1x1 w/ it.will.rain (Country vs. City)

Jenny smiled shaking her head. “No, more expensive and more permenant.” She waited a moment before bursting out, “I’m buy a house.” She couldn’t stop smiling about it, it was more than just a house, it was a gesture that she would be staying in town more permanently. “It’s just a couple houses down, and their land connects to yours in the back.” She lightly pet Snitch who was calmly waiting for her to finish up.

Rolland was shocked. He looked at her. "Are ya sure ya want this? Earlier, you wanted to go home and now you want to stay and move in to a house? You don't have to do all of that for me. I would have been fine with you going home." He said and slowly stood. He put his arms around her. "Of course I am happy and want you to stay but I want to be sure that is what you want." He said to her.

Jenny shook her head as she looked up at him. “No I’m positive that this is what I want. You know how I feel about hospitals, I just couldn’t be there again to possibly what the person I love die.” She looked over towards the street. “But if you don’t want to come and see it, I guess I’ll have to go all by myself, to a scary new place . . . At night.”

"I know you don't like hospitals love. I don't like them either. I just want to be happy with you. I do want to come see your new place though." He said and kissed her forehead. He felt so lucky that she chose him. "I am gonna to have to walk it. I am still really sore." He said to her. He kissed her cheek and started to walk. "Ya do not have to walk if ya don't wanna." He said to her.

Jenny smiled and handed him her reins. “Well how about you lead Snitch and I’ll just ride him.” Jenny was just so excited for him to see the farmhouse. It was gorgeous and rather large but in a good way. “I don’t think I’d be able to go so far away from you again. Already lost you once.” She leaned down to softly kiss his cheek.

Rolland smiled at her and took the reins and walked. He was a little slower than what Snitch wanted but it was all he could do right now. He walked with her. "Awe darlin', ya never lost me. I was right here the whole time. You just had more important things to do than to hang around here with me." He said to her and walked to the farmhouse. He tied up Snitch and then walked to the door. "This is nice." He said to her.

Jenny laughed. “Rolland, I was 10, didn’t have much of a choice but to move away. Beside, I figured I’d start getting more into this southern culture. Cotillions, dances, fairs, all the stuff I missed when I moved away.” She hopped down and smiled. “Well the barn in the back and the fence are going to need some work but otherwise, everything’s pretty new. I’ll get to have my garden, the master bedroom has a giant closet, as does the barn. I just am a bit nervous for my first night.”

"I know you were 10. Ya still could have stayed. My parents would have taken ya in." He said and winked at her. He was totally joking with her but he liked to have fun with her. "I will take ya to all of those things. It will be really fun." Rolland said. "I can easily fix the barn and the fence when I am feelin' a bit better if you don't mind waiting. Otherwise, I could do it now. If ya want I can stay the night downstairs so ya are not totally alone your first night here." He said to her. He did not want her to be scared.

Jenny smirked and gently nudged his hip with her own. “Not with your injury you won’t. This place has more than enough bedrooms, and it’s fully furnished. Are you sure your parents won’t miss you?” She sat down on the couch and looked out the French doors to her acres of property with a beautiful view. “So when’s the next dress up kind of thing in town? I actually miss those stupid poofy dresses with hoop skirts.” She giggles at the meer memory.

"Ah. This is nothing." Rolland said to her. "I expected a lot worse after the fall I had." He kissed her cheek. "They will be fine for one night. I will go over early tomorrow mornin' and take care of the animals." He said to her with a shrug. "The next dress up thing is next week but I was not planin' on goin'. But I guess I could go if you wanna go." He said to her with a shrug. He was not into the whole dress up thing. He hated it as a kid too.
