"hey! i cook, and i can cook pretty well, if you ask me," he looked over at his sister. "right brianna?" she sheepishly looked away and he stared flatly at eliza. "she's taken your side and lying , great. follow me, i'll show you everyone's rooms," he led her upstairs and stopped outside of bri's room. he opened the door to reveal pink walls and a wooden floor. a princess bed was placed alongside the wall and a huge toy chest next to it. a tablet, which was currently playing netflix, caught brianna's attention. "i forgot!" she dashed over to it. "that rug," he pointed at the white fluff rug in the middle of the room. "used to be mine until she threw up all over it."

[Berenice.]

Eli laughed. “Of course she’s taken my side, who wouldn’t side with this pretty face? And I don’t think she’s lying either.” Eli followed him then smiled when she saw the room. “Wow. This room looks... nice. Very, uh, pink.” She then looked at the rug. “Yeah I would throw up on it looking at you too. I’m kidding.”

"yeah, no you're freaking mean," he then closed brianna's door, leading eli down the hallway. it was a long hallway, but he eventually made it to his room. he opened the door, revealing dark blue walls and wooden floors. it was close to brianna's, but his had a restroom in it. he had a tv perched up on the wall and a queen sized mattress lay against the opposite side. "yeah, it's pretty bland," he apologized.

[Berenice.]

Eliza narrowed her eyes at him when he said it was bland. “Don’t be so ungrateful. At least you can afford a tv like that and a house as big as this and with a restroom attached. My house is literally the size of your room. I will never show you my house since it is embarrassing. I’m so jealous.” She told him, looking at the little things he had in his room. “I don’t even have a tv in my bedroom.”

"now i want to see your house," he said. "can i please see your house? just because it isn't as big as mine, doesn't mean you have to be embarrassed." he crossed his arms. he stepped into his room and took a seat on his bed. it creaked pretty loudly and he cringed. "yeah, i need to fix that noise, it wakes me up every night."

[Berenice.]

Eli shook her head. “Nope. Definitely not. It’s too embarrassing and because you’re filthy rich it makes me look pathetic.” She said, soon laughing at the creaky bed. “I wonder why it makes hat noise considering the list of girls you’ve had round.” Eliza teased, giggling at her own joke. “I guess you could see my house, but don’t judge.”

"shut up about that," he grumbled. "do you wanna bring brianna? or i could drop her off at her nanny's place, such a weird word." he took his phone off the charger and slipped it into his pocket. "okay let's go." he walked out of the room and into brianna's room to grab her. she whined and then agreed. "i need your address, put it into my GPS," he said , handing eliza his phone.

[Berenice.]

”I’m not going to shut up about it. You’re just embarrassed.” Eliza smiled. “Yeah Brianna can come if she wants. Not much to do there so she’ll be pretty bored.” She replied and took his phone, quickly putting her address in. “Don’t start stalking me, now. You’re that kind of weirdo.” She joked, quickly walking out the door with a smirk.

"because i definitely know where you live by memory," he said sarcastically. he opened his car door, pulling the seat up so brianna could get in. he buckled her into her carseat and put the seat back to normal. he placed his phone in the phone holder and put the key in ignition. the car turned on, this time with no music.

[Berenice.]

Eli got in the car, putting her bag by her feet. “Of course you would. Who wouldn’t want to stalk me?” She laughed, then got a little nervous about him seeing where she lived. “Promise you won’t judge? We are struggling with money right now so it’s the best house we can live in without it costing too much.”
