She whimpered at the doctor part but nodded in agreement. "N-no don't carry me.. I'm too heavy at this point... Ah...just...can you bring the doctor here?" she asked him with worried eyes.

"Ya I will go get one." He said. He ran out and went and got a doctor and brought them back. He stood against the wall. He was really worried about her and their child.

Clair was a bit nervous around the doctors and looked about and gasped a little and whined again in pain and the doctors looked over at Colin and one took him outside. "So... The baby needs out and he need out now even if she isn't ready to birth him. We either force her into labour or take out the baby to save them both." he explained.

Colin looked at him. He was clearly shocked. He nodded. "I will talk to her." He said to him and walked back in and took her hand. He told her what the doctor said and asked what she wanted to do. He was so afraid of losing the two of them.

The doctor of course noticed the shock but understood and let him back in to talk with Clair. She watched him and nodded a little as he spoke. "U-um I don't.. So soon? I just..." she whimpered a little. She was very afraid at this point and held his hand tight. "I'm scared for the baby Colin" she choked out.

"I am too love but we don't have a choice." He said. "If we wait, we will lose both of you." He said to her. That was the last thing he wanted. "A lot of babies who have magic are born early. I was too. Not this early, but still..." He said to her. He was worried about them.

She looked at him and her eyes seemed to water a little and she pulled him closer to her. "Okay...okay" she agreed quietly and her tone was wavering a little. She gently put a hand to his cheek. "It will be alright...right...i mean it only makes sense" she said gently.

Colin looked at her. He was not sure about this at all. He sighed and kissed her. "It will be okay." He said clearly not really sure despite the fact he tried to hide it. He knew that there was nothing that he could do. He looked at the doctor. "Do what you need to do." He said to the doctor.

Clair nodded a little and gave him a little smile though she became rather nervous when it came to the doctor and but her lip a little. He had medicine for her to take so she could attempt labour now though he ushered Colin out of the room and closed the door. With the reassuring words that he would let him in once everything went smoothly. Of course there were cries of pain from Clair which he was forced to ignore until finally the doctor let him in. "A girl" he said simply.

Colin came in and smiled at her a little. He walked over to his wife. "How are you love?" He asked her. He wanted her to be okay. He loved the two of them so much. He wanted her to be okay.
