Personality/Background Ever since Xander was little, his mother had always been the only one who knew that he was gay, and she was the only one that he knew would support and love him for who he was no matter what, but after the fatal car crash that had taken her life when he was ten, Xander was always afraid to be himself and felt pressured to go against his sexuality and go out with girl after girl, trying not to show anyone who he really was. In middle school when Xander started playing soccer, all of his teammates would call him Wolf because he was always the fastest and strongest of all of them, and all the guys seemed to look up to him, even before he became team captain. While playing soccer, he felt close to normal, until he had met one of the boys from their greatest rivaling teams. He knew that if he showed any sign of attraction he’d be kicked off the team, and the fact that his father was extremely homophobic didn’t help at all. At this point in life, Xander just wished for his mother back. He misses her more than ever and just needs someone like her to talk to about what he is going through.

Ever since Lucas was little, both of his parents knew that he was gay.
His parents were supportive of his sexuality, loving him for who he is.
But in public, he felt pressured to show everyone else who he really
is. He tends to bottle all of his emotions up. Then, his dad introduced
him to soccer. It's where he releases his emotions, and to distract
himself from issues-- especially with his sexuality. He wasn't exactly
the best at the sport when he first started, but with dedicated work,
he slowly managed to become the best player on the team, taking the
title of team captain. Now that he’s met someone from one of the rival
teams, he’s not too sure what to do. Lucas is outgoing, almost always
socializing with anyone, stranger or not. He’s calm, and knows how to
control his emotions and mask them well. He tends to be hard on
himself. If he makes a mistake, he'll blame himself for it for a
rather long time.

It was their first home game of the season and Wolf couldn't wait for two major reasons. First off, they would be going against their biggest rivals on their own turf, and second, because he would get to see the opposing team's captain again. Even though he was still hiding his true sexuality didn't mean he couldn't be excited to see the guy he liked, right? Right. he had just gotten into their locker rooms, opening up his locker and changing pretty quickly to make sure he had enough time to talk to the coach about today's game and what strategies they would be using on the field. He finally slipped on his cleats and tied them up before jogging to the door leading up to the field where the coach was waiting for him.

Lucas started to make his way towards the locker room. He was excited, it was a game against their greatest rival. He had to admit that he was also excited to see the team captain of the other team. He returned his attention back to going to the locker room. He hoped he was heading in the right direction, it’s been while since he’s been there. He then wondered how much better the opposing team got. He was sure that his own team had gotten better— they trained well and hard for this game. Speaking of heading in the right direction, he was proven wrong when he crashed into Xander. ”Sorry!” he exclaimed, looking up at him.

His slow jog came to a screeching halt as he wan into lucas, "Oh, i-it's fine." he said with a slight stutter, "Uhmm, you guys are actually changing in the other locker rooms." he said, pointing in the direction of the guest changing rooms. Wolf knew he would end up running into Lucas eventually, but he didn't expect it to be in such a literal sense. He looked down at him, as he took a step back, "I can show you if you want. I've got a few minutes." Xander offered with a slight chuckle.

Lucas had reddened up slightly as he looked up to see who it is. Out of all the people he could run into, it was the team captain— not that he was complaining anyways. He then glanced at the direction Xander was pointing at. ”Oh.” Yep, he definitely headed in the wrong direction. He then returned his attention back to him as he spoke. ”Yes please, I’m sure I’ll get lost again,” he replied with a small chuckle. He then stuffed his hands into the pockets of his pants.

Xander smiled a bit, "C'mon, It's right across the field." he said as he started up the stairs, very tempted to grab Lucas's arm to guide him. He hadn't played their team in a while and wanted to put at least the captain to the test. "I'll race you to the other side!" Wolf said in a playful tone as they reached the top of the stairs, the field coming into sight, he could see the guest doors.

"Alright," Lucas replied with a small nod. He followed him as the two went up the stairs. He then started to space off, wondering how the game would go. He then snapped back to reality as he heard Xander speak. "Oh, okay!" he said, letting a small chuckle escape his lips. He took an excited glance at the field, feeling thrilled. "Let's see if you can keep up." He then broke into a fast sprint, his lips curling into a small grin.

Xander smiled as he accepted the challenge, having a bit of a late start as Lucas sprinted ahead, "Hey!! I didn't say go!" he called as he sprinted after the boy, a bit impressed by his speed. Wolf caught up fairly quickly and grabbed hold of Lucas's shirt, pulling him back.
