GONE 1x1 with Light Bringer

[Piera]

"Do you think I packed to much or to little?" Duck asked, eyeing off all the bags and thinking about what he packed.

[Light Bringer]

"I think you're overthinking it. If it's enough to keep us alive, we'll be fine." Drake responded.

[Piera]

"Well I didn't really pack food obviously. It's mainly clothes, blankets, nothing fancy. Maybe we should take a tv? Hmm.."

[Light Bringer]

Drake rolled his eyes and shook his head, grinning a little. "You remind me of my mom."

[Piera]

"I do?" Duck asked. He wasn't sure if that was a good thing or not and didn't want to push it too much in case it upset Drake.

[Light Bringer]

Drake nodded. "My dad and I always packed bare minimum whenever we went on family trips, my mom on the other hand." He motioned to the bags. "Made sure we had enough for three times the length of our trip. Just like you."

[Piera]

Duck couldn't help but smile at that. "Well it's just common sense really. Prepare for the worst and all that. Your mom and me are pretty smart."

[Light Bringer]

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't the worst already happened" Drake asked, raising an eyebrow. "I'm sure a few extra clothes won't save us if things get worse than they are now."

[Piera]

Duck shook his head and smiled as he gathered up all his bags. "Just a bright ray of sunshine aren't you Drakey?"

[Light Bringer]

Drake grinned widely. "Yup, I always have been and always will."
