Natasha shook her head. "Oh nothing I couldn't handle" she mused dryly and slightly used Aphrodite to get herself back on the bed before sighing. "Anyways... I'm sorry our girls night didnt go as planned" she apologized giving her a tilted head and a lopsided smile. Trying to dismiss the general what happened because it wasn't a crazy big deal but Aphrodite safety meant more that whatever happened. "I'm just glad you are okay" she said honestly.

slightly cringing at how much pain natasha seemed to be in, she gently helped the other female back on the bed. taking a seat next to her, she slowly shook her head, a dry laugh emitting from her lips. "it's okay, i had fun before the whole ordeal. hey! at least i know the lyrics to a bunch of midgardian songs that i didn't know existed before." smiling, aphrodite turned to give natasha a warm hug. "i'm glad you're okay too. you don't know how worried i was for you last night. the fact that tony, steve, and thor all had to go out and get you..." slowly bringing herself away, she looked at the assassin briefly. "i... came down to tell you that i'm getting ready to leave. i just wanted to make sure you were alive, and breathing."

Natasha was very greatfull for the help back onto the bed and smiled warmly at her. "I'm glad you learned some songs~" she hummed lightly in amusement. "And yes... They somewhat overdid it but that's alright." she added with an amused smile hugging her back before looking over Aphrodite. "Okay. I won't tell anyone where you have gone or what you are planning. But please be safe... Otherwise I will have to hunt you down and hurt you myself" he said teasing.

aphrodite rolled her eyes at natasha's motherly side starting to show. "alrighty then, mom." addressing her as such, the goddess slid off the bed, and started for the door. "and don't try anything stupid. when i come back to midgard, i want to see you in one piece." opening the door, aphrodite fixed her features upon the redhead one last time. "goodbye nat, get some rest okay?" waving her free hand, she closed the door behind her, and left for the elevators. once boarding the machine, and exiting into the living room, she headed back to the conjoined room. "guess who's back?~" she cooed, closing the door behind her ever-so-slightly before walking over towards the window to open it.

Natasha smiled at the teasing title she had been given and was rather pleased. "No promises" she mused a little before Aphrodite gave her a final look and left. When she got back to the room Loki was changed and looked over at her. "That was quick" he mused as she went to the window and opened it.

"yes well... she's holding up much better than i thought." she contemplated out loud, her eyes scanning the outside world for a brief second. "if anything, i'm just glad she's alive and breathing." turning around while still leaning against the window frame, she looked over loki. "it almost sounded like you were complaining about how quick that was. do you wish my visit would've been longer?" she teased, narrowing her eyes while tilting her head to the side in thought.

He nodded a little to her saying she was better than she had thought. "Well she is a trained assassin... So that's an advantage to her staying alive and breathing" he mused a little and walked over to her with a slight pout. "No I am not at all complaining. Though I should be complaining that you left me in such a frazzled state my darling" he said cheekily and put his hands on her hips when he was close enough.

"that's very true." with natasha's stamina of being an assassin, she could probably outlive most things. raising an eyebrow at loki's next set of words, she rather laughed at his pouting. "i left you frazzled?" accepting the trickster's warm contact to her hips, she merely stared at him. "i didn't leave you spry? you should've known that waking me up so early would've cascaded with some consequences." her free hand moved up towards loki's head, her finger slightly tilting his chin back in such an angle that caused her heart to flutter. "you should be glad that i was feeling nice this morning, or else your little punishment could've been pretty bad." she hissed, staring into loki's green, vile eyes for what seemed like forever.

"Leave me spry? Not not at all love... Though I seem to have learned to not wake you up if you are to leave me in such a state" he grumbled a little and slightly watched as her hand moved to his head and tilted his head in such a way that he had to glance down at her from an angle. He grinned slightly before her words seemed to make him rather pleased. He returned the stare into her eyes and his grin merely widened. "I would have gotten worse punishment? My oh my Aphrodite... I do like when you speak to me in such a manner you know" he cooed a little and had been rather impressed overall in her hissing tone.

narrowing her eye briefly at loki's state, she shook her head before clicking her tongue on the roof of her mouth. "what? you like it when i talk to you in such a defiled tone?" blinking her eyes in a voidless manner, she now moved her hand so it was resting on loki's throat. "how is it that you've gotten so many to kneel? yet find it so endearing when getting talked down to?" bringing her head back to somewhat tilt, she slightly squeezed at his throat before bringing her hand away. "just remember, punishments take time. sublime light signify your freedom, and morality, but my punishments are much more for the strong."
