Mari blinked in surprise, she blushed softly and nodded her head, 'Okay Griz... I promise if I get a surgery and can talk you'll be the first I speak to.' she mused softly.

Raven smirked, sometimes she like pressing his buttons but only because it got him railed up. She mused and nodded her head dodging his attacks before countering herself with a swift strike.

Alice blinked when he gave her that looked, he looked... empty. She frowned softly watching him sleep, she pondered perhaps she could do more for him... but what? She paced around the room softly, he said she could explore the town, he said it was safe but she was unsure... she gazed out the window curiously, to double check.

Griz smiled and he put out his paw. "Deal?! "

Jasper took Raven's strike, head-on. He let out a loud snort. "You need to hit harder than that, if you want to stun me, assassin." he growled.

Verus slept deeply. Only flicking his ears occasionally to check for any unusual sounds.

Mari jumped in surprise he was easily excitable... but she liked that. She smiled and nodded eagerly she shook his paw with a big smile on her face.

Raven pondered this, "I spealize with weapons. Looks like I'll need more strength training." She agreed and tried again.

Alice softly snuck out perhaps she could find him something he might like. She looked around the town anxiously she was no longer sure wandering was a good idea.

Griz shook her hand and he gave her a wide grin. "I got a feeling that we are gonna be good pals, ya know?"

Jasper nod his head in agreement. "You are smaller than me. When you strike, use your whole body. It will increase the amount of impact." He said before he started swiping out at her. "And you should look for your opponents opening when you are doing close-combat. You would do better to be able to kill from both short and long range." he growled as he did a series of powerful swipes and kicks.

Verus's ears flicked lightly when the door closed but continued sleeping.

Mari blushed softly and nodded her head. Good friends for sure. She mused and ate a berry softly it felt so good to be out.. but she frowned and looked at the ground. 'If we are lucky they will give up.' she wrote.

Raven nodded her head and blocked his swipes before listening she weaved against his kicks and punches and moved in using her whole body to strike back. Speedy and nimble she was focused she would end the panther.

Alice wandered down the street softly glancing around lightly.

Griz looked at the ground then at Mari before he flicked his wrist dismissively. ”They will persist for now but once they lose all signs they will give up and you, Harvard and the other one...uh...” he tried to remember the name but shrugged. ”You all will be able to join the society like everyone else.”

Jasper let out an audible grunt before he grabbed her by her neck and lifted her up. “Not bad.” He growled. “I actually felt that one.” He tossed Raven away. “Again!”

Mari blinked and mused, Stalia had a strange name. 'Stalia. She came from a lab overseas. Far north.' She wrote. 'Society mhm... I have never belonged in society. Has it changed much?' she asked in writing.

Raven winced and grunted upon hitting the ground she got up brushing herself off and mused she threw herself at him again with another swing followed by a kick.

Griz shrugged his shoulders. ”It’s been pretty much the same. A kind of forced co-exist society between animals, humans and hybrids. Population of all beings are declining tho but for the most part, that’s all I can think of that is important.”

Jasper blocked Raven’s swing and he caught her kick before he swung her away from him. “You really don’t do much close combat. You kinda suck at it. The training might need to be more focused on you since you have a bit of work to do.” He said unimpressed.

Mari blinked and nodded her head, 'Beings declining... from the sickness right?' she wrote softly.

Raven frowned at him, she moved swiftly and slipped under his arms putting a knife to his throat, "I will not fight the panther hand to hand, that would be asking for death..." She mumbled, "You also have to factor in my bones are lighter then yours." She said.

Griz shurgged. "The humans and animals..yes...from the sickness that lingers in the air..the hybrids...I think their population is declining because it has not showed any signs of growing. There are more hybrids in this world than humans and animals but hybrids can only be made through a human-animal crossing. There has never been a second generation hybrid and I've been very curious about the why not. Maybe the labs somehow got those but I very much doubt that the lab has been able to get one." He picked up a few berries but did not eat it. He was in deep thought. "I think there is more to this than one thinks."

Jasper smirked lightly when he felt the knife to his throat. "True and true. I cannot change your bone density or anatomy but I can make you a better fighter should you have to take such a risk." He glanced over at Raven. "You would have to consider that I too, can be injured and thus we must both be on par with our skills should we wish to end the panther and capture our prey." He looked ahead with a slight glare and he let out a loud snort. "With all the trouble that the panther is putting us through, I truly hope your master will be understanding and pay us handsomely for our troubles."
