The blonde-haired girl looked at the boy with brown hair, watching him as he got out a yellow, squeaky bone toy. It was adorable in her opinion, that Yeontan liked these kinds of things. ''That's cute.'' She said, her eyes renaming locked on the toy. She looked back down at Yeontan, who was sticking his tiny tongue out, just looking at both her, and the guy. Sohyun could see that there was confusion in Yeontan's eyes each time he'd look at the boy and back at her. He probably felt lost. He didn't know who to go with, or who to stick with.

''It is a shame i didn't get to know him a bit more,'' The blonde girl said, her brown eyes remaining locked on the young puppy. ''But i can get to know him more at home. I can spend my whole day with him today, since i am off.'' She said nicely, before hugging the little puppy to her chest. It was adorable, small and fluffy. Sohyun loved Yeontan, and even though she didn't spend a lot of time with him, she had the time to do so later today. The whole day. Just her and him, no one else and she finally won't feel alone again.

However, when the man decided to apologize and introduce himself, Sohyun was taken back by his sudden actions again. Sheesh, does he usually change his thoughts, personality and actions in less than 0.01 seconds? But when she heard his name, she smiled. Taehyung. She liked that name, it was quite unique. She stared blankly at him for a few moments, her sparkly brown eyes staring into his. She knew he wanted Yeontan. But she wanted Yeontan too.

She hesitated to shake his hand at first, but... Manners are manners. She held the little puppy in one of her arms, tightly and safely before her other hand reached over to shake his. ''I'm Lee Sohyun. You can just call me Sohyun though.'' She said, her tone becoming a mix of uncertainty and niceness. She took her hand back and tilted her head to the left,her smooth hair falling on her left shoulder satisfyingly. ''Well, i guess we could. But i guarantee you that he is going to go in good hands. I've had dogs before, but they died because of old age. I know how to take care of them quite well.''

Taehyung's eyes brightened when she shook his hand and said they could play with Yeontan. He didn't really know the girl, but she seemed nice, and admittedly, she was pretty. Jimin isn't around anymore... I guess I should start to open my heart up a little bit. And the poor girl probably thinks I'm bipolar by the way I've been acting. Jeeze I really am an idiot. He scolded himself mentally. He then had a thought. It might be a weird thought, but it was a thought. He bit his lip and carefully put his hands back into his pockets. "Yeah, I'm glad." He said with a bit more enthusiasm. "My friend Yoongi has a dog, so I have a bit of experience with dogs. And he usually asks me if I can watch after Min Holly when he goes to work." He said trying to be as polite as possible. He didn't want her to think he was rude, because he really wasn't. He was actually quite a happy person once you got to know him. "Anyways, since I got to spend some time with Yeontan I guess I could help out a bit." He said while walking towards the playpen nonchalantly and opening the gate. What if... hmm. He thought to himself when that idea entered his brain again. I could watch Yeontan when she goes to work... I'd need to get to know the girl first but I do think that it's a way we could both get what we want. And... maybe talk to her a bit more? "What are you waiting for?" He said brightly leaning on the wall next to the gate.

The girl nodded at his words, understanding that he has a bit of experience too. ''That's good,'' She replied back to his first comment about taking care of another one of his friend's puppy. ''Then i guess that the both of us have a bit of experience then.'' She followed after Taehyung, holding the little puppy in her arms, securely and safely. ''Yeah, maybe you got to play with him today and get to know him a bit, but that doesn't know you fully know the puppy. You need more time to get to know someone, isn't that right Yeontan?'' Sohyun asked in a sweet voice, looking down at the tiny, fluffy puppy which yapped back in reply. Sohyun gently scratched the little puppy behind his left ear, and right then, the tiny puff ball leaned in more into her touch, craving more of the sweet and gentle scratches behind the ear.

Sohyun chuckled, feeling happy that Yeontan was going to stay with her and that he will be happy. The blonde-haired girl got down on her knees, slowly, in front of the gate from the playpen, before placing down Yeontan, letting him enter it first. She had to make sure that he wanted to be there, and that he wanted to play for sure. The fluffy, little dog moved his tiny legs in the air as he was gently being placed down. And when his tiny paws finally touched the ground, he lowered his neck down, sniffing around before entering the playpen. He tried to run, but it was hard for him to do so since his legs were just so small. Not only that, but he also felt quite warm, since his fur was very thick and fluffy.

Sohyun got up from the floor and dusted herself off, gently, before looking at Taehyung. ''You know... I feel a little bit bad.'' She said, before taking a strand of her smooth, golden hair, tucking it behind one of her ears. ''I know you kinda want him... Hm. But i so do i... And i was first to make a request to put him on hold. But he's so cute and i just... Feel a bit left out sometimes.'' She said, her speech sort of trailing off and getting more and more quieter as she looked at Yeontan, getting lost in his adorableness. But then, she snapped back to reality and turned her gaze back to Taehyung. ''Yah, i just wish we could split him in half somehow. I'll take half of him and you take half.'' The girl with brown eyes laughed, a bright grin crossing her pretty facial features.

He laughed when he watched Yeontan struggle to run around because of his stubby legs. That happened the first time he played with him, and that was one of the most adorable things he had ever seen in his entire life. He turned back to the girl and gently rolled his sleeves up so he wouldn't get too much dog hair on his sweatshirt, although he didn't mind since it was Yeontan. He completely understood what the girl meant. Feeling left out, and alone. It's something he knew all too well, something he wish he didn't. "Ahah, yeah me too." He said answering her remark and his cheeks getting rosy from the way she looked when she smiled. It was an infectious smile for him, a smile that he couldn't help but smile back at. Watching her play with her hair, made him play with his bangs and wish he had one of his headbands with him. He stood there akwardly for a moment, then sat down on his knees to be on level with the small puppy running around excitedly in the pen. "I uhm..." The thought of bringing up that moment in his life made him cringe, but he decided to say something anyways. "I know what it's like to be left out you know." He said seriously pressing his lips into a line. He then realized that he'd just be ruining the happy atmosphere of the room and decided to just brush it off. He flashed a box like smile and tried to fix his last statement. "But that was a while ago, and I've gotten over it." His attention was drawn to the small puppy when it ran over to the two people and sat between them. Curling up and sitting there contentedly between them. His cheeks became a rosy red and he laughed. "Seems like Yeontan likes us both!" Referring to the fluff ball that was sitting between them happily. "I could... watch him when you had work... he could play with Holly." He said softly again playing with the tassles of his sweatshirt. "If you don't want me to I totally understand."

The girl stood still, looking at Taehyung as he got down on one of his knees to play with the puppy. She listened carefully to him, watching his lips as they moved when he spoke. He knew how it is to be left out. That's even better, they've got more things in common. It made Sohyun a little bit happy, actually. Knowing that he had good experience and that he went through similar things as her. "Hmmm, glad you sorted stuff out then. Sometimes stuff hurts, but you just gotta move on. I guess that's how things are supposed to work." She said, her light pink, shiny lips forming a little smile on her face.

The girl sat down on the floor, on her knees and she watched Yeontan coming to sit between Taehyung and her. Then, the blonde girl turned her head to look back at Taehyung. "Yah, of course Yeontan likes us both. Honestly, I'd like myself too." Sohyun giggled cutely at her own comment, placing a hand on her chest, while her other hand sat on her lap. Although, she was too shy to mention that if she was Yeontan, she'd like Taehyung too. He might take it the wrong way. But even if she's not Yeontan, she thinks that he's a pretty handsome lad, if you ask her. With a sharp and perfectly straight jaw line, and deep, brown eyes that remind her of melted chocolate, to his perfect, fluffy hair.

Yep. Handsome lad.

Then, she thought more about his question. She didn't know him very well... But he seemed nice. Although, she didn't want to be a bad owner and let Yeontan go to someone she just met that she doesn't even know if she should trust. From what she might know, he might try to steal Yeontan away from her and never hand him back again. She didn't want that. Yeontan was hers only. But in the same time, Taehyung seemed like he wouldn't be the type of person to do that... Well, what does she know? Behind those perfect looks, there might be a bidden mask in which he might not seem very pleasant. "I erm... I'll... I'll think about it." Sohyun said uncertainly. But then, she had a tiny idea popping in her head. "...Do you want my phone number? I can contact you and if I ever need someone to take care of him... I'll eh... I'll think about giving you a ring or something."

He thought about her offer a bit. That would make him seem pretty hypocritical since he doesn't like to just give out his phone number, but for Yeontan, anything. "Ah sure. I completely understand. I'm just some guy you met and you probably hate for trying to take your dog." He laughed and scratched the back of his head embarrassedly. He grabbed his phone out of his pocket and saw that Jungkook texted him again.

Kookie: HYUNG

He sighed deeply. "Sorry, someone is texting me." He said politely.

Taehyung: What do you want Kook
Kookie: Idk how's it going with that dog?
Taehyung: It's hers, but Im busy so go away!
Kookie: FIneeeee but I'm coming to your apartment later.

He shook his head and placed his phone gently on the ground. Jungkook always had a habit of texting him at the worst times, and then completely embarrassing him. He looked up and glanced at her facial features. She was clearly a very pretty woman, someone he wouldn't mind getting deep into conversation with. Someone he wouldn't mind letting into his still healing heart. That woman... said she'd be mine. Take care of me, and love me for eternity. What does he have that I don't have? Money? Fame? Sure, all of those things. I knew something was wrong, but by the gods I couldn't let it go. He repressed those thoughts, because the woman in front of him was a completely different person. "Aish, anyways, I'm usually free. I have a part time job so I'm not usually working." He let his hands rest in his lap and chuckled at a certain yawning puppy next to him. "I uh... I really want to sing for people though." He mumbled a little bit, shoving his hands into his pocket. Singing was his way of venting, so he tried as hard as he could to get his songs played on the radio at least once. It never happened that way, they always said he was untalented. Despite that, he tried to be happy. Hanging out with his hyungs or Jungkook. And Jin would never disappoint with his cooking. Yeah, he was happy, but there is that hole that she, carved out. Maybe... maybe it could be filled.

Sohyun immediately shook her head at Taehyung's first comment, denying what he has said. ''I don't hate you,'' She simply started off, her tone becoming quieter and a frown crossing her facial features. ''Mistakes happen, and you probably didn't even know about it. So it's fine. I don't hate or dislike you. For now, you're quite neutral to me, and i'd have to get to know you more if i really want to trust you with my dog.'' She said calmly, before tucking a strand of her pretty, blonde hair behind one of her ears. ''Besides, i think that i might actually let you take care of him for a while when i'm at work anyways. I don't really have friends to ask them...'' She mumbled quietly.

She watched him as he got his phone out, and so did Sohyun. She had a tiny pocket down on her pretty, white dress. She took her phone out and went to her contacts and then her profile, before she turned the phone around and showed Taehyung her number.
''Here you go. I feel a bit awkward giving you my number, but i kinda have to if i want you to take care of Yeontan and get to know you a bit more, right?'' She said calmly, tilting her head to the right side, her silky, shiny hair falling smoothly on her right shoulder, moving along with her head movements.

She glanced at Yeontan, the little puppy barking and wagging his tiny tail as he stared at the two humans before him. Sohyun gave the little puppy a sweet smile, before looking back at Taehyung. ''Ah, he's so cute. I seriously love him.'' Sohyun giggled sweetly. Honestly, she wasn't sure if she could even trust Taehyung. Maybe she was doing a mistake or something... But she was willing to risk it a little bit and give him a try. He didn't seem to be that bad... She had a tiny feeling that he'd be a bit trustworthy. And honestly, she'd be more than glad to be friends with him since she has none, and... Well. He's quite handsome.

He picked his phone back up and carefully looked over at her phone number, making sure to get it right. He bit his lip when he carefully placed a hand on her phone and double checked to make sure the number that he entered was correct. Deeming it to be right, he gingerly took his hand away and texted her so she would have his number as well.

Taehyung: Here, this is my number.

He decided to text something neutral, so it wouldn't seem awkward. He had a thought, and immediately decided to put it into action. He nonchalantly opened up her contact info and opened up 'picture'. He clicked on camera and waited a bit before quickly taking a picture of her and laughing a bit after doing it. He immediately looked at the picture, hoping it would be something funny, but she ended up just looking even more attractive. Her blonde hair was gently sloping down her back and her face was gorgeous. She had fair skin, and never ending eyes. And her smile, her smile was a smile that he couldn't help but smiling at himself. She looked gorgeous in that dress and it made him feel extremely under dressed. He readjusted himself and smirked. "Sorry, I just had to." He smiled his infamous boxy smile and chuckled a bit. "Ahh, but the picture actually was really good." He said while getting up and stretching his long arms. "Anyways, I think Yeontan likes you so, I think my work here is done." He had come to a resolution. He didn't get Yeontan, but he did get something he would come to realize is much more precious. He walked towards the gate and opened it. He reached for his pocket and grabbed the yellow squeaky toy. Right when he brought it out, Yeontan ran over to him and began yapping for it. "I'm probably going to regret this." He threw the squeaky toy gently over to the sitting woman and Yeontan ran after it as fast as he could on his stubby legs. "Keep it." He crossed his arms and sighed. "Yoongi hyung can get another one. He won't be too mad." Taehyung said hoping to reassure her. That's a lie, hyung is going to kill me later. He shuddered thinking about it.

She watched the pretty boy take her number, and she held her hand very still, so she'd make life much easier for him as he was trying to take the number from her phone. Once he reassured himself that he wrote the number correctly, Sohyun took her phone back and looked at the screen. She waited a few moments, before she finally got his text. ''Yah, that's right.'' She chirped happily, looking at the contact. She glanced back at Taehyung, her head still slightly tilted to the side, her silky and smooth hair gently falling on her shoulder and slopping down her back. And she glanced at him just in time, only to realize that he took a picture of her. Her cheeks went red, hoping that she wouldn't look too bad. How did the picture turn out? Did she look bad? Ugly? Was there something funny? She was a little bit worried at first...

Until he looked back at her and smirked.

Now that smirk was something. It just made his handsome, perfect face stand out even more, and that smirk almost made her heart explode, oddly enough. She felt like there were millions of butterflies in her stomach, trying to cause her to become nervous. And we could say that it kinda worked. ''Aish, you sneaky fox!'' She laughed nervously before gently hitting his shoulder with one of her hands. Of course she felt nervous now. The way the corners of his lips formed that hot smirk, showing him off made Sohyun want to scream, faint and then wake up sixty years later when she's sure he's pretty much gone, because honestly, she'd die if she sees him smirk like that again. What is he even doing here? He should be arrested. He's definitely illegal. Where's the fashion police when you need it!? His boxy, adorable smile and his perfect skin made him look almost unrealistic. The way his perfect hair is styled up nicely, making him look like a model- bWUAH SNAP OUT OF IT MAN. He's a stranger, still! And yano what they say...

Stranger danger.

He definitely is a danger. With those killer looks, Sohyun would consider herself as his next target whom he can kill within seconds. So she has to be careful. But even though she felt all of these things, she didn't realize she was actually starting to like him a bit. She thought that it was just the fact that she met someone new and probably made a friend- she doesn't want to screw it up. She has no friends, she's a lonely pringle that's not ready to mingle yet! She doesn't want to lose a new friend she just made. So she begun to act cool about it. She glanced at him, only to see him getting up and walking over to the gate from the play pen. She watched him throw Yeontan's toy at her, the yellow, squeaky bone landing right in front of her, and right at that moment, all she saw was a tiny, walking fluff ball running towards the toy as fast as he could. Sohyun smiled at the puppy, loving the way he adorably picked up the bone and begun to squish it with his teeth, making the toy squeak. He was adorable.

''Ah, thank you. That's kind of you.'' The blonde girl said, before she stood up and dusted herself off, before standing still a few moments, looking at her phone screen. In the end, she ended up setting his contact name as ''Taehyungie~'' because she didn't want his name to be his number. It would be confusing and she'd probably forget that this was his number. A tiny smile slowly appeared on her face, before she tapped her finger on the little, camera icon and turned around, only to snap a picture of him too. She didn't really care what type of picture she got of him, but hey. He got a picture of her first, so now it was her turn. She immediately went through her gallery, only to see the photo. Honestly, a tiny part of her wanted it to be funny, and another part of her that was even tinier hoped that she would've taken a good picture of him. And surprisingly, the tinier part won. Because the picture she took clearly showed how good she is at taking pictures. He simply looked fabulous, with a clear-looking face and the prettiest expression ever.

''Hm. I'm happy.'' Said the blonde girl nicely, a confident look crossing her pretty, facial features. She quickly set his picture contact, feeling quite proud of herself. All her life, she's been the type of lonely and shy girl, and the closest she's ever got with talking to a guy, was when she was 15. She was at school and she said hi to her crush. And surprisingly, he said hi back. That was pretty much it. At least he noticed her for a few seconds. But now, she managed to have a full conversation with a cutie, and she also got his phone number. hOW GREAT IS THAT?! SHE UNLOCKED SO MANY ACHIEVEMENTS TODAY

Sohyun shoved her phone in the little pocket from her dress, down the skirt thingy (idk pls forgive me lmao) before she turned around and squat down only to pick Yeontan up. She held the puppy in her arms securely and tightly, before she stood back up and turned to look at Taehyung. ''So erm, this 'Yoongi Hyung'....'' She said, before walking out of the play pen. ''Does it happen for him to... Be a bit savage and grumpy most of the times, by any chances?'' She asked curiously, remembering that she might actually know him. She knew a person called Yoongi, and he had a big mouth when it came to roasting someone.

For a moment, leaning against the exit to the play pen, their eyes met. But it was brief as she had taken a picture of him. That's instant karma for you Tae! He said laughing at himself mentally, and brought his hand up to his face. He covered his face disappointed in himself. He let a girl he just met have his number AND a picture of him? Jeeze, he just broke all of his self rules today. "Ah man! You got me!" He let his hands fall to his sides and adjusted out of the way so Sohyun could walk past him and out of the pen. Seeing Yeontan held gently in her arms, he could feel solace in that. The way he sat between us, some people say dogs know when people are good together. Aish, with this girl I really hope it's true. He was shocked at that thought that crossed his brain. Come on Tae, you just met her! He scolded himself. He heard what the woman said, and was slightly afraid for her if she knew the savage Min Yoongi. "Yeah... his name is Min Yoongi, not gonna lie hyung is pretty savage." He said completely honestly. That reminded him of when him and Jimin were on equal terms and didn't hate each other. Yoongi would roast him and make fun of his height, despite only being a bit taller. When he told Yoongi what Jimin did, he was going to charge in like an angry grandfather before he had to be restrained by Taehyung and Jungkook. He's rude sometimes, but he really does care. Taehyung played with the gucci bracelet around his wrist and bit his lip thinking about the fact that Jungkook said he'd be coming over to his apartment tonight. Knowing him, he'll barge in and wreck the place. He actually wouldn't mind normally, but he wanted to make sure it was clean now so it would be presentable whenever Sohyun dropped Yeontan off. He sighed and grabbed Yeontan's adoption papers and placed them on the counter where she would adopt the small fluff ball. "Pretty sure these belong to Sohyun." He said smiling. Not like Yeontan is going to a bad home, he's actually going to a wonderful owner. He wanted to stay, but he was too afraid Jungkook would ruin his place. "Think you've got it from here. I should probably go before my crazy friend wrecks my apartment." He laughed and walked towards the door. "You need me just text, alright?" He said waving and smiling. He gently closed the door and walked outside and took in the crisp air. It felt welcoming and he was leaving after a good encounter. He walked over to his car and opened the door, sliding inside of the driver's seat. He felt his phone buzz and knew who it was.

Taehyung: Jungkook you're not at my apartment already are you?
Kookie: Hyung I am, and I took your favorite camera, you're gonna have to find it, also Jin hyung is over and he's cooking.
Taehyung: Kook!

He turned his phone off and shoved it into a cup holder beside him. Darn, that maknae was going to kill him some time, but Seokjin's cooking, he'd gladly accept. He turned on his car and put it into reverse, and pulled out of his parking spot. He then began the journey home, praying that his apartment wasn't destroyed.
