Lexani gasped loudly when she suddenly felt a tug on her arm., slowing her down a bit. “Hey!”, she yelled at Eli, when she noticed him ahead of her. She watched as he dumped their stuff when they were getting closer to the water and she had to dodge them to avoid falling. Finally she had gotten their but lost to Eli. “I only lost because I was admiring the pretty sky”, she said, making up an obvious lie.

Elias smiled at the girl as she came up to him, "Ahh, yes. the pretty sky." he exaggerated, tilting his head up to the sun as the cool water lapped at his skin. He looked back down at her with a chuckle, "I know, I cheated... but we all know that I don't play fair." he wrapped her up in a hug and spun her around a little, "Now, whatcha wanna do first hun?

“How about we... pick up the stuff you dropped”, she said giving him a light punch on the shoulder and smiling up at him. She took his hand and intertwined her fingers with his and lead him to their belongings that were laid out on the ground.

He smiled sheepishly as she pointed that out, "Oh yeahh." He took her hand as they went to the sloppy pile he had let tumble onto the warm sand and started to get things back in order. He sprawled the towels out for them and got out the sun screen, "Here," he said, handing her the tube after squeezing a little into his own hand, "We're gonna need it today."

She helped out with fixing everything up before taking the tube of sunscreen from him and applying it throughout her body. She stuffed it back into the bag and turned back to the ocean. Suddenly she began running off back into the water and splashing around by herself with a huge grin on her face.
