Greg had stopped a couple of times on the way to the common room to point out some things to the first years that they needed to know, like which hallways led where and which classes were nearby. A couple of the kids asked a few questions here and there and Greg answered them as politely as always. They got closer to the common room a few kids stopping every once in a while to marvel at the moving paintings lining the walls.

Draco skipped up the steps towards Greg. He called for him and pushed to the front of the line, giving the first years filthy looks upon the way. He had the cat tucked under her arm.
"Greg," he announced in a way you couldn't determine if he were genuine or not. "You left this in the Great hall," he smiled or sneered, you couldn't tell.

Greg looked over at Draco sending the first years ahead. "Ah, thank you for returning my cat Draco." Tibbins wormed his way out of Draco's embrace padding over to Fred nuzzling up to his leg while puring white loudly. Greg let his cat be for a while, not knowing what to say to Draco, the Slytherin Prince.

Draco gave a feeble nod in reply, finding himself looking Greg up and down. He held his ever strong posture as he looked into Greg's eyes, the usual smirk now returning as he turned to leave, usually coming out with some kind of offensive line.
"No problem. Hmm Gregory... You're dad was a muggle right? Or was it your mother?" Scoffing, he spoke over his shoulder. Draco was pureblood and boy did he flaunt it, treating himself as a God and expecting everyone else to as well.

Greg just rolled his eyes, ignoring the slytherin's comment he turned back around towards his group of first years and led them to the common room where he showed them where the first years would be staying and which hell led to the girls dorms and which hall led to the boys. Tibbins and a couple of the other cats from hufflepuff curled up around the fire.

Draco grunted with dissatisfaction at the lack of reply as he made his way back the the Slytherin common room. It was there that he was reunited with his thugs, Crabbe and Goyle. He slumped in a chair and watched as the fire crackled. Some cats lay around it here too, absorbing the heat as Draco repositioned himself to rest his chin on his interlocked fingers, elbows on his knees as it in thought.

(Do you think we could pick up extra characters for example Crabbe/Google for you and a friend of Greg's for me?Jst so we aren't talking to ourselves!)

Greg sat in the common room with his book reading as he waited for the rest of his house to show up, hopefully with more food.

pansy sat in the common room chewing some flavor changing gum she had bought from the weasly twins, not thinking that it was a prank. she saw draco come into the common room and she grinned.

Draco strutted in of course before sitting down. "Alright Pansy?" He questioned, looking at her the same natural flirtacious way he looked at all girls and even some guys, kind of like they were his prey. "How have you been?"
