She whimpered . Instead of staying there at the top she lay next to him and stared up at him "I wanna be next to you " she whispered

He had moved he crib and the changing station which made him pant. "That's heavy" he murmured as he cracked his back

Alec simply sighed, licking her nose before going to sleep, leaning against her. He didn't know what else he could do to help her relax

Gabbie followed him with the baby essentials and watched him crack his back with a wince. "Ugh!" She shuddered, hating the noise as well as letting him know she was there

She smiled and snuggled into his warm fur. Falling asleep quickly


"We should continue tomorrow " he murmured softly as he walked toward her

(Next day?)

"Tired already?" She asked with a laugh, looking at him with a grin. She'd hardly done much but he was probably already tired from moving things

He rolled his eyes and pulled her inot bed with
Him. Falling asleep..

River was cuddled Into Alec. She slowly opened her eye's. Her vision blurry from the sunlight in her blue green eyes

Xavier was fast asleep still. Hands on her stomach and his nose.on her back

Alec had shifted into a human during the night, unable to keep his wolf form though was still fast a sleep after missing a few nights of sleep when River first arrived

Gabbie sat up with a yawn before glancing around at Xavier with a blush. She remembered how they'd fallen asleep. She crossed her legs and started to poke him in the shoulder to amuse herself

She had herself against him and her arms around his waste ..her cheeks flushed red as she looked at his sleeping face.

"H-hmm ??" He looked at her. He then closed his eyes and went back to sleep. He was exhausted considering he had been up in the middle of the night doing some more of the room

Alec started to wake up, rubbing his eyes as he started to get a grip of things. He glanced around, disorientated. "River?" He asked confused

Gabbie sighed, getting out of the bed and getting some food. After all, she was eating for two. She sniffed around the fridge then remembering that the child might be human so grabbed some cereal out of the cupboard instead

"Y-yes Alec? " she stuttered nervously. Her cheeks growing hotter and redder by the minute. She blinked at him as she slowly started to pull her hands back..

He yawned and got up eventually. Walking downstairs with his hair a moppy mess. "Gabbyyy.. " he whined "can you make me.a coffee?" He murmured as he came down pulling his jeans on. He looked tired

Alec raised an eyebrow as to why she was blushing. "Did you hug me all night?" He asked, looking at her with a yawn

Gabbie nodded, having a spoonful of cereal before pausing and running to the bathroom before she had a chance to even touch a mug
