ben just shook his head. "i grew up with him, i am almost sure i wont hurt him that bad, i can hold myself back," he said, pouring a glass of milk. "i have great control, despite what everyone else says, so throw it at me." he closed the milk setting it back in the fridge.

Eli sighed, knowing he probably wouldn’t stop until she told him. “Fine. Apparently, so he says, you got into some sort of fight which I already knew about and then someone died in hospital. That’s what he told me. He told me about a limp he has too. Happy now?”

gabe was silent for a second before scoffing. "i was fifteen, first of all," he started. "and i guess it was kind of my fault it happened, i was hitting on their thirteen year old sister, why was she there i do not know, but i still beat them. the reason why the guy died , he had some serious injuries i guess, but i wasn't told until just recently and he has a limp because he tripped and fell on the curb, resulting in getting hit by a car, so don't blame me." he gestured for her to follow as he made his way up the stairs.

Eliza nodded and followed him. “I mean, it’s not like I’m mad or anything. Not even shocked if I’m honest. I’m just a bit worried because I don’t want that guy to do anything else since I’ve seen it works you up a bit. I don’t want anything else like that to happen. He’s obviously a bit of a jerk so I’m expecting him to do more than just take photos of you, I hope you know that, Ben. It wouldn’t surprise me if he’s spying on us right now.”

"he doesn't bother me," ben lied. "he's just another kid with an obsession, honestly. like take cynthia for a fact, she's weird and whiny and always around me, im not making sense but still," he opened his door and threw himself on his bed, clicking his phone on.

Eliza looked unconvinced. “Are you sure? He seemed to bother you a lot when he was going on about stuff earlier.” She told him and stood by the door in his room. Eli checked her pockets, then cursed loudly. “I don’t have any house keys on me. My parents are at work all night so I have no way into my house... You have a guest room right? Sorry but do you mind if I stay here?”

ben was pretty surprised by the question. "we do, but it's under construction," he said as he tossed on a muscle shirt. he looked over at the couch laid against the wall. "i can sleep there and you can have the bed, if you'd like." he pulled out an extra throw and put it on the couch, also grabbing one of his pillows. "i know it isn't night , but when it is, you know."

[Berenice.]

Eli shook her head. “Oh no, I’m not gonna kick you out of your bed. I would feel too bad. I could go to another friends house but their house is disgusting because it’s like they’ve never cleaned up in their life. Ugh, disgusting.” She replied and went snooping round his room because it wasn’t everyday she was in a rich guys bedroom. “And Why is your guest room under construction? Considering how big this house is I’m surprised there’s not more.”

ben shrugged . "all the rooms besides mine are being remodeled," he confirmed. "plus, why wouldn't a girl wanna stay in my room? consider yourself lucky," he pulled out his phone and answered a call from cynthia. "no, im good. no, im not busy but i have to do something later, can i call you?" you could hear her obvious 'no' from the other line but he hung up anyway.

[Berenice.]

Eliza laughed but shook her head. “Well, Ben, I’m not a girl you just meet one day and then end up in here then don’t talk to ever again afterwards.” She smirked, then huffed in annoyance because she knew who it was on the phone. “Give me that phone and let me talk to her. She’s starting to actually really annoy me and I’ve never even spoken to her. Why are you giving her the attention that she wants? Stop giving her everything she wants. She will just carry on.”
