Cassie nodded. She ate half of the breakfast sandwich and then went back to work. "You can go to work. I will be fine." She said. She was scared to be there alone but she would make it work.

"Okay. I will see you later." Lukas said and kissed her happily. He loved her so much.

Mark looked at her, "I called in for the day." he smiled at her, "So I can do some work here and I can help you out." he said warmly, he would be here for her, no matter what.

Sasha smiled, she kissed him once more before she headed out to start her day.

Cassie sighed and shook her head. "Go to work love. I really don't want you to get further behind. I would rather you take a day off when we are both available and we can spend it doing something a lot more fun. I will be okay." She said to him.

Lukas left for work not too long after.

"I am not leaving you alone Cassie." Mark said softly as he looked at hr, he was going to keep her safe, even if it was just from her own fears.

Cassie looked at him. "I really am okay love. I don't want you missing too much work." She said and walked over to him and kissed him. "Would it make you feel better if I call you later?" She asked him.

Mark looked at her, "I can tell you aren't Cassie, so I am not leaving." he said softly as he looked at her, wanting to take care of her.

"Mark... You are really sweet. I am glad that you want to take care of me but I really don't want you putting your work life on hold every time that something goes wrong in mine." Cassie said to him. She wrapped his arms around him she really wanted some sleep but she had stuff to do. She then went back to working.

Mark looked at her, he pulled her close, "No, I am not leaving you." he said softly as he looked at her. "So I am staying, and then taking you home at lunch time, so you can sleep." he said softly.

"No it is fine. I really can't sleep anyway." Cassie said to him. She went back to working. "If you want to stay, I guess you can but I wish that you would go do what you need to do." She said. She wanted him to keep up.

Mark smiled at her, "I am here for you, and you look exhausted, you need to sleep Cassie." he told her softly, "I will cuddle with you if need be." he teased, but he meant it.
