- evan couldn't help but become defensive as the man had raised his voice at him. it was a natural reflex, and therefore, he acted upon it. "you don't know who i am! and you don't know who they are, either! being bitten is the least of your issues right now, and i'm the only one who can help you with that, so i suggest you shut your mouth if you know what's good for you." the boy growled, standing over him now, threatening, even. "if i even told you one simple fact about my family, you wouldn't be saying that." he exhaled a long breath, shutting his eyes for a moment before he re-opened them as a burning golden. he growled under his breath, and with that, he stormed out of the room, slamming the door shut behind himself. jason would be at the house soon with his needed blood for at least a month or so. it'd be a while till vernon was able to be integrated into their family.
this was him the slightest pissed off. he didn't care too much about what vernon said, but it was enough to agitate him. the male quickly made his way down the stairs and opened the door before jason was even able to knock on it. "just give me them and be on your way. i don't have time for you." evan huffed. "looks like someone's having a difficult time with their first mortal, hm?" jason teased, a small smirk on his lips. "screw off." evan merely replied, snatching the box of blood packets from his hands and shut the door in his face.
