Jace nodded and kissed him back. "It might be best to combine the packs..." He murmured.

"That's what I was thinking." he murmured softly, "Can you go talk to Lark and Mav and see if they'll be betas still?"

Jace nodded and went to Maverick's room, gently knocking on the door softly.

Maverick opened it, he looked at Jace and hugged him gently, "What's going on?"

Jace hugged him back and explained the situation gently. "Devin and I were wondering if you were still willing to be beta..." He murmured.

Maverick looked back at the babies before at Jace, he nodded, "I will if Lark will help." he said softly.

"I will go ask." Jace spoke softly, going and asking Lark. Lark thought a moment, he didn't know if he would have time.

Luna was whimpering softly in her sleep, her hand on her stomach as she curled up, the pup would be coming soon.

Lark shook his head. "I can't. Sorry..." He spoke softly. Jace sighed and nodded. He went back to Devin. "We have no beta's now. Mav said he would only help if Lark did and Lark cannot help as he is busy with his litter."

Devin exhaled, but then nodded, "We will figure it out." he said as he lightly smiled at his mate, "Some wolf was already helping dad, so I will ask him to be beta."
