Cole got out of the car thankfully, the torture was over. He glanced around seeing how big this actually was. "Children?" He said raising his eyebrow. As he turned to help Jess out. And forced a smile "how long do you think this is gonna be?" He whispered. "Calm down I don't think threats are of any use at this point you and me are here, what trouble can this shorty cause from just arriving here?" He said looking over to Axel.

Jessica followed after cole and moved her hand on to his forearm. “Probably 4 hours for us.” She said and smiled up at him. Axel raised an eyebrow. “The same trouble from the movies. But also you are in a sort of danger. Your parents are here and from my understanding will be working out a deal with Jessica’s parents.” He stated. “Come now.” He said and gestured for them to start moving. Jessica started moving towards the doors. Behind them axel closed the door and he briskly walked to get the other doors. Jessica walked in and instantly saw her parents. Her mother went to her immediately and scooped her in her arms. The two look very much the same but her mother was older and taller. Her dad approached them. He was much like axel, only sterner and had a no nonsense aura to him. Axel stood beside cole, watching her parents.

“Jessica, how is school?” Her Mother asked and she felt her fathers eyes narrow on her. “It’s ookkay. I’m going to compete next week. Cole is helping me train.” She said and her mother’s eyes darted towards the male next to axel. The mother walked over and kissed axels cheek. “Hello dear. It’s good seeing you again.” Axel bowed his head but remained silent. Then she turned to cole. “Hello dear. I’m mrs Harper. I’m glad you were able to make it.” She said and kissed his cheek. She returned to her husbands side. Jessica was getting uncomfortable with her fathers glare. “I trust your ability is coming along. I expect an example later.” He said and she nodded. The pair walked away and axel came up to Jessica and put his hand on her shoulder. “Come. Let’s go mingle.” He said and Jessica sighed and went back to coles side. “Don’t leave me tonight.” She said softly.

"Four hours?... How nice.." He said looking at Jessica. "My what's here...? Here? At this place? The benefit? Are you sure? You aren't tripping right?" Questions spewed out of his mouth like if he was rapping. Once he walked in with both of them, he watched Jessica. As he looked where she looked and instantly saw an older woman run over. As well as her father. He glanced towards Axel, and back to Jessica's parents.

He stayed silent till it was his time to speak. As he received a kiss on the cheeks from the older woman. "Ah, Hello Mrs. Harper, Im Cole Brennans Nice to meet you, Glad to be here" he said pulling off a smile and bowed his head. He watched them go off together looking at Jessica and Axel. "Dont worry, You know I won't." He said assuring Jessica. At the back of his head he thought of his own parents. He had no idea what to expect. He hasn't talked to them in a long time. What was he suppose to say to them. At the corner of his eyes, he saw a familiar face run up to him, feeling arms wrap around him. "Cole!" A happy voice called out for him to hear. It was his younger sister, Emmy. He turned around looking at her. "Emmy? Your here too?" He asked. "Yeah, Mom and Dad came here as well, Why weren't you texting me back? On the good scale you grew up good looking" She asked curiously, and teased looking up to him. "Battery ran out..hah funny. Anyway this is Jessica, tall guy is Axel. Guys this is Emmy." he said introducing Emmy.

Jessica was smiling up at cole when a younger girl had grabbed hold of him. She felt a bit jealous as the female hugged him openly and regarded him warmly. Who was she? Then she heard ‘mom and dad’ and sighed softly at her silliness. She let go of cole and stood closer to axel, letting the girl have space with cole. “It’s a pleasure to meet you. Cole, well give you some space. I’ll grab you a drink.” She smiled and walked into the crowd, axel following. Finding the table, axel walked over to get the drinks and Jessica stood a bit away.

“My dear, ms Harper!” A deep voice called out to her and right as she was turning, a hand spun her into his arms with her leaning against them. “You look beautiful tonight. Will I be able to dance with you later?” He asked, moving his face closer to hers. She tried to push him away but he was stronger. “I told you before, I’m not interested.” Jessica stated. He stood her back up and held her against him. “You know it’s envitable for our courtship. Then you’ll be all mine.” He gently touched her face and she winced as if in pain. “I’m here with someone tonight.” She stated and he frowned. “Lucky man. I’ll fight him for you but it shouldn’t be much of a fight.” He grinned. “Let go of her.” Axel said with a glare. Yousuke glared back at the male but let go. “Hello axel. Still well I see. Can’t wait to see the man under the mask.” He smiled and axel just remained impassive with a glare.

Cole talked a bit with his sister, and cute the conversation early. He promised he wasnt gonna leave jessica tonight. But she had just left him. Seeing another man walked up to jessica as he played with her. He was angered, guessing he was the one her father wanted to pair her up with. He scoffed at the slightest look as he walked over. "Your right it wouldnt be much of a fight, I wouldn't even waste my time on you." He said. "Its unimpressive when a man tries taking another man's woman." He glared sharply. Watching the man let go of Jessica, since Axel had also came. "I recommend you leave her alone from now on, Since she's with me." He said with his glare still fully on. He almost felt like he could just knock this mans jaw out so he wouldn't be able to talk. And maybe even break a few bones of his as well. Enough for him to stay in a wheelchair for a good few months. Or better a year. Since this was in front of many others he refrained from doing so. "Lets go, Shall we?" Cole said as he held his hand out to Jessica as he kept a smile to her.

Yousuke smiled warmly at the other male. “Only She is mine. I’ll sure her father wouldn’t be so kind towards whatever your feelings were for her. I’ll leave her alone for a bit. Don’t make any moves on my future bride.” Turning to Jessica, he scooped her hand and kissed it. “I’ll be seeing you later.” He smiled and let her go with that. Jessica frowned at the contact and immediately went to cole. God that guy is persistent. She took her other hand into his as her smile came back. The male had left after seeing Jessica smile.

With a soft sigh, she rested against him. “Sorry about that. I didn’t mean to cut your conversation short with your sister. He is just really persistent and such.” Her other hand rested on along his forearm as her head was on his bicep. “Thank you.” She said kindly. Axel sighed and walked over to them. He held out the drinks to the two and had his own.

He scoffed at the man's words. It was a bunch of bull. 'I doubt you'd be able to see her or marry her even in your dreams... If I killed you first.' He mentally talked in his head. "You told me not to leave you alone so.. Looks who's leaving me behind." He spoke. "And where the heck were you, arent you here to protect jessica. you're suppose to beat up people like that." He yelled in a whisper like tone. "The next time he touches you, kick him where it hurts." Cole stated coldly. "I don't drink at places like these. You don't know what's in the drinks. But thanks anyway." Cole said.

Jessica shrugged. “I thought it would be nice to let you speak with your sister.” She felt bad for leaving him now but she did feel a bit jealous, despite it being his sister. Axel raised an eyebrow. “I’m not allowed to touch him, mr harpers order.” He stated and handed off the extra drink to a passing waiter. He gave Jessica her drink and put the extra hand in his pocket. “I’m not allowed to do anything like that. My father would be furious, especially if I did it in public.” She frowned. “It’s not so easy to protect yourself as a female from a potential future husband.”

He rolled his eyes, and from the corner of his eyes he'd seen his father. With an attempt to ignore his father he faced Jessica. "She can wait, You can't." He said and suddenly though of an idea. "Wouldn't you be able to give him say.. A scare with your shadows?" He said with a smirk. "I doubt he'd want to be with you after experiencing a bit of a real life horror story. " cole grinned as the ideas came flowing.

On the other hand Emmy had walked into Yousuke with a drink in her hands. She had spilt it all over Yousuke. "Ah I'm sorry!" Emmy apologized half heartedly acting frantic. Emmy was a well-known actor, and singer. Looking at the male she could tell Cole didnt like him, and based on the way he acted with his brother's date as well. She didn't like him either.

Jessica shook her head. “Father wouldn’t be happy with me. Also he is very talented mage. My shadows wouldn’t hold up to his abilities.” She stated. “Please let’s not think about this. It’s a bit depressing that that will be my life in two years. Come dance with me.” She said softly with a bright smile.

Yousuke has grumbled as a drink was spilled over his suit. Seeing it was a young lady, he smiled with a small wink. “It’s ookkay. Don’t worry about it dear. Just be careful next time.” Yousuke was a blonde hair, blue eyed singer and model. Females normally flocked him but he only had an eye for Jessica.
