Alice smiled at him, and slowly nodded her head, "I think so." She said, she nodded, "I'll practice more often so I can get better." She purred and beamed, "yes I am so hungry!" She said.

Marigold waited till the guard was gone, her cage did not have a door... but once the guard was gone she lifted up a block in the floor she had managed to wiggle out before they always thought she was escaping out the door which sometimes she did but she always had a back up. She crawled through the tunnel and snuck into Harvards cage, she pulled a piece of metal from her hair and picked his lock sneaking out to Griz's cage and looked at the lock, it was magic infused but she purred silently she picked the lock and her eyes glowed though her hands burned she managed to get the lock undone and opened the door for him.

Verus smiled lightly and he placed a hand on her head. “You did good.” He said before he looked up at a dog hybrid walked in. “What would you two like to drink?” She asked a bit flirtatiously. “Water for both.” Verus answered. The dog hybrid smirked lightly as she wrote in her notepad. “Food?” She asked. Verus looked at Alice.

Griz opened the door when Marigold unlocked it and he got out, stood up and stretched. ”Alright. Mr.Harvard, lead the way. I’m ready to get my hammer back.”

Alice smiled and nodded happily, water sounded amazing right about now. She blinked and looked at Verus, "Ah... meat...?" She wondered curiously at him, she wasn't sure what there was.

Harvard nodded and headed off with Marigold in toe, she looked up at Griz curiously, he was really tall compared to her.

Verus smiles lightly. “Can we get your sample meat and fish platter with a side of baked bread?” The dog hybrid smiled. “Sure thing kitty.” She turned and walked away. Verus frowned lightly. He did not like being called kitty. His mind started to wonder lightly as he stared out into space.

Griz looked down at Marigold and he waved lightly at her with a sheepish grin before he followed after Harvard then stopped. ”Should we try to free the others?” he asked.

Alice blinked, Kitty? She looked over at Verus, "Verus?" She asked curiously as he seemed to be staring off into space.

Marigold smiled warily and then blinked shaking her head, they couldn't risk it... Harvard looked at Griz, "It would take to much time... we can try but we risk getting caught..." He said quietly as they hid against a wall, he gaze around the corner to make sure it was safe.

Verus blinked rapidly before he looked back at Alice. “Yes? Is there something you want to ask?” He asked.

Griz frowned lightly. ”Understood.” he said before he looked at Harvard.

Alice blinked, 'A-Ah... sorry you just spaced out." She said softly.

Harvard nodded his head, he would have liked to save them too, but the risks were to great. A dog howled in the distance down the hall, it was patrolling the area. "Mari." Harvard said, Mari nodded and took out a bit of kibble she had been saving. Harvard scattered it swiftly drawing the dog's attention away from the vent entrance. Mari snuck her way in and landed on the other side of the doors, opening them up quietly, of course it wouldn't remain quiet for long.

Verus blinked. “Oh..right. Forgive me.” He mumbled. The dog hybrid came back and placed their water on the table and a large plate with different kinds of meat and a basket full of bread. “Enjoy!” She said before she left. Verus picked up the glass and drank deeply before he set it down with a slight frown as he went into deep thought.

Griz watched Marigold’s and Harvard’s teamwork. ”You two kind of have this down, huh?” he asked before he walked through the door. There were getting short on time. “Mr.Harvard, let’s pick up the pace, shall we.” Griz said.

"That's okay, I was just wondering..." She said, she watched him, he seemed to be in a bad mood now. That was a shame, she pinned her ears back and smiled meekly, "Thank you.." She said to the dog hybrid as she left before eating softly, she wondered what Verus was thinking about.

Harvard mused, "I've know Mari since she was very young, we've worked together for a while now." he said nodded he went out more swiftly, "Sad to say I have troubles keeping up with you two." he said before looking at Griz he pointed down the hall to the right. "Down there is where you'll find the confiscated goods, to the right last door." he said. "To the left is the experimentation center and straight ahead is the way out." he said as he closed the door behind them. Marigold perked her ears listened... her and Harvard could only get so far without strength.

Verus remained quiet until his stomach growled. He blinked and he looked at the meats and fish before he started eating lightly. He glanced at Alice then back at the plate. “I am afraid that I will need to complete a mission. Once I get all the information that I need to complete the mission, I will have to either ask you to leave or find a place for you to stay for your safety, is that clear?”

Griz nod his head. “I’ll meet you at the exit.” He said before he walked casually down the hall to the right. He stretched his arms and rested them behind his head. ”I’m really getting a lot of excitement over the past few days. Black cat cross my path ain’t no curse, my @ss.” he mumbled as he found the door and walked inside.
