Rick X Daryl (1x1 with Piera)

[Light Bringer]

"I'll take the first shift. Trust me, you look like you need the rest." Daryl said, picking up a large branch off the floor a few metres away from him and handing it to Rick. "You build, I collect."

[Piera]

Rick nodded. He didnt realise it but he suddenly did feel very tired. Adrenaline is a strange thing.
He started building the fence with branches Daryl brought him, soon enough, it was finished.

[Light Bringer]

"Dinner then you'll sleep. You need to eat something. This isn't much but it'll do for now." Daryl said, getting the squirrel out of his bag. "Is it safe to make a fire? Maybe they'll see."

[Piera]

"If we eat it raw we'll risk getting sick, maybe we could do one of those underground ones with rocks." Rick said as he looked around them.

[Light Bringer]

"I've eaten raw squirrel before, I didn't get too sick but you're right." Daryl said with a slight nod of his head.

[Piera]

"If we make a fire, we'll have to keep it small and covered enough. A squirrel shouldnt take that long to cook but if we do draw some walkers , you'll have to take them out." Rick gestured to Daryl.

[Light Bringer]

"I can manage that, here you go. Cook it and I'll keep watch. Just tell me if you need anything?" Daryl said, handing Rick the squirrel and unslinging his crossbow from his shoulder, ready to fire when needed.

[Piera]

"Will do." Rick said with a nod. He made a small fire and started cooking the squirrel.

[Light Bringer]

Daryl had to kill two walkers that came close to the campsite but then it seemed to die down. The only noises that could be heard where the sizzles from the fire and the distant groans from the walkers.

[Piera]

"Alright, I think its done." Rick pulled the squirrel off the fire. "How do you want to share it?"
