Gabriel chuckled and shook his head as gen grabbed his coat folding it over his arm with a soft smile, "Never said I didn't do anything for you two. I expect an invitation to the wedding."He sighed and walked from the apartment shutting the door. Zachariah smiled as Gabriel walked back, "You did the right thing."To that Gabe waved a hand flippantly and smiled motioning for Zachariah to follow him

Damon held Isaiah his face buried in Isaiah's hair. As he stressors his breathing, "Hey Angel eyes."He chuckled as he held Isaiah close, "Good to know Gabe isn't always a total jerk. God I love you..hey...don't cry angel eyes"Damon wiped at the tears with a soft chuckle

"Yeah, of course," he laughed softly, turning to watch Gabriel leave, although still holding onto Damon tightly. He didn't want to let go, scared that they would be separated again. Once the other angel was gone, Isaiah looked back up at Damon. He sniffled when he told him not to cry, and then grinned as he wiped his tears away.

"I love you too. So much," Isaiah smiled, before reaching up to gently kiss him. "Are you ready to go home?"

Damon nodded as he kissed Isaiah once more and pulled out the chalk drawing the tune and mumbled before the dropped once again and once eyes were reopened they were back on earth. Not much time had passed, to be exact 1 minute. Damon kissed Isaiah again holding him close as he kept one hand behind his back and worked on summoning something before he knelt down and produced a gold ring, [i]"So you know. We had this discussion in the mirror and no way in hell am I backing down because I love you and I'd like to spend enternity with you. Would you marry me Isaiah?"[/i ]

Isaiah sighed in relief once they were back on earth. He was surprised that they'd been able to work everything out so quickly - at least it had been quickly for the angel - but most of all he was just glad to be here again, with Damon. He was grateful for Gabriel's change of heart.

The angel looked on curiously as Damon did something behind his back, and then smiled fondly when he knelt down. "Yes, of course," Isaiah nodded, smiling broadly. "An eternity with you sounds perfect," he added with a laugh.

Damon smiled and took Isaiah's hand sliding the ring on as he stood back up with a soft laugh. "I don't exactly know what to do next...I didn't get that far in the show to see what he did after he proposed." He laughed and leaned in giving Isaiah a soft kiss, "I love you angel eyes. I willl forevermore I swear it"

He looked down at the ring, and then laughed at Damon's comment. "Well, the next step is actually planning the wedding, inviting people... finding a nice place for a honeymoon," Isaiah replied, thinking about what Gabriel had said earlier about wanting an invitation to their wedding. "But I think that can wait for bit. I just want to enjoy my time here with you for a little while," he added, still not quite believing that they'd managed to make it back.

He paused when Damon kissed him, reaching up to wrap his arms around the demon's neck as he reciprocated. "I love you, too," Isaiah smiled when they parted.

Damon laughed softly and held Isaiah close swooping in for another quick kiss before parting only slightly, he couldn't believe he cared so much about one person, he'd never felt this ever. Granted he grew up in the dark And surrounded by evil so he was sure that didn't help his case at all. "I love you. I love you, I love you so much you gorgeous angel. You are amazing and funny. You smell amazing. I am going to be so proud to call you my husband..." then the realization hit that he was probably going to have to get ready for the musical tonight, engaged or not he had a job

Isaiah smiled sheepishly at the compliments, not yet used to that kind of affection. "Thank you, Damon. You're so wonderful," he looked up at him fondly, whilst reaching down to take his hand and intertwine their fingers. "I can't wait. And if you're good, I won't make you drop your smoking habits," he joked, sticking his tongue out cheekily at Damon.

Damon laughed softly as their fingers were interlaced together, "Just restating that those things can't hurt me. I mean I could switch to vaping, some of those smell better."He kissed Isaiah's nose gently, "If you really don't like the cigarette smoking I can stop. I know you're not a huge fan of the smell."He chuckled softly as he held Isaiah, "If I ever lose you again I don't know what I would do.."He kept the angel held right against his chest

"Oh, I'm just teasing. You do whatever you want," Isaiah replied, giggling when Damon kissed his nose. "Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere. I'm going to stick to you like glue," he grinned, before pausing. "What's the time, Damon? Don't you have work tonight?" he asked curiously. He didn't want Damon to be late on his account.
