Gross? Um... That doesn't... sound right. "Um... so Kate, are you... enjoying classes this semester?" I ask, twitching my nose a little as I think. Poor Kate.... Nate took her to the hospital.... oh I have a headache. When we pull into the school, I notice a new face I haven't seen before... And Chloe. What's she doing here? I scoff and make my way to them. "Here comes trouble." I laugh.

Zoe

Zoe pivoted around when she heard footsteps approaching. Instead of seeing some school kids or someone looking like a hobo, she was greeted by a rather attractive blue haired girl. She smirked and leaned back against her car, folding her arms. "Now you are not what I was expecting," she said lightly. She let her eyes scan the girl, then settled them back on her mischievous eyes. "Cheerleaders incoming," she muttered, her eyes darting to one side quickly before returning to the other girl's.

Standing once more, she approached the blue haired punk lover. "I'm Zoe. Mind if I take you out to lunch?" She asked boldly, knowing full well that the approaching cheerleader would hear her. She never allowed her smirk to falter, though. "I'll pay double if you say yes," she added in a whisper. Yes, she wanted to mingle with her peers, but only on her own terms. An unexpected interaction could go sideways faster than she'd like to admit.

"Hi Chloe- oh. I'm sorry." I didn't see the other girl. "I'll catch you later. If you see Max, tell her I said hi." I give a bright smile to the two girls. I don't want to interrupt, though I am insanely curious as to who this new girl is. "Sorry to interrupt." I beam again before beginning to walk away with Juliet.

Chloe

"Not quite as boorish as one of Frank's usual goons, I hope," she says with a light chuckle and leans back to see Dana and Juliet heading over. She begins raising her hand from her belt loop in greeting but is quickly taken aback by the new girl's fowardness and brings her hand to place at the back of her neck instead. "Oh, ah, I don't know if I have time..." she mutters, wondering how quickly Frank expects her back. After the new girl whispers in her ear, Chloe gives her a thoughtful once over and agrees, "What the heck, not like he knows me to be punctual, let's do it." She hears Dana chime in about Max and she closes her eyes, groaning inwardly, "You'll probably hear from her first. She's gone back to her cave of isolation it seems, but if I do I'll let her know you're looking for her too." She reaches for her lighter and rolls it between her fingers, craving a cig, but ultimately deciding to wait until after lunch. She gives a small wave to the cheerleaders as they take their leave and she turns back to Zoe, "So, got anything in mind that doesn't serve breakfast food?"

Juliet

Juliet analyzes the two girls with a bright smile, she's never personally talked with Chloe but the buzz around her is something to be admired. This Zoe girl was new altogether and Juliet was intrigued, but she recognized that now wasn't the time to be nosy and settled for a light introduction, "Hey, Zoe is it? I'm Juliet, I hope to see you around! Have a nice lunch you two," she winks playfully and walks off with Dana, whispering excitedly about who this new girl is before seeing the time and saying, "Oh crud, I have to go grab my book and homework from my room, I'll meet you in class hopefully not too late." She gives a small wave and takes off to the dorm rooms.

Juliet is pounding up the steps to her room when she hears Nathan's voice.. What is he doing in the girl's dorms? Well, too late to be stealthy. She grimaces at her pace and appears on the second floor, seeing Brianna and Nathan outside of Victoria's room. She considers asking him for help in front of Brianna and decides it would be best to wait, but does ask, "Hey, are you coming to class? I'm just stopping by to get my books, we could walk together?" She gives a small smile and her cheeks become lightly flushed as she inches closer to her dorm room, wishing she had dressed nicer than a baggy sweater and ripped jeans today.

Hey, I'll try to write up a reply tomorrow. I have the next 2wks off of work because of a surprise diagnosis. I'm not taking it very well and I've been so depressed I've just been sleeping, lol. If I can stop being a sad lump long enough to reply I should be fairly active since I won't have anything else to do, haha. Ty for y'allz patience as always. ))
