"The couch is just fine." Harvard laughed softly nodding his head gently. Stalia beamed, "I can't wait to work." She said happily. Mari smiled softly nodding her head.

Alice beamed, "That sounds like an amazing way to live... this place is very fascinating I have never seen anything like it." She said.

Raven sighed softly she nodded and followed after Jasper swiftly.

Griz walked up the stairs and he grabbed a towel before he took a shower. Once finished, he walked out with a clean shirt on and he scrubbed his head with the towel before he walked to the bed. He let his body fall on the bed and he let out a loud yawn before he fell into a deep sleep.

Kela smiled. “I am sure there is another place like this with canines. You might fit in more there.” She said.

Jasper ran on all fours, rage blinding him as he ran. Did the humans really turn on them? Did the lab see them as useless now? Did the lab really want them dead?

Mari smiled softly and crawled into the bed with him cuddling against him softly falling into a soft sleep.

Alice blinked, "... do you think so?" She asked softly, ".... but Verus would not be there..." Alice said thoughtfully.

Raven frowned she wanted to find out but damn Jasper was on a rage, she attached to her shadow to his and let him carry her.

Griz smiled lightly at Mari and he wrapped an arm gently around her as he slept.

Kela looked at Alice. "You have really bonded with Verus, haven't you? I'm surprised. Usually Verus is so distant." She smiled kindly at Alice. "I'm sure Verus would visit you often." Her ears flicked lightly as a couple masked warriors ran to her. "Kela, intruders approaching the jungle from the forest. Aggressive energy." Kela stood up quickly. "You! Go warn the chief! And you, gather the warriors and get into the position for first line of defense. Now!" The mask warriors left quickly. Kela let out a soft hiss. "Everyone! Intruders approach! In position! Cubs, to shelter now!" She looked at Alice and she crouched down lightly. "I'll put you in the trees." she said. "Hop on."

Jasper moved quickly then he skidded to a halt at the river. The currents were rough right now. Jasper snarled in frustration and impatience as he paced back and forth, scanning the river and its banks as he did.

Mari cuddled into him softly falling asleep gently.

Alice blushed and nodded, "he is the first someone I have met..." She said lightly, "he has saved me many times." She said, her eyes widened in shock shaking a bit, "I-It couldn't b-be..." She said she meekly held onto Kela nervously.

Raven looked at Jasper lightly slipping our of the shadows, "The river is high." She said looking for a way around if not she could try and fly him over but he was heavy..

Kela jumped into three trees with grace and ease and she climbed to the fifth branch with a small house. “Stay here.” She ordered before she jumped down from the tree and landed on the ground with ease.

Jasper paced back and forth angril then he let out a loud snort. “Nothing will stop me.” He ran along the bank until he spotted a few large boulders. “I can cross here.” He growled.

Alice nodded meekly, "T-Thank you..." She said and hid meekly she was scared of if it was the hunters... what if they got hurt... hnn it would be her fault.

Raven nodded, "I agree." She said following. Nieves leaned against a tree panting painfully she was going to use her wound to her advantage, she was a cat after all she could get in, hopefully without triggering any alarms, they didn't know her after all.

Kela jumped down from the tree and she landed gracefully. She looked around as everyone began running to their shelters. A warrior ran over to Kela with a mask. She put it on and she nod to another warrior who swiped the air swiftly, sending a gust of wind to clear away everyone’s scent. Kela called out a command and the remaining warriors got into position, scattered throughout the village, listening and waiting.

Jasper crossed the river, running over the boulders swiftly yet carefully until he landed on the other side. He glared at the jungle and he continued on, slowing down and approaching more cautiously.

A masked warrior watched Nieves carefully from the trees but made no move to approach her. The warrior was not sure if she was one of the intruders that they were to be armed against or if she was an actual wounded being, searching for sanctuary.

Alice stayed where she was nervously, she hoped they would all be okay...

Raven followed listening around curiously, she slipped into jasper's shadow she would get them surprise again if she needed too.

Nieves kneeled down panting in pain, she spoke in her native tongue at first and then clenched her fists, "D-Damned hunters..." She mumbled and leaned against a tree looking around she had to get away, or at least pretend like she was.

Jasper stalked carefully and he blinked, seeing a masked hybrid peek out from behind the tree at them curiously. The masked fighter walked towards them but stopped a fair distance before speaking. “You and yours is not allowed in this jungle. Leave or you will be forced to leave.”

Jag and Verus was walking but soon stopped and their ears perked. “You hear that?” “Yeah.” They approached the sounds of panting and they looked at Nieves. Jag stepped forward. “Are you wounded?” He asked. “Where do you come from? Who wounded you?”
