"No. What about them?" Lawrence asked.

[Kia_Bee]

"The whole family is cursed, dude."

[Light Bringer]

"You know curses aren't real. What makes you say that anyway."

[Kia_Bee]

"It's true! The family practice witchcraft. Devil stuff, man."

[Light Bringer]

"Kids start stupid rumors, I'm sure none of that is true."

[Kia_Bee]

"It's not a rumor! Jacob said he looked into the kitchen as Old Lady Ravencroft was in there and saw her over a cauldron."

[Light Bringer]

Perhaps all of that was real, Lawrence thought. He knew there definitely was something weird going on in the world but to him, witchcraft always seemed farfetched.

[Kia_Bee]

"When she looked his way, Jacob ran off. Later that day, his legs were covered in itchy, red spots. I'm telling you, she cursed him for spying on her."

[Light Bringer]

"Well, have you ever seen anything like that?" Lawrence asked, tilting his head. "Or, has anyone else seen anything?"

"I know that Old Lady Ravencroft has a black cat with two different colored eyes. One's gold while the other is blue."
