Ace was following the group when he stopped. He motioned for the rest of the dogs to silence, and he looked around. “I smell an outsider.” He announced quietly. “Stay quiet and follow me.” He ordered before walking forward, keeping his pawsteps quiet. As he walked, a figure came into view. He couldn’t tell exactly what breed it was as the dogs coat was dirty, but he could see black spots under the dirt. The German Shepard stepped forward, keeping a calm look on his face. “Hello. I see that you have trespassed on our territory.” He barked in a low voice. “You better have a good reason for this.” He growled.
Patch stopped to speak to Zeke. “I believe Ace left with the hunting party, so there must not be anything I need to do as of right now.” He said. When Zeke asked if Patch wanted to go hunting aswell, Patch just shrugged. “Well, I’m sure Alpha Ace wouldn’t want us to be leaving without informing him or his beta, so we should inform Timber first.” He replied before beginning to trot towards where Timber was before stopping. “Greetings, Timber.” He barked in greeting. “Do you think Ace would mind if Zeke and left to hunt together?” He asked, slightly tilting his head to the side.
Chains narrowed his eyes. “What?” He asked. He looked at the snow on her muzzle with an eye roll of amusement. “What kind of dog? An outsider?”
Artemis is quietly sorting her herbs.
Frost is on the hunting patrol.
Gracie slept next to her pups.
Zeke thought for a moment. “Oh! Oh! We could go hunting!” He barked. Happily, he followed Patch to Timber.
