there for a little while, she needed a rest the more she rest, the more her nen power goes up. She watched them for a little while she couldn't believe the small hint of love she has toward Bugsy, She was happy that she was being covered with leaves the tree she is in was a full tree. She continued to stay where she was, "I can't believe Shay lost to you Bugsy." She called out, her voice echoed as she spoke which made her sound in like millions of places at once, "You must have cheated, monsters like you and speedy cat, never play fair." She said with a huff. She was quiet waiting for a response as she thought of something else to say to them. She watched them they were in her element, she was at ease and strong, not as strong as them but as long as she wasn't near them she had the upper hand. "I think its about time you leave." She said with a growl. Aria started to jump from tree to tree, landing on dead branches from time to time, or almost falling off the branch, "You two must be weak, cant evening catch one simple girl, and the girl is hurt to, wow, you really are weak." She said with a chuckle, Evening though she was hurt and reminded them of it, where they could use her injury to their advantage. She was still able to get away from them, she did wonder about their strength.

[Wolves~With~Wings]

Colt was getting impatient. He spread his wings and flew out above the trees to get a better view. He could see something moving through the leaves and recognized the colors, it was her. He flew lower, and heard her address him. "Your friend is the one who didn't put up much of a fight. Her hits were nothing. Makes me wonder if she truly was a nen user." He flew ahead of her and stopped, using his wings to create heavy gusts of winds to knock her out of the tree.


Cheetu followed Colt as he flew, even though he already had a pretty good idea of where the girl was at up in the trees. Each time she landed the branch would shake or bend, giving her away. When Colt began blow her out of the tree, he stood below where he assumed she was, and held out his arms to catch her.

Aria quickly held tightly onto the truck of the tree, she glared at Colt, "I am starting to wonder if you truly are strong." She said with a glare, she looked at him, "I'll kick you and then I'll kick your speedy cat friend down there, so get back." She said, looking at him, and then she looked down at other one, she didn't want to forget them both, because if she focuses on one of them, then the other one will probably attack, "Don't you think two against one is not fair, I am just a harmless girl." She said with a whimper. She was starting to slip, trying her hardest to hold onto the tree, her feet just aren't gripping, "Stupid injured foot." She said with a cry, "At this height, I am going to break something." She said, looking down at the ground, her only thing was, fall and hope for Speedy Cat to catch her, or use her nen. She didn't want to do either, she wanted to wait to use nen for the nest. She looked down at the ground, it was really high, she looked at Colt, "I am not going to make this if I fall to bad for the queen." She said, with a small smile, she wanted to see what Colt's reaction is, She could let Colt grab her and then fight him, but she still risks the chance of falling to the ground. Aria was still holding on, sorta, her fingers must be bleeding by now from digging them into the tree. She shrieked a little when she slid down a little. it was only a matter of time before she fell to her doom or death.

Colt stopped and landed on the branch just above her. He didn't need to do much else, unless she actually fell. He knew she couldn't attack like that, because if she let go, she would fall. "We're not trying to be fair, we're trying to get the job done." He said, leaning down and kicking her branch a few times, trying to loosen her grip.

Cheetu chuckled as he watched the two. "Come on, just let go already! I won't let you fall~" he called up to her. He knew a fall from there would hurt a human, and according to the Queen, this human is supposed to be protected. So that means not letting her take a tumble from the tree, no matter how amusing it could possibly be.

Aria glared up at Colt, "I really hate you." She said with a growl, She nodded to herself as her eyes glowed faint green, branches from the trees across the way, reached out to her and she took a hold of them quickly, and watched as she distanced herself from Colt, She gave a small wave, "Bye Bugsy, Speedy Cat." She said, as she got up and jumped from tree to tree. She got away from them as quickly as she could, then she fell missed the branch completely, she landed on the ground, face down, so you can bet her head was hurt, but what was worse she landed on a bear trap so her right arm from the elbow down was completely broken and the teeth were in her bone, sadly she needed their help, "HELP." She called out, "SPEEDY CAT! BUGSY!." She called out.

"I didn't expect anything more." Colt sighed, seeing her run off again. He took his time getting up and hopping down from the tree. He was going to say something to Cheetu, but the call for help interupted him. He began to quickly fly in the direction of it, but Cjeetu was already racing past him.


Cheetu crossed his arms as the girl moved away and out of safetys way. She was only putting herself in more danger by doing that. When she ran off he let her go for a bit, sort of like a head start. Colt flew down to talk to him but he heard a cry for help, and it sounded like the girl. He took of running after her, and soon caught up. Thankfully she hadn't made it far, Colt would catch up soon enough. "Well well well, look what we have here. You know, if you had just let me catch you, you wouldn't be caught up in that thing." He chuckled, gently nudging the bear trap with his foot

Aria stuck out her tongue at Cheetu, "Shut up and get me out of this thing, it broke my arm." She said with a huff, as blood was getting everywhere, evening covering up her arm from the elbow down to her hand, "Stop messing with it." She said with a sigh, "Where's Bugsy?." She asked, tilting her head to the side, she was stuck in the lying down position she was so not impressed with a bug like foot in her face. She grabbed his leg with her free hand, "Not so fast now." She said with a giggle. She looked around, "Do you evening know how to get this off me, probably not." She said with a sigh. "Shay probably knows." She said, looking at him. "I have an idea." She said trying to hide an evil smile, she was going to try to get them to bring shay back, if they did she could free her and they both can make an escape, "Bring Shay here to release this bear trap." She said with an innocent smile on her face. Aria looked at him watching him carefully, "Oh Bugsy, where are you?." She asked, looking around. "Your friend here had a nasty fall and can't get up." She said with a chuckle, she used a small amount of her nen to keep Cheetu on the ground. She was bored lying there on the ground in pain, she slowly getting impatient, "So are you going to tell me who you are Speedy Cat?." She asked, tilting her head to the side.

Cheetu chuckled at her annoyance and hit it a few more times, before she knocked him over. He sent her a glare, rubbing the back of his head. He tried to get up, but something was stopping him. He figured it had to be the girl using her nen, so he just stayed where he was. "I think it's pretty clear who I am, but if you're asking for a name, you're not going to get it that easily."

Colt finally caught up with them. He took notice the village gir had broken her arm, and Cheetu appeared to just be laying down for no reason..? He'd question it later. "You're friend is not coming back here, but if you think she can remove that, we will take you to her. Shes locked in a cell at the moment." Colt says, walking over to the girl. "His name is Cheetu, by the way." He said, leaning down to inspect the bear trap closer

Aria looked at Colt, "Bugsy you made it." She said happily or at least pretending to be happy when she gets free, she is so running away from them again, but she had to admit she was tired of running, "Cheetu huh." She said slightly impressed with the name, "What about Bugsy, do you have a name?." She asked tilting her head to the side. She let Cheetu go by accident, She looked at them, "Take me to Shay, this really hurts, I am not flying." She said with a huff. "I guess I am not going to the nest." She said happily, for some reason forgetting that Cheetu was there since he was quiet. "So if you free me, ill be on my way home." She said looking at them. Aria waited and waited, "Are you going to do something or what, Bugsy, Speedy Cat?." She asked, tilting her head to the side. She wondered why they were just standing there doing nothing, "You realize you're going to get in trouble." She said with a chuckle, "Because I am hurt." She said looking at them. Aria thought about a few things when she got there, was she going right to the queen or going to get locked up first, she didn't know what was going to happen when she gets to the nest, they get to figure out, how they are going to get her there. She also couldn't help think about her feelings towards Bugsy, she shook her head, trying to get that thought out of her head.

Colt glanced at her, wondering why she was so happy all of a sudden. Either she was hiding something, or she had a miraculous change of heart. He highly doubted the later though. "My name isn't important, but if you must know, you can call me Colt." He freed the bear trap from the ground, so that she could get up and move with it. "Don't worry about your injuries, we plan to have them treated before you see the Queen. We will explain everything that happened."


Cheetu as well noticed her sudden attitude change, but decided to ignore it for now. It was better than all the after all, right? He was relieved when she released her nen so he could get up again. He chuckled at her attempt to intimidate them, saying how they hurt her and were going to get into trouble. He picked her up, being careful of ankle and her arm, but also keeping a hand on the bear trap so that she couldn't escape. "We don't have to fly to get you back to the nest, we can just walk back like this." He said, smirking in triumph. "When we get back we'll take you to your little friend so you can get this off. In the meantime, you got a name we can call you?" He asked her. She figured out their names, why couldn't they know hers?
