Mari smiled and nodded softly, she did enjoy it deeply. "I-it was great." Stalia hummed softly, "I feel so refreshed." She smiled happily. Mari puffed up a bit glaring at Stalia, she blinked, "A-Ahhh." Stalia chuckled.

Alice blinked, "... what is heat? His part?" She wondered curiously tilting her head feeling lost, "What is supposed to happen?" She asked softly. "O-Oh! yes the w-wound." Alice said and looked at the wound softly and gently put her hand over the cougars wound healing softly.

Raven ducked swiftly, "So it would seem." She said she threw a knife at Jasper's rope to cut it and pulled her sword out ready for a fight.

Griz looked at Mari and Stalia and he chuckled lightly. "Hey Harvard. It looks like its your turn." he said.

Kela and the cougar blinked and the cougar giggled. "I am assuming you don't know about stuff like this hm? Usually mothers teaches these kinds of things. "Kela and Jag are trying to have a baby but Kela can't seems to get pregnant." she explained. Kela flattened her ears slightly. "Y-Yes..I've always wanted to have a cub of my own." she said softly.

Jasper fell and landed on his paws. He pulled the rope from his legs. "Hunters...but these hunters only work for themselves and they seem to specialize in traps." he growled as throwing knives flew from the shadows towards Raven.

Havard purred, "I am blessed. Thank you." he said heading upstairs softly. Mari mused lightly and glanced at Griz curiously, would he go after Harvard?

Alice blinked thoughtfully, "... I do not know my mother." She said thoughtfully, "She was not there when I was young." She said. "A cub?... can others here have cubs?" She asked curiously, she remembered what Griz said, she would not tell them though because she knew Kela wanted a cub... but ah... if they had cubs then there was hope for hybrids to survive right?? Was Griz wrong?

Raven nodded, "Indeed they do." She said dodging the knives, "Seems they like the shadows... good thing I do too." She mused lightly.

Griz looked at Mari and tilted his head lightly. "Huh? oh, I only sniff one kind of butt, sweetie and I would prefer it be yours." he said with a sly grin.

The cougar shook her head. "No. No one can but that doesn't stop them from trying. The cubs that live here now were rescued from hunters." She looked at her finger. "Oh thank you. That took no time at all!" she said happily.

Jasper smirked lightly at Raven. "Then I suggest you show them who is the queen of the shadows, my lady."

Mari blinked and laughed silently when he did, though afterwards she blushed deeply realizing what he said, it was funny because she was glad he didn't like Harvard like that. Stalia giggled softly when he said that, "That's good." She chuckled.

Alice smiled, "I'm glad to help." She said then mused, Griz was right... "Who knows, maybe it'll be soon!" She said wagging her tail, "I'm not sure how to get a cub or a-ah... have a cub but I'm sure one day you will." She hummed happily to Kela.

Raven smirked and nodded, "Let's have a little warm up then." She said slipping into the shadows she would find some of the hunters and show them the true power of a shadowy nightmare.

Griz chuckled lightly and he went back to cooking. "So, I'm assuming you girls know that I tried to take a peek." he said with an embarrassed grin.

The cougar blinked at Alice then she laughed. "Oh Kela! Let me tell her how!" Kela blushed then she rolled her eyes but gave ALice a small smile. The cougar giggled happily. "I love giving "the talk"! Okay. So this is what happens. Females go into heat and since we are hybrids we go into heat like humans, every month although it can vary between hybrids but anyways! So when females go into heat, a scent comes from us to let males know that we are in heat and that our bodies have prepared us to mate so that we can have a baby. The males get all macho and stuff! And the good males, oh! Make sure you pick a good male, like a smart and strong one. He will mate with you by-" Kela blushed deeply. "Skip that part please!" she said, flustered. The cougar giggled. "Okay fine. Fine. The male will do his part during the mating. After that, you wait and your tummy will get bigger and bigger. Inside will be a cub growing within you!" she explained excitedly.

Jasper deflected arrows and throwing knives. "Hmm...testing me, are you? You will learn that it is not I that needs to be tested in this forest." he mumbled as he swiftly dodged another arrow.

Mari nodded and shot him a glare lightly, "R-Really?" Stalia said shocked.

Alice stared in surprise, "R-Really?" she asked blushing brightly, "How... does one know they are in heat?" She asked curiously. "You can... pick a male?" She asked curiously, "How do you know he's a good one?" She pondered, she was confused on the whole part thing but she would accept that for now she looked down at her stomach, how did... ahhhh so many questions that left her more confused then she started with.

Raven took out a few hunters slipping out of the shadows, "Easy." She smirked, but there was more, they were hiding in the trees more likely or just out of her shadows reach.

Griz looked at then and he quickly looked away. "Uh..no. I was just kidding Just kidding." He tried to force an innocent smile on his face.

The cougar purred excitedly. "You will know because you feel excited and alert and maybe even a bit restless." she explained. "And-" Kela pushed the cougar. "Okay, your healed now go back to doing your duty." The couger smiled and she waved at Alice. "Okay! Bye little fox!" she said as she was pushed out. Kela exhaled deeply then she shook her head. "She just loves to talk." She looked back at Alice. "Come on. Lets get come lunch."

Jasper dove into the bushes and he stalked quietly finding a hunter and snapping its neck. He then sat down casually as he read the bounty papers that the hunter had.

Mari glared at him but relaxed and smiled meekly nodding her head softly she curiously looked at what Griz was cooking. Stalia relax, "Oh okay!" She said.

Alice blinked as she left she chuckled softly, "She seems very nice." She said gently and blinked, "Okay! Lunch already." She purred the day was going by fast but she was okay with this, "I wonder what Jag and Verus are doing..." She said thoughtfully.

Raven returned to his side, 'What does it say?" She asked lightly.

Griz let out a sigh of relief and he smiled at Mari's curiosity. "I had some salmon marinating since my capture so this will be kind of strong on the honey. Tonight you will all enjoy my honey sauced marinated salmon with freeze dried berries garnished on top." he said proudly.

Kela smiled. "Healers always get an early lunch." She walked out of the hut and she shrugged her shoulders. "Who knows. They are probably beating each other's light out for all I know." she muttered, a bit disapprovingly.

Jasper flicked his ear. "We are on the list. And so is the panther and the fox." He blinked. "Why would we be on the list unless..." He looked at Raven. "Did the lab put a bounty on us? Are we no longer part of the lab? Is this their way of saying that we no longer work for them?" he asked, flattening his ears against his head.
