Sasha slept in once more, she had been a lot more lately, but if one of the kids stirred, she did as well.

Lukas was trying to make breakfast for their daughter who just kept saying she was hungry as well as rocking their son hoping to be able to keep him relaxed while he cooked before he fed him.

Sasha came in and gently took over making breakfast, she yawned tiredly, "Sorry Lukas, I didn't even feel you get up." she murmured soflty.

Rose looked at her mom. “Mama, I’m hungry.” She said. She watched her cook.

Lukas was glad she took over. “It’s okay. I was trying. Sorry I couldn’t do better...” he said and started to feed their son. “Are you feeling okay love?” He asked her. She had been sleeping a lot lately.

"No, not, it's okay, I know cooking isn't your forte." she said, she smiled at Rose, "I know sweetie, it'll be readdy in a minute." she said softly. She looked at Lukas, "I made a doctors appointment this afternoon, I have just been so tired lately." she said softly, "I am thinking it might just be part of the menopause."

“Okay mama.” Rose said and watched her.

Lukas smiled a little at her. “I love you.” He said and kissed her forehead. “That is a good idea. I will work from home today and you can rest until then.” He said to her. He kept feeding their son. When he finished, he burped him and then rocked him. Carter yawned. Lukas thought it was adorable. He held his son close.

"Are you sure?" Sasha asked as she looked over at her husband with a soft smile, she set the food back on the table for them to enjoy when it was cooked. "Enjoy sweetie." shesaid, kissing the top of Rose's head.

“Yes I am sure. I love you.” He said and kissed her. “Go rest. I have the kids for the day.” He said. “I have to run and get some stuff from the office and we need some diapers as well so I will also go to the store with the kids while we are out to grab things.” He said. “Thanks mama.” She said and ate. Rose smiled. “I get to go with Daddy!” She said happily.

Sasha looked at him, "Thank you Lukas, so much, I will make this up to you." she said softly, she kissed him gently, "Yes you do." she said as she smiled tiredly at Rose.

“You don’t have to thank me. They are my kids too. I can care for them.” He said to her. “I am going to get our little man ready to go.” He said. “You should go to bed. I will see you later okay?” He said to her. He took Carter upstairs and got him ready to go. Rose ate and then went to get ready.
