tristan nodded in response, starting the car and beginning to drive. as ashton mentioned going home,he nodded once more. "alright, we can do that." the man mused softly, driving in silence as his thoughts just swirled in his head. as they arrived at the house, he turned the car off, turning to ashton. "i shouldn't take too long on my work. you may join me in the office again if you'd like?" he offered with a smile.

Ashton was glad to be back. He did not say anything about it but he really did not like being followed by the media. Ashton got out and headed inside. "I would love to join you again." He said and grabbed his laptop and went back to laying on his boyfriends floor as he worked on editing.

tristan nodded his head in response, making his way to his office and taking a seat in his chair, he began going over emails, writing down appointments and meetings that he'd have to tell kaylie to book when he returned to work. he drummed his fingers on the desk as he read, occasionally glancing to ashton.

Ashton caught one of the glances and laughed. "I am not going anywhere. Don't worry." He said with a smile. He loved his boyfriend. He watched him for a moment and then went back to working on editing. He got the video for the day up with the new intro and he was pretty happy about it before he started scrolling through comments. He read them and commented back on the few that were actually about his music.

tristan chuckled lowly before returning to his work. a while later, he had finished up all he needed to do, stretching his body out before swiveling the chair to face ashton. "how is it going?" he questioned, rising from his chair and taking a seat beside his boyfriend, kissing his hair affectionately and rubbing his back gently.

Ashton smiled. "Pretty good." He said to him. He sat up and leaned into his boyfriend a little. He smiled at him. "How much do you have left?" He asked and kissed him. "I am done with all I needed to do today." He said to him. He was hoping his boyfriend was too so they could do something together. "You are officially the best thing that has ever happened to me." He said smiling.

tristan smiled back to ashton, wrapping his arms around the male. as ashton questioned him, he merely shook his head."
i have finished," tristan responded in a murmur. when ashton spoke again, he grinned softly and nuzzled into his hair. "i can say the same for you." he admitted in a gentle tone, closing his eyes. never had he thought he would be cuddling on his office floor with someone, but ashton just made him a completely different person. and he liked that.

"I am glad that you are done." He said and cuddled with his boyfriend. He smiled when Tristan said that he was too. That meant a lot to him. He had never been the best thing for anyone before. He was glad that it was Tristan. He leaned into him happily. "I love you." He said quietly. He was not sure if Tristan heard him or not but he was hoping that he had. He rubbed his boyfriend's back gently.

tristan held ashton close to his body, a smile across his lips. as ashton spoke, his heart filled with complete happiness, a wide grin forming on his lips, squeezing the male tightly yet gently. "i love you," he repeated softly, kissing ashton's shoulder. it felt so nice to have someone he truly loved. and that was ashton. he was quite glad he had rammed into the male's car that day, or who knows how he would be living right now.

Ashton smiled even bigger when Tristan said it back. He hugged him happily. He did not even know what to say because if how happy he was, He looked up at him and kissed him. He took one of his hands and gently rubbed the back of it with his thumb. He had ever felt quite like this. He had thought that this feeling would never be something that he could experience and was so glad that he was finally able to and it was with someone as great as Tristan. He smiled up at him.
