Thor: Ragnarok 1x1 w/ dameron & Stark

he nodded, pushing the communication screen to the side so the others could talk as he set course for earth, pinpointing coordinates of the avenger's hq.

val
"I'm sure you do.." she said, before groot yelled in her ear. "agh, buddy I can't understand what you're saying! it's just the same thing over and over again.." val gave in to the hug, stopping her resistance as the tree gripped her tightly.

[Captain. A. Stark.]

Drax
"That's all that makes up his vocabulary." he mused.

Groot
"I AM GROOT!" he squealed.

Loki
He let out a small growl in their direction.

"how do you even communicate to him..?" she huffed, glancing over at drax.

Drax
He shrugged. "I just... understand him."

Groot
"I AM GROOT!" he screamed.

Loki
He huffed. "What is his problem?" he said, disgusted.

"you heard drax, he just talks different." she said with a smile as she looked over to loki.

rocket
they entered the atmosphere rather quickly, with hundreds of asgardian pods trailing behind them. peter landed the milano in a field not too far from the rather remote avengers hq, where the pods would have enough space.

as the raccoon exited the ship, he couldn't help but feel awe as he stood in the sun. out of the many planets he'd been too, earth was like no other.

[Captain. A. Stark.]

Loki
He gave her a fake smile and scowled, watching the ship land. He followed Thor out, growling as the sunlight hit his face and hissed. He held onto his brother's shoulder - temporarily blinded, as he had looked into the sun.

Drax
"Why is the god so... angry?" Drax said, steadying himself from Peter's landing

Gamora
She hid behind Peter, nervous of this new planet. It was warm - which she enjoyed.

Groot
He frowned and Loki and pointed to him, "I am Groot."

Steve
He went out to greet them. "Thor!" he said enthusiastically, as he greeted Loki, not so much. Then he turned to the Guardians. "I'm Steve Rogers, also known as Captain America on this planet. I'm guessing the one I spoke to is Rocket?" he looked down at him, not the least bit surprised he was a raccoon.

Wanda
She stood behind Tony, watching Steve greet them. "Will... they hurt us?" she whispered.

Natasha
She cast a suspicious glance to Loki, smiling as she realized the god was using his brother for support.

Vision
He came out with the newcomers in front of him.

Ake
He was so happy as he went up to his king and hugged him, not really caring if it was in Asgardian rules or whatever. Everything was broken now.

[Captain. A. Stark.]

Loki

he smiled upon seeing his teammates, about the speak as loki used his shoulder for support. "you haven't been on earth long enough,
brother." he chuckled, before looking back to steve. "It's good to see you again, captain rogers." then, ake ran and hugged him. he was rather surprised, but didn't really mind. everything was falling apart, who cared, really.

tony
he looked back at wanda. "no, you're fine kid." he offered her a smile, trying to help her open up a bit.

rocket
as the muscular man said his name, the raccoon looked up and nodded, giving a quick two fingered salute. "that's me. and that's groot." he gestured to the tree.

peter
"peter quill, star-lord." he introduced himself, nodding at steve, but staying close to gamora, as she was a bit uneasy.

Loki
He growled lightly as his sight returned and looked around. Bright... happy... yellow... fields... he wanted to turn this thing into a dark battlefield but stayed silent, holding on to his brother as he examined the Avengers.

Gamora
She narrowed her eyes at Tony, already able to tell he was a playboy and held on to Peter.

Steve
He nodded an acknowledgement to Groot and turned to Star-lord. "You're human?" he guessed, ignoring the girl behind him, she could come out when she was ready.

Wanda
She nods cautiously.

Natasha
She smiled at Thor and raised an eyebrow. "What happened to your hair?" she asked, though having a slight suspicion that Loki may have been responsible.

Ake
He let go of his king and just gave an acknowledging glance to Loki, before he waved Ylla over.

he blinked, pausing for a moment. "eh," he tilted his head a bit. "half." that was the easier answer, anyway. "so yeah, pretty much."

thor
as nat brought up the scarring memory, once again he cringed. "a lot happened while I was away." he said with a nervous chuckle.

val
she followed soon after the others, squinting at the bright sun before adjusting, looking across the lineup of heroes. there were so many people she didn't recognize, and she felt a bit tense and uneasy.

as soon as ake gave her a little wave, she ran over, hurrying up next to him. giving thor and loki small smiles.
