[Ravendarus]

Alice looked at him she mused softly, "I'm not sure of all that I can do..." She said, the lab had been experimenting on her for years, magic was something she was always proficient with, though she was never allowed to use it unsupervised. "H-How about I try to um... heal?" She asked Verus.

"Fair enough." Harvard mused and nodded his head, "Ah...?" He blinked surprised, the bear slept fast. He mused and looked at Marigold who had solved all the puzzles and was now enjoying a small treat which had been hidden inside one of them. She looked at Harvard, "Think you can escape this one and get ours open?" He asked, Marigold mused and nodded her head.

Verus looked at Alice a bit warily. “Trying and doing are two completely different things.” He looked down, lowering his head slightly before he looked back st Alice. “But trying is the first step to actually doing something. So, let’s give it a try then, hm?” He asked. “I trust you.”

Dispite sleeping heavily, Griz was listening to everything.

Jasper had two packs of ice taped tightly around his wrist and a slight blood-stained muzzle from the meat that Raven had gotten him. He had his wrist guards on the floor in front of him and all around his hands and halfway up to his elbows, old scars could be seen. A sign of intense training and the trials and errors of perfecting some of his most dangerous magic. He frowned lightly in disappointment as he stares ahead at the things that he had broken in the containment part of the boat while replaying the fight in his mind over and over again.

Alice nodded meekly, "I know... B-But I want to try." she said as he agreed. She wanted to master all of her magic. There had to be a reason for it right? Why did the lab make her, what was her purpose? She mused and put her hans over one of his wounds and her ehes glowed softly.

Marigold looked around, "At least wait till he bear is actually awake." Harvard said. Mari frowned at him, she knew beter then to rush ahead, shw wouldn't make the same mistakes as before.

Raven returned with somw supplies and looked at Jasper, he was obviously distraught and focused. He likely would form a battle plan from this on how to distract the panther. Ahw yawned lightly lack of aleep finally apparent.

Verus watched Alice, studying her curiously and with great interest.

After a while, Griz ended his loud snore with a snort. His eyes remained close and his body unmoving. Ms.Marigold, as soon as this shift ends and the guard leaves, break out. Mr.Harvard, I would need to time my guide. Once we get my hammer and get out, I can take care of the guards long enough for you two to escape. Head east towards Barnesly as fast as you can go. Stay off of the path. I’ll catch up with you two soon enough.”

Raven’s yawn snapped Jasper out of his intense thinking and he turned and looked over at her. “You need rest. Come sleep. These pirates are lazy workers so we won’t be getting off of the island anytime too soon.” He said.

Alice closed her eye softly her hand glowed gently and his wound healed a little, she could use the light to heal, but mostly scars and scrapes, bruises felt a little better and any broken bones would take a much longer time and to much energy right now.

Marigold looked up and nodded her head softly, she would do so. Harvard blinked, "As long as you are certain, you must make it out because I can't promise we will be able to come back to help you." He said.

Raven frowned, "I know..." She said, she sighed and walked over to him, "Alright a little nap wouldn't hurt." She said, truthfully she was really tired, but hated to admit that.

Verus started to feel some of the pain leave him and he exhaled a bit shakily. He didn’t want to ask for too much from Alice but time was a factor right now. He placed a hand on Alice’s shoulder. “Keep going. You can do it.” He encouraged lightly.

Griz for the first time since he had been in the cage, opened his eyes. ”You can bet your tail that I will.” he growled softly with a deep-set determination in his eyes.

Jasper nod his head and he positioned himself close to her so that she could rest against him. “We will get them. We have never lost a prey before and we will not let this prey stain our record or reputation.” He said.

Alice was a little dismayed she couldn't help much. She blinked when he said to keep going, "O-Okay!" She nodded softly and smiled trying again.

Harvard mused, he smiled and nodded, "Aye... alright then." he said. Marigold wagged her tail softly and smiled at him curiously, he looked very determined... maybe they could finally escape. Unless... the brutes stopped her again, she curled her tail quietly...

"Indeed... We will not let them tarnish our reputation." Raven said as she rested against him softly, she closed her eyes and soon enough was fast asleep.

Verus closed his eyes as he began to feel more of the pain that he once felt disappear. His grip on Alice soon became a bit firm and he spoke softly. “You are doing very good, Alice. Do not push yourself too far beyond what you know that you are capable of. Limits are made to be pushed but today is not the day to push your limit.” He said.

Griz sat up slowly and he wiped the slop from his face and fur. “I am ready. Are you?” He asked Harvard and Marigold.

“We will not, Indeed.” Jasper rested his tail lightly over Raven’s lap and he kept watch quietly to make sure that no one and nothing would disturb her.

Alice relaxed softly and let out a breath as he said that she nodded her head, "Okay Verus..." She said, "Did I-it ah help?" She asked smiling meekly, she was finally of more use, she could help Verus. Maybe not with fighting but at least helping him recover.

Marigold nodded eagerly, she was all ready, she could hardly wait to get out... to finally see the otherside. Harvard sat up lightly and nodded his head, "Aye." he said.

Raven fell asleep against him, finally lulled into slumber, at least she would be more recharged and ready to fight next time.

Verus smiles lightly at Alice. “Very much so.” He released his grip on Alice and he exhaled deeply but still winced a bit. “So you are limited. Broken bones will take more time and energy from you, won’t it?” He looked at Alice. “You will only get better with time and practice. That I can guarantee.” He said with a soft smile. “Now, are you hungry?” He asked.

Griz nod his head. ”Good. Let’s do this.” He quickly curl up in a ball and pretended to sleep. Only a few seconds later a guard entered and walked down the aisles, looking at each cage and experiment before finally leaving.
