CHAPTER 2!!!!!!!!!!!

The next morning, Alina woke up to a knocking on the door. It was room service, she must've forgotten to stick up the do not disturb sign. She opened the door and a petite brunette with a white uniform came in and started cleaning right away. Alina didnt even say anything.
"Um, hi?" Alina said. But the maid didn't say anything. It was almost like she was searching for something, her eyes were almost a glowing red. This made Alina curious.
"Um..... I was wondering, do you guys serve breakfast in bed in the morning?" Alina asked
"GRRRR"the maid snarled.
Suddenly her skin started to crack but underneath was not blood, but scales. She turned into a slimy, scaley, demon eyed snakelike monster with human legs and head but a snake body. She immediatley lunged at Alina but Alina dodged the blow.
" OH MY GOD!!!!!!" Alina screamed and ran out the door but the monster kept chasing her, her red eyes taking "full glow." Alina ran into Violet in the hall.
"RUN!!!!!" Alina yelled at her.
"Why?" she answered. but just then she obviously saw the monster running full speed ahead at her and Alina.
The look in Violet's eyes startled Alina. It was almost as if Violet wasn't completely phased by the beast, like shed seen it before.
"have you ever seen anything like this???" Alina screamed still running. But Violet didn't answer
"HELLO! EARTH TO VIOLET!!! WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE YOU'VE SEEN THIS THENG BEFORE! WHAT'S GOING ON?"

[*Kayla*]

Violet looked at the beast, and then turned to Alina. "Run! Alina Run!" Violet shouted. She walked towards the beast and took a small throwing dagger out of the leg of her skinny jeans. Her dagger wasn't her main weapon but it was one that she used to defend herself. She ran towards the thing at full speed leeaped over it and stabbed it in the back. "Uggggg. Stupid creatures." Violet stated watching the creature turn into dust. Then she looked at Alina, and ran over to her. "Alina are you ok?" Alina looked very very pale and looked as if she was going to pass out.

"Umm... I... um... why ...did.. what... WHOA! What just happened???" she yelled.

[*Kayla*]

"Ummm... Well." Violet didn't know what to say.

[Volley4Life]

"How about we go get some breakfast and you can tell me over a meal? OK?" Alina replied sounding more calm than before.

[*Kayla*]

Tara knew why she accepted to go on this cruse with her step-dad, it was because Posiden told her to. He wanted her to protect his daughter, and he wanted Violet to tell Alina who she was and train her. "Ok, I think that's a good idea."

Violet and Alina went to the same buffet, sat in the same place, and got similar meals again(except breakfast instead of dinner.) Alina felt akward because she had to rush to change out of her PJ's, she didn't want to be left alone for too long to avoid another "housekeeping incident. She was left dressed in black sweats, prple vans, a dark purple volleyball sweatshirt, her hair in a messy ponytail, both her one blue eye and one green eye were clouded with worry. She took a bite of her golden bagel, "So?" she asked.

Violet decided not to hold anything back," Do you know about greek myths, like the gods, demi-gods, and other stuff like that? Well what if i told you it was all real?"

"Yeah we read about them in class and if you told me it was real I would tell you 'WHAT?' your probably kidding anyways right?"

[*Kayla*]

"No i am not kidding the only reason i came on this trip was because my real dad and my uncle told me to." Violet looked at Alina with a serious look on her face.
