Moose ran straight in through the doggy door, which caught Lenore off guard. “Moose?” She scooped him up and walked around to the front. And she was even more surprised by what she saw. “James? What are you doing here? Shouldnt you be planning for the ball?” Jenny already had 5 orders in anticipation for the ball.

"What ball? I am not having a ball. I am here because I seemed to have lost something." James said. "It is a girl. She has blonde hair, she is really pretty, about this tall..." He said to her as he continued to describe her perfectly still not looking at her. He was looking at the dresses in her shop.

Jenny blushed a violent shade of red as she waited for him to finish. “Aye, I might have an idea of who you’re looking for. But it all depends on why you’re looking for her.” She looked down at her hand and then up at him. “Do you want your ring back?” She started to wiggle it off in anticipation.

James thought about that for a moment. "Hmm...That would be great actually." He said to her and held out his hand. As soon as he got it, he faced her and got down on one knee. "Please marry me? You love me and I am totally in love with you so why don't we just get married? If you really don't love me, then you don't have to, but I love you." He said to her.

Lenore knelt down and hugged him as tightly as she could, kissing him softly. “I do love you, more than you could ever imagine. I just do want to be an embarrassment to you. Your advisors don’t like me.” She paused and thought for a moment. “I’m going to say yes BUT we get married in a very small ceremony tomorrow at dusk.”

James smiled and kissed her back. "Love, my advisors don't really like me. They are never happy with me or any of my choices no matter who I marry." He said and hugged her. "How about we run off and get married tonight? I can grab a suit, you can get dressed, I will call the priest and no one will know until tomorrow when we are already married?" He asked her with a smile. He wanted to marry her and be her husband.

Lenore smiled, nodding her head quickly. “I would love for that, I want to be your wife, no more of this back and fourth, let’s just get it done.” She kissed him and smiled once more. “Do people really have to find out though?” She stood up to get her dress and put it in a dress bag before meeting him at the front of the store. “Let just have it in the garden.” Lenore knew only her bedroom window and his office window could see into the garden so it would be perfect.

"Sadly, they do need to know. They are going to be under our rule now." He said to her. "But, I suppose we could wait until the day after tomorrow so we can have one day to just ourselves. I can clear my schedule for the day and we can spend it together." He said to her with a smile. "I will go talk to the priest and then we will meet in the garden. I have two guards outside so I will have one go with you until I get there. I will be there in about an hour. Does that work for you my love?" He asked her.

Lenore kissed him once more and even though the was opposed to the guard following her, if it made him feel better she allowed it. She squeezed his hand. “Well, let’s get going.” Lenore walked to the castle and up to her room with Moose, she grabbed her crown and pulled out the rings before getting into her dress as a maid helped her adjust it. Lenore set the crown in her wavy hair and waited, looking out the window, knowing exactly how to sneak out.

He got the priest to come and then quickly went and changed into his suit with his sash and crown and then went downstairs and to the garden. He talked to the priest as he waited for her to come over.
