Looks: Zoey is a brown haired girl with blue eyes. She usually wears a t-shirt with a red hoodie and navy blue jeans. But she will occasionally wear dresses when she has to.

History: Zoey Segreti grew up in London, with her twin sister, Zora Segreti; her little sister Chelsea Segreti; and her parents, Aaron and Amber Segreti. Zoey lived next door to a guy named Gary 'Eggsy' Unwin and they have been friends since childhood; though she would never admit it, the young girl has always had a crush on Eggsy since they were children. Zoey was there when Eggsy found out that his father had been killed and watched her friend's life slowly start going down hill. She has been with Eggsy through all of the crud that his step-father, Dean, has put him through and has watched Eggsy's mother completely go head-over-heels for the step-loser. When Zoey was 18, she got a job at her favorite club as a singer and she is now well-known around the London area; she also works at her family's clothing shop when she's not at the club. She's working her way through college even though she is trying to keep an eye on Eggsy as well even though she likes his bad-boy attitude. But what she doesn't realize is that both of their lives are about to change like crazy.

The sun was shining bright in the sky on a Friday afternoon as birds flew above the brick building where a blonde haired girl was staring out the window of her classroom. The young girl, Zoey, sighed lightly as she leaned back in her chair and folded her arms as she looked over at her friend, Jordan Smith. Jordan has been her friend since the beginning of the year since her best friend, Eggsy dropped out of school before the beginning of the semester. They were sitting in their English class at the college and Zoey was getting bored of it. She looked at the clock and face-planted into her desk; there was still at least thirty minutes left in her school day. She put her head on her arms as she glanced out the window and wondered if this is really her life: to sit in school and learn nothing about herself. She rolled her eyes at the thought of it as she looked back at her teacher. She then heard the school bell ring as she stood up, grabbing her backpack and racing out of the classroom.

"Zoey, wait up," Jordan said as she raced after her friend as Zoey slowed down closer to the entrance of school.

"I thought this day was never going to end," Zoey said as she and Jordan walked out of the school and headed down the street. They walked down to Zoey's family clothing shop where they worked at after school before Zoey worked at the Fusion Nightclub, where she was the main singer of the club.

"So plans for the weekend?" Jordan asked as they walked into the shop and put their backpacks in the back room.

"Homework, homework, and...oh, wait...more homework," Zoey said teasingly as her and Jordan walked out onto the sale floor and started to help the customers. "Also, making sure that Eggsy doesn't get into trouble..." she admitted with a sigh as she shook her head at the thought of her childhood friend.

"Girl, sometimes you need to let that boy fall," Jordan admitted as they walked over to a shirt table and started to fold the shirts back up.

"I'm the only one who has been with him through everything in his life. He needs someone to fall on from time to time," Zoey explained as she shook her head at Jordan's advice.

Eggsy spat out a mouthful of blood onto the tiled floor. His skin surrounding his eye was bruised and swollen, purpleish in colour, old enough to bruise, but not old enough to turn to that greenish colour he knew so well. His eye was the least of his worries at this moment in time though. He grasped his cheek and winced.

"I told you not to talk to me like that Eggsy!" Dean spat with an odd amount of achievement in his voice, almost as if he had just won a fiver on a scratch card, as Eggsy clasped his mouth in pain.

Just as Dean thought he had won and turned to face away from him with a sense of pride, Eggsy straitened himself up. "And I told you not to treat my mum like that, we can't all get what we want though can we?" Eggsy growled back in reply, no one could challenge his persistence.

However Eggsy's courage when his mum ushered him out the house with hushed words leaving her mouth. "Just leave it Eggsy, you'll get hurt. Go and get yourself a drink," she slid a five pound note into his hand, the creased paper trapped in his clenched fist, knuckles white.

"You can't let this carry on mum..." Eggsy sighed and whispered, looking to his scrappy trainers on his feet deciding it was time to steal some new ones, before looking back to his mothers bruised cheek but she only looked away. Eggsy then left, slamming the door behind his and heading to the pub before his trip to their local sports store.

Zoey sighed lightly as she worked on the shirt table while Jordan dealt with some of the customers. She would occasionally see one of her other friends walk by the store as she waved to them. She looked at her watch and saw that it was almost 5 o'clock in the evening. She needed to get ready to go to the Fusion, but she knew that she needed to stay to help Jordan for a little bit.

"Hey, Earth to Zoey...You there, girl?" a male's voice snapped her out of her thoughts as she looked over and realized Jamal, one of Eggsy's friend, was standing in front of her.

"Jamal? What up, dude?" Zoey said as she smiled widely as she high-fived him before going back to her task. "I thought Ryan would have been with you since you guys never go anywhere without each other," she teased as she looked all around Jamal.

"Har Har, I could say the same thing about you and Eggsy," Jamal joked as he high-fived Zoey back before leaning against the table. "Ryan and I are about to head to the Fusion pub...Eggsy said he was going to meet us there," he explained as he nodded his head out the door to where Ryan was leaning against the light post.

"I guess I'll see you guys there. It's my night to sing," Zoey said proudly as she looked over at Jordan, who was finishing up with the last customer. She then heard the back door open and smiled widely as she saw her sisters and parents walk in. "Speaking of which, I'll walk with you guys," she said as she nodded her head to her parents, who waved to her and Jamal before going to work.

"Let's go, girlfriend," Jamal teased as he waved to Zoey's parents and smiled widely as Jordan walked over to the two of them. "We've got places to be," he announced confidently as he walked out of the shop and he led Zoey, Jordan as well as Ryan towards the Fusion pub.

After downing his pint of lager, Eggsy headed over to the sport shop, leaving behind the lousy bar as Dean strode it, the pair bashing shoulders as he left, nicely accompanied by Dean's insulting comments. Eggsy however left it this time as he had his mind set on other things.

As he wandered into the shop, he looked out for all the cctv cameras. Picking up the latest Adidas branded white trainers in his size he made a dash for it. Sure, he had been seen, but he hadn't seen Zoey ages and didn't want to dissapoint with his rough appearance.
He was chased out the shop but outran the with ease. Swapping the shoes now, he paused in an alleyway behind a skip, chucking the old ones in it as he wiggled his toes in the new ones, smirking at his feet and nodding in his own approval.

By the time he got to Fusion, everyone else was already there. He paused outside the door to calm his breathing and do a final check on his appearance before entering.

"Jamal, Ryan." Eggsy nodded his hello with his own branded smile, the thing that usually drew in the ladies, not the trainers. I suppose Zoey has already gone backstage by now..." Sadly he looked at his feet but tried not to show the emotion as he made his way to the bar to order himself another larger.

"Dang, Eggsy...you're cutting it kind of close," Jamal explained as he looked at his best friend before nodding his head to the stage where the band was already set up. "She goes on in like 2 minutes," he admitted as he heard the band starting up a bit.

"Yeah, Eggsy. You two haven't seen each other in weeks and you're almost late to her performance," Jordan said as she looked at Zoey's friend. Her and Eggsy haven't been friends for long, but she could tell that he was a complete ladies' man. "You need to make sure you dash that smile when she's on stage to make it up to her," she teased as Ryan and Jamal chuckled lightly at their friend.

Zoey took a deep breath as she could hear the band starting the instrumental part of Don't You Worry About A Thing. She could hear the crowd whistling and cheering with the music as she started to hum from backstage. Then she moved from backstage to the front of the stage as she started to sing. Jordan, Jamal and Ryan whistling the loudest as they danced with the crowd. Zoey smiled widely as she sang her song and moved among the crowd until she saw Eggsy, but then she got a closer look at his face and took a deep breath as she sang her way back up on stage.

Eggsy did look sorry toward Jordan and very guilty, yet he made no excuses for his late arrival and swallowed a sip of his drink before watching the stage in anticipation as the band began. He had missed Zoey massively, but with the stigma of men showing their emotion in his circle of friends and even more so at home, he'd never admit that now as his best friend entered the spotlight. She was even more gorgeous than he remembered. And now as she opened her mouth to let out the first notes he remembered her beautiful voice, even after that first cigarette they had tried and shared after he had stolen it out his step-dad's box. They had gone down the alley at the end of their row of houses where the ducked behind the wheelie bins and had a puff each at the age of twelve. These memories brought on that melting smile naturally as he looked right into Zoey's eyes from across the room.
However, these tangled memories had distracted him a little too late for him to turn his black eye and split lip away from Zoey. He knew she had seen and prepared himself for the questioning and performance.

Eggsy sang along for the whole set, remembering the words to all the old songs she used to sing when he came to Fusion every night Zoey sang, just to support her as she started out here. He returned to the bar, buying a round for Jamal, Ryan and Jordan with the rest of his cash, but still tucking away enough to buy Zoey a drink once she was done.

"Isn't she great?" Eggsy grinned, handing out the the drinks to them.

Zoey walked back on stage as she made it to the final note of the song. "Don't you worry 'bout a thing," she sang, holding the last note for a minute before she put her fist in the air and the band stopped playing. The crowd cheered loudly as Zoey smiled proudly into the crowd and took a bow before disappearing backstage while the band played some instrumental music.

"Of course she's great, but why she's not a famous singer? I'll never know," Jamal admitted as he took a drink from Eggsy and nodded his head at his friend.

"We all know that Zoey can't leave us behind. I think that's the reason why she hasn't become famous yet," Jordan explained as she nodded her head at Eggsy as she took a sip of her drink.

"So am I going to have to question you in front of these three or are we going to talk later?" Zoey's voice questioned tensely as she walked over to her friends' table and narrowed her eyes at Eggsy.

"Oi, Zoey. Excellent performance," Jamal cheered as he held up his drink to her, Jordan and Ryan following his lead. Zoey smiled warmly at her friends before turning her attention back to Eggsy.

Eggsy gave a shrug, "she deserves it, but I don't think she'd leave." Shaking his head, he mainly said this for his own piece of mind and reassurance as he watched her finish up her set and feeling proud.

"Zoe! You did so good, I'm so proud!" Eggsy gave his smile as he stood up to give her a hug. He turned his face away from her now, self-conscious of his wounds before immediately heading to the bar to grab her a drink, offering her his seat. soon to return, he set her drink down on a coaster on the table.
In his opinion, upbringing was no excuse for a lack of manners, if anything he thought that your manners should be better the worse you were treated, treat others as you wish to be treated and all that.

He pulled another chair up to the table and first grumbled at her question and replied under his breath, after the next prompt from Zoey he did reply. "Later Zoey." He rolled his eyes before chuckling to himself. She hadn't changed much luckily.
