"Great stars, they were. Even Darkstar gave us a full speech on irresponsibility," Runningbreeze meowed.

[Mist]

"Were speeches all you got?" he asked.

[WinterWanderer]

"He did threaten to delay our ceremonies once or twice," She shrugged.

[Mist]

"My parents did to," he meowed with a nod. "After scolding me about how I was supposed to be an example to everyone and that the safety of the entire tribe would one day be in my paws."

"Tinyowl was shivering in her paws at the thought of a delayed ceremony," Runningbreeze snorted.

[Mist]

"I was really the only one who was punished," he meowed. "I'm guessing delayed cereamonies are a big deal for your group."

[WinterWanderer]

"Of course. Becoming an apprentice, and then a warrior, it's...it's one of the greatest things in our lives," She meowed.

[Mist]

"It's kind of the same here," he meowed. "Except our paths are chosen not long after we're born. Our Wind Listener tells my father what the ancestors have decided for each kit."
