"Mom generally goes with him, I'm not sure why she didn't go with him this time though." Yuki turned her head back to Kiran and shrugged, "Then again, I never really know what's going on in mom's head." She chuckled, as if to lighten the mood.

Lian frowned and crossed her arms. She kind of figured Sofia would say that. But it was still worth the try. She shrugged, "I mean, you could change your mind at any time. Plus, I'm bored." She muttered, frowning. "I've read through my notes several times, it's getting tiring." Lian glanced to Keir and Gajeel. "Some people might be able to read something several times without getting bored, but I ain't one of those people." She turned her attention back to Sofia. "Why do you always reject my challenges anyway? Scared that a Gen 3 dragon slayer could kick your ass and humiliate ya in front of your guild mates?" Lian asked, smirking.

Keir watched as Gajeel shrugged. "I don't know. But anyways, why did you go to her? You could have asked me to teach you dragon slayer magic." Gajeel pouted. Keir frowned. Honestly, he was more interested in studying dragon slayer magic and figuring out its weeknesses than learning how to use it. Keir shrugged, "Never had the guts?" He said, he was trying to say that he didn't want to learn dragon slayer magic in a nice way? Gajeel frowned. "If you learn dragon slayer magic, you could possibly beat me~" Gajeel said. "You just want me to ask you to teach me something." Keir said blandly. Gajeel sighed, "Look, kid, your mother goes on an on about how good you are at solid script. It's kind of tiring." Gajeel groaned. "I want to be able to brag about how good you are at my magic." Gajeel said. Keir sighed "Dad, seriously, I'm fine with where I stand. I'm able to beat mom now. And once I learn everything Erza can teach me I might be able to beat you. I don't want to beat you with your own magic That's boring." Keir claimed, opening his book again.

Lian wasn't the only person to challenge the purple haired Dragon Slayer, other members of the guild had to. Each one the teen turned down. Lian was just the most persistent of her issued challenges.

Keir glared at Gajeel for a second before sighing. "I'm going to go look for a job." Keir stood up, only to be tugged by the hair. "Hey, listen to your ol' man, okay." Gajeel frowned. Keir was tugging to get free, but Gajeel wouldn't let go. Keir whimpered. "Let go of my hair." He turned and tugged on Gajeel's hair. Father-son battle had begun. The two continued to tug at each other's hair. Levy walked over, a bit hesitant. "Gajeel, Keir?" She glanced at the tow of them as they tugged at each other's hair. "OW!" Sofia blinked, inwardly glad to have a change of pace to her and Lian' s conversation. Smiling now, "According to his last message dads doing alright. They're keeping busy. He can't tell me or mom where he's going since the military and Council is still keeping a careful eye for them. But at least they arent actively being looked for anymore." The purple haired girl sighed, "I hope they come over near here soon so I could see him again. It would be nice to see the others too."

Yuki listened and nodded. "I suppose so." She glanced back at her mother. "So.. um... how's Gemini doing? And the other celestial spirits?" Yuki asked, she hadn't asked about the spirits in quite some time. They were always very cool when they appeared. Aries was adorable, Virgo was cool, Capricorn was very gentlemanly, Loke-- er, Leo, was very kind and the list went on.... Yuki was always mesmerized by Celestial Spirit magic. It was like having your friends with you everywhere all the time.

I ask Gemini and Aries to help me a lot on jobs, and the Twins help me get a brake from mom and dad when I need it.", Kiran started, "I've got Capricorn to help me out with jobs that turn out tougher then Id thought they would be. Otherwise he's been drilling me with my training.....never knew he'd be such a tough mentor. Virgo is always around and helps mom out a lot around the house. Loke has become like a permanent addition to the house, though it feels like he has been as far back as can remember. It's like he never leaves." The young man took a breath while reclining back against the counter, "Taurus and the others alternate showing up every so often and I'll press them for information on the Water Bearer's Key. But no luck yet. None of them have any idea where it could have reformed years ago. I will find it though....just have to keep looking."

She said she tried it but as far as she got was finding out that it would more then likely reform someplace where Celestial Magic was present to form it. Aside from me and mom, the only other known Celestial Wizard is a Saber. But she doesn't know anything about the key either." Kiran paused for a moment before, "Well....there are rumors that the Queen practices the same magic."

-I am thinking of an arc plotline that involves going to the Capitol and stuff for this somehow....what do you think?

But's it's not going to be easy, considering I don't even know where too start looking and they always move. The purple haired teen fell silent thinking. She would like too see her father and her old guildmates again...show them all what she had learned since she was last with them. Maybe even be of some use to the Independent Guild.

"Gray, darling, you're back!" Juvia exclaimed, getting up, and rushing over to Gray. Yuki gave Kiran a 'just a moment' look before running over to her father.

Keir stood up and quietly crept away from his parents before walking over to Kiran and sitting down. "Saw ya talking to Yuki, she hardly ever talks to anyone but you-- what's up with that?" Keir asked, leaning against the counter. He wasn't really jealous or anything, but Yuki only ever talked to select people. Mainly the adults (other than Gajeel, he scares her), Lian, Kiran, Sofia, and two of the other teens. But she hardly ever talked to Keir, and when she did it was more of a request for something-- like grabbing something on the top shelf and stuff.

Turning around wondering who could have returned, the blonde young man didn't have to wait very long for an answer. Juvia's excited shout said it all. Sure enough he watched Yuki excuse herself momentarily and follow her mother to greet the newly arrived Slayer. Kiran couldn't help but smile and turned back just in time to see a new face had come to strike a conversation with him. Only this mage was a male a year his senior. Picking up the fork from a plate holding a piece a pie probably brought over by Mira during his talk with the Water User, Kiran offered it to a shivering Cane.

The little spirit took it and stabbed at the sweet treat.

Kiran watched the gray male Nikora for a moment before looking back at Keir giving him his full attention. "We were just talking, it's not like it's unusual even for her. Yukis a friend and it's not like I'm the only person she talks to around the guild.", said the hazel eyed teen, "She's just a bit skiddish."

Sofia was about to open her mouth when she closed it all of a sudden and fell silent. She was about to present another problem with Lian's plans, but couldn't find one. In fact She was surprised that she hadn't thought of going to the Blue Pegasus Master to ask for help before then. Surely his Archive would be powerful enough to locate her father, or at the very least, Crime Sociere. Erik was sure to be with them. "I...guess I could do that.", the purple haired teen admitted, "You're brilliant Lian. I should of thought about that forever ago."
