Realizing that this cat was not a threat, Swiftstar relaxed and backed off. If this was a kittypet, there was no point in hurting her. She could just tell her to leave and avoid their territory.

Sherbert was a little confused at the word, Kittypet, though made the conclusion she was talking about having an owner. A little slowly, a bit out of nervousness, she nodded to the she-cat's question, noting that she was, in fact, a Kittypet.

Sherbert gave a tiny nod, understanding what was to happen if she were to step into their territory again. "Yes," the she-cat stated with a look of guilt, "I'm terribly sorry for the mishap." Sherbert started to walk back to the path that led to her home.

Swiftstar felt a wave of guilt as the kittypet walked off looking dejected, but she shook it off. I can't let my emotions get the better of me. She thought. Once she was satisfied that the kittypet was far away enough, she turned back towards the camp. She had been away to long, and her Clan might worry.

Sherbert continued walking until she saw the fence that house she lived in was hidden behind. Leaping up, she balanced herself onto the stand before jumping back onto the ground. Looking up from her paws, she could see her kid brother, Conan, who was still a kitten, out in the yard, probably searching for her earlier.

Swiftstar trotted through the forest until she reached the camp's entrance. As soon as she entered, she was bombarded by questions. Some cats asked about patrols, others about where she had been. And she could hear plenty of queens and apprentices nagging about ceremonies. She ducked her head and slipped away into her den, thankful for a dark, cool place to hide.

Sherbert's tiny brother had questioned her about her latest adventure after she had left for some time. She had answered the kit, saying the had met a clan cat. Conan was almost more ecstatic than the electricity in the house. He started talking about how he wished he could go with her on an adventure as they walked into the house, Sherbert being a little tired for the day and headed for her cat tree.

When Swiftstar awoke the next day, she felt an unusual urge to visit twoleg place. She shook the thought away, though her mind kept drifting back to the kittypet from the other day. She carried on her day like normal, until it was already dusk. She decided to take a small stroll though the forest. Her best friend, Foxflower, offered to join her, but she politely declined. Deep down, she knew she was going to be visiting a certain kttypet.
