Kit watched him, a low growl slipped out of the small wolf, she was almost half Viktor's size, "I am fiine, I have this." she grumbled as she dragged it, "If you want to help, stand beside be and block the wind." she huffed around the deer as she kept dragging it. She knew they were close, but it was getting so darn cold, she could feel it in her bones, even with her thick coat, and even though she didn't want help, she knew she might have to conceed for a little bit of help.

Lucian knew of the man's temper and he chuckled as he stood, bowing. "As you wish sire." he said as he looked at him, but his eyes went to Nisp the next moment and he watched her, his lips curling into more of a grin. "I will go out with the Dragon and his men, and babysit, so we can all whet our appetites." he told them. He bowed again with a flourish once more before he turned and left. He could hear the wind howling from where he was, so he knew it would be easy to catch the humans, they'd be huddling like rats.

Alek chuckled softly, "Maybe you shouldn't antagonize people into shooting you." he retorted as he looked at her with a smirk, "You are lucky I took that bullet for you, being shot isn't fun." he said as elbowed her lightly as he headed to the cafeteria with her, he was starving, "It was unusually cold out there today, colder then it should have been."

Viktor smiled again. Come on, Kit, he said to her softly, Please? The Alpha never said please. Sure his sister did at times, out of courtesy more than anything, but Viktor rarely bothered with the word. He looked at Kit, the little spitfire, and sighed internally as he thought about just how much he enjoyed her spirit.

Nisp sighed as she watched him go and climbed down off the back of her throne. "Husband," she said as she lightly kicked Shawna's leg with her bare toes.
"Yes, my queen," he said, his gaze once again locking on the pale, angelic body of his mate.
"I will take Shawna back to the others myself today," she said. "I'm bored of the throne room."
Brach laughed. "So impetuous," he sighed, chuckling. "Perhaps I ought to re-kindle your interest..." He leaned toward her and grabbed her wrist, his grip hard and nearly painful as it always was.
"My lord," she whispered as he pulled her sharply onto his lap and pressed the soft skin of her wrist to his lips. Nisp cooed and sprawled across his throne, her body humming as he dragged fangs over her skin. However, he did not cut her and in moments he had her standing back on her feet in front of him, dazed and a little confused.
"Go, my pet," he said. "I like the smell of wanting on your skin."
Nisp blinked. She grabbed Shawna and threw the human over her frail white shoulders, irritation seeping through her features, to Brach's amusement. It is not wanting for you, she thought bitterly, though moments ago she'd felt nearly alive with the ache of desire.
She followed Lucian out the door and into the maze of dark corridors beyond. She looked around for the dark vampire lord- wondering if perhaps she'd be lucky today and he wouldn't have gone far- as she walked slowly toward the chambers wherein the humans were kept.

Kit looked at him with narrowed eyes a moment longer, before she huffed, Well come on then, stop standing there looking pretty and help. Please. she said in return as she kept dragging teh deer, her tail wagged lightly though, just for amoment, befor returning to being pressed against her legs for the warmth. She kept moving though as she waited for him to grab it.

As she passed a corridor, pales hands reached out and grabbed her, one wrapped around her waist while the other reached up and pulled Shawna from her shoulders and let the human hit the floor before his hand covered her mouth. The cool sharpness of Lucian's fangs pressed against the delicate skin of her throat and ran down it, teasing, never piercing, "And here I thought he would never let you out of his sight..." the dark haired vampire murmured before kissing her soft throat and moving his hand from her mouth to join the other around her waist as he held her close, but unlike Brach, his grip was more strong and supportive then near painful.

Viktor grinned again and grabbed the deer's front leg with his huge, furry hand. He started dragging with Kit, moving toward the pack much more quickly now. There, he said, Not so bad, is it?

Nisp was startled, but she didn't make a sound until his fangs pressed ever so dangerously against her skin. Her knees nearly trembled. "Can you blame him?" she teased, her voice a whispered breath in the silence. She arched her back where his hands touched her waist, her hips pressing into him as she slowly moved her right thigh up the outside of his left.

Kit huffed, Barely, I have to deal with you gloating. she retorted as they headed back to the pack, once they were inside, she dropped it and shifted to human, pulling on clothes quickly to ward off the cold, "Are you going to make me continue doing all the work?" she asked as she gave him a smirk.

"No, I can't." he said as he grinned and let go of her, "I think he would notice if I bit you though, and I do not feel like fighting him just yet." he murmured as he looked at her and gently nipped her throat, not enough to break the skin, or even leave a mark. He was not one to do something that foolish.

Viktor did not shift human as he much preferred his wolf body. When she sassed him about helping, he growled harmlessly and picked up the deer. Then, he walked to the butcher's station and hung the carcass from the ceiling. The meat would age for a day in the cold and then they'd skin and clean the deer, and the pack would have meat for a night. Finally, he somewhat reluctantly shifted into his human form. "My sister was worried about you," he said as he pulled on his pants. "What with the storm rolling in, she was concerned for your safety." I was worried too, he thought privately, not for her to hear.

Nisp sighed when she was released. Taunted and teased by all, she thought ruefully, I am a play thing. She looked Lucian up and down, keen eyes seeing more than should have been visible in the dark corridor. "Well thought out, as ever," she sighed. "And yet..." She stepped up toward him and reached her arms up around his shoulders. On her tip toes, she wrapped one hand behind his neck, her fingers sliding through his hair, and slid her sharp fingernail behind the button of his collar, popping the thread so the button fell to the floor. She folded the collar aside to reveal his throat more clearly and placed a careful kiss beneath his ear as she moved the nail from the button of his collar, up his jugular and dragged the pointed tip of her fingernail over his skin. "He would not notice if I bit you..."

Aria bit her lip. She was grateful when he changed the subject, she really hated thinking about that day. She'd almost caused his death, by antagonizing a fool. She was so ashamed. "It's been getting colder for a while," she said flatly. She cleared her throat.

Kit watched him haul the deer to the butchery area and followed. She watched him as he shifted and dressed, "I can take care of myself." she reminded him, "Even though I'm small, I'm tougher then you." she teased lightly and punched him lightly in the arm. "I guess we should go let your sister know that we arrived safely, thanks to you coming to rescue me." she snorted softly. But still, she gave him a smile, "Thanks for coming to get me. But if you tell anyone that I'll deny it."

Lucian chuckled as he watched her, feeling her nail and listening to the button go rolling. "Mmm no he would not, are you going to tempt a taste?" he asked her with a smirk as he rested one hand on her waist, the other going up and brushing her hair back, "Or is your bark worse then your bite?" he taunted her.

Alek nodded, "But it usually gives us a break." he said, "The clouds have been getting thicker, and we have been getting more snow." he told her as he got in line to grab food with her.

A small smile spread across Viktor's lips. This banter, the lightness... it was what he most liked about Kit. Others were not so open. Danika had often told him he was too aloof, too quiet. It set some people on edge. It never seemed to stop Kit from being her usual self, though. I'll always come get you, if you need me, he thought to himself. "I'm sure you would deny it," he laughed. "Probably quite convincingly." He gestured toward his sister's place with one hand. "Shall we?"

Nisp giggled. "I will not be the only one teased this day," she said. "Besides, my favorite lies dying at our feet." She stepped back. A thought crossed her mind, something he'd said just now. She looked at him, her purple eyes flicking to his. "Would you do it, I wonder? Fight the king of all vampires?" Her voice was painfully quiet, merely a whisper of sound in the dark. This was nothing to be overheard.

Aria listened to him, and walked with him to the line, but her mind was distant now, distracted. She felt like such a prisoner here. Literally forbade from leaving by her father, but also a prisoner of so many other things. Her own embarrassment, her own doubts, the vampires, the world itself seemed bent on locking her in this underground concrete prison. She looked around, at the arched tunnel in which they stood, with the openings of arched tunnels leading away into more arched tunnels. "Do you ever get tired of the shape of circles," she sighed. It was a question, but spoken entirely without inflection. Quietly, she sighed, "I hate it here."
