Takehiko smirks and said: "Cake it is then... so what flavor?" He made his way over to a cafe he knew had some cake, yes he didn't really know about ay of the shops here but he spotted it earlier and they seemed to have quite a lot of options. His attention soon turned back to her as she seemed in deep thought, tilting his head he soon said: "So what is on your mind princess?" He placed his hands behind his back while he kept walking.

She then smiles saying: "So you like tea? honestly I never really thought about your kind liking anything we eat or drink, but does it like taste the same as we taste it?" '' Hmm....well, it depends really. Sometimes vampires will enjoy some human foods.. but we are never really capable of enjoying everything a human does. In fact, most of it tastes disgusting. There are a lucky few who can enjoy everything though..anyways, for halfings and purebloods, it's really just the luck of the draw what we enjoy. For changelings, they usually hold on to being able to taste their favorite foods from when they were human.''

Takehiko nods and soon reached the cafe, he tilted his head after she told him she zoned out and he said: "I see, it happens with me quite often at times, mostly when I am racing or something like that which calms me." He however knew she was just hiding what she was really thinking about but he wasn't going to push her, she didn't like him after all so he knew he shouldn't get his hopes up at all and only continue on trying to be friendly. He chuckled and said: "Its called a cake cafe or something, never really paid much attention but I did pass it earlier on and saw the cakes." He opened the door for her already smelling the baked goods from inside.

Sayuri tilted her head while she rested it in her hand then said: "That is rather interesting, but I still can't see how blood tastes nice, I mean the times I licked blood to clean it or something it only tastes strange like iron or something, not really a taste I would find pleasing to eat or drink each day." She smiles a little lifting her head again and said: "So I guess only you guys have a way of making it taste good or something like that."

" hmm... I suppose it would be rather hard for a human to comprehend that... alright, I can tell you that information. We're not human, plain and simple. We may look and act human, but were simply just not. Our digestive system works differently. While we can indeed eat human food, too much of it will make us sick. It's almost like slowly poisoning ourselves. There's a tolerance, but too much is harmful - though it won't kill us. Our tastebuds also work differently then yours because of that. But, much like you human have different foods, no human has the same tasting blood, or the same scent. You can also tell quite a bit about a human by their scent. Like your friend - her scent is something along the lines of lilac with a hint of spring rain to it - at least, that's how I observe it. She seems sad, almost like longing for something but hesitant to go after it. Also tired. Tired of hiding something and hiding from something. Overall a mix of fear, longing, and weariness. I would assume her blood would be bitter Sweet, much like her scent. You, on the other hand, smell like honey and ginger. A rather curious scent - bit it fits, considering how much your asking me about my kind. Your blood is also rather sweet."

Takehiko laughed a little saying: "Yes its unpleasant but I have never gotten into an car accident before, only time I broke my neck was when I fell off a second story building's roof for trying to show off... I have to say, I think you will enjoy racing ones you experience it for the first time, nothing makes you feel so free." He entered the cafe and looks around happily while he said: "Yes it does, well its something you would love that is for sure." He found a table then sits down looking at her while he said: "Ill pay so just take what you want."

Sayuri listened to him speaking, still finding it all really interesting and she was eager to hear more, she smiles a little saying: "Wow, so different personalities and feeling can affect blood? In a way I can see how that adds up, sad people are bitter and happier ones are sweet but even so some salty or bitter things are also nice at times and if it has to do with feelings then I am guessing your blood taste often changes as well... Does what you eat also affect it? I do at times eat honey in sweets and stuff but ginger I don't eat to often, I do get told I am way to naive for my own good but I can't see why, I honestly know you get bad people but i do tend to be a bit to soft hearted I guess."

'" indeed. In a way it's how we vampires can so easily tell human emotions. Overall a human's scent and blood stays relatively the same, but there are small changes that can occur with varying emotions. As for how my blood or scent would change, I can't really say. I'm not sure how we work.

I saw a nice mountain area which should be an interesting place for some nice speed." He then looks at a waiter who came and gave the menus.

Takehiko nods saying: "Yes yes I know you can but like I said, I have never gotten into an accident before so it's all good and safe, besides the mountain road isn't that bad, sure Sharp turns and stuff but it's all to make it even more fun... oh and when the police start chasing you it gets even better!" He joked at the last part just wanting to see her reaction. "I am good for now, had my fill earlier remember?" He replied and chuckled.
